1.Influence of lafutidine combined with omeprazole in serum pepsinogen subgroup levels of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To investigate influence of lafutidine combined with omeprazole in serum pepsinogen subgroup levels of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine University from Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2013,who were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty-nine patients treated omeprazole( oral 1 pill/times,1 times/d)as control group,and another 69 patients were treated lafutidine( oral 2 pills/times,2 times/d ) combined with omeprazole as observation group. Both Course of treatment was 8 weeks. Changes of serum pepsinogen subgroups,improvement of clinical symptoms,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the levels of pepsinogen I,pepsinogen I/pepsinogen II increased significantly while pepsinogen II decreased significantly in two groups. Pepsinogen I,pepsinogen I/pepsinogen II in observation group were(89. 46 ± 13. 25)μg/L,10. 21 ± 1. 27,significantly higher than control group(( 62. 34 ± 11. 90 )μg/L,6. 45 ± 0. 93;t =7. 358,9. 125;P=0. 017,0. 004). Pepsinogen II in observation group was(8. 76 ± 3. 24)μg/L,significantly lower than control group((9. 68 ± 4. 76 )μg/L,t =4. 035,P =0. 049 ). Stomachache disappearance rate,abdominal distention disappearance rate,loss of appetite disappearance rate,total efficiency in observation group were 89. 9%, 85. 5%,84. 1% and 98. 6% respectively,significantly higher than control group( 73. 9%,65. 2%,60. 9% and 82. 6%),and the differences were statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05 ). Incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was 5. 8%,higher than control group( 2. 9%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2 =0. 697,P﹥0. 05). Conclusion Lafutidine combined with omeprazole can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,which can also significantly improve serum pepsinogen subgroup levels. Lafutidine combined with omeprazole have significant clinical effect and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.

3.Design and clinical application of whole vertebrae osteotomy instrumentation (WVOI) to correct spinal deformity through posterior incision——a report of 1200 cases

[Objective]To design a new kind of instrumentation specially to correct scoliosis and kyphoscoliosis.[Method]Through posterior transpedicular and vertebrae,wedged osteotomy was continually performed until anterior substantia compacta of vertebrae.[Result]More than(1 200) patients with scoliosis or kyphoscoliosis were treated with WVOI.The highest ostentomied vertebrae was thoracic 9 and 4 levels were performed for 1 case(mean 2 levels).The average time of osteotomy on one vertebrae was 30 min with 100 ml blood loss.No spine and spinal root injury was detected during the operating procedure.[Conclusion]Osteotomy with WVOI reduced operating time,blood loss,keep spine and spinal root safer during the operating procedure.It also made osteotomical plate fit well and prompted quick ossification.WVOI is an efficient instrumentation to correct kyphosis and kyphoscoliosis.
4.Study and clinical application of improved USS system to correct spinal deformity of growth period—a report of 209 cases

[Objective]To study the effect of improved universal pedicle screw systems which combined locking pedicle screws with sliding pedicle screws to correct the spinal deformities in growth period through posterior incision.[Method]From June 2000 to June 2006,209 spinal deformities in growth period were treated(106 males and 103 females),including 92 idiopathic scoliosis,72 congenital scoliosis,26 Scheuermanns diseases and 19 other kinds of spinal deformities.The age of patients ranged from 8 to 16 years(average 13.22 years).Locking pedicle screws were placed into pedicles of apical vertebra and the 3 to 5 adjacent vertebrae.Sliding pedicle screws were putted into pedicles of cephalic and caudal vertebrae.Double cross-links and rods were fixed and locked tightly.Sliding cross-links themselves could cannula prolonged to fit for the transverse development of vertebrae.[Result]Totally 209 cases with preoperative Cobbs angle 45 degree to 110 degree(average 68 degree)were instrumented with improved USS systems and 96 cases were followed up for 26~60 month.The length of spines were prolonged 4 cm to 15 cm with average 7 cm.With 26 months to 60 months follow-up,the whole spine growth was 230.4 cm with average 2.4 cm respectively.Rods broken were found in 6 patients and no other cmplication was detected.[Conclusion]Improved USS system which combined locking pedicle screws with sliding pedicle screws had the three dimensional power and intensity of traditional 3D instrumentations.Sliding pedicle screws and cross-links permitted longitudinal growth of the vertebrae and transverse development pedicles.
5.Surgical Treatment of Esophageal Stricture Caused by Corro-sive Burn

This paper presents the experience of surgical treatment of 32 patients with esophageal stricture caused by corrosive burn. The modes of surgical treatment in this series included: instrumental dilatation in 11 cases, reconstruction with resection of strictured esophagus in 19 (pharyngogas-trostomy in 6, cervical esophagogastrostomy in 12 and colon interposition in 1) and reoperation for esophageal restenosis in 2, There was no operative morality. All patients were fol- lowed-up and 94% of them resumed their normal diet post-operatively. The author recommend that dilatation can be applied to patients with localized esophageal stricture or slight annular stricture, and should done early. Resection of the esophageal stricture and esophagal reconstruction can be used in patients with extensive or severe stricture. There are many ways to esophageal reconstruction. The optimal one should meet the following requirements: isoperistaltic segment without tension and rich in blood supply, it should be easy to perform and result in no restenosis.
6.Effect of Simple Pelvic Floor Vibration Therapy on Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective To explore the effect of simple pelvic floor vibration therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training on patients with stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods 72 women with SUI were divided into control group (n=36) and treatment group (n=36). The control group received pelvic floor muscle training, and the treatment group received pelvic floor vibration therapy in addition.Their incontinence quality of life (I-QOL) and urodynamic indexes were assessed. Results 8 weeks after treatment, the score of I-QOL and urodynamic indexes significantly improved in both groups (P<0.001), and were better in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.001), as well as the effective rate (P<0.05). Conclusion Simple pelvic floor vibration therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training is effective on patients with SUI.
7.Expression and clinical significance of 6-phosphofructo-1-kinase in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE:
The aim of this study is to investigate the expression and clinical significance of 6-phosphofructo-1-kinase in nasopharyngeal carcinoma biopsy samples.
METHOD:
Sixty-one biopsy samples were detected, including 41 tissues samples from patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 tissues samples from patients with chronic nasopharyngitis as control group. 6-phosphofructo 1 kinase mRNA expression was detected by RTPCR.
RESULT:
It was observed that the expression levels of 6 phosphofructo-1-kinase mRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were higher than in the chronic inflammatory tissues. And the expression levels in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than without lymph nod metastasis.
CONCLUSION
6-phosphofructo-1-kinase may be a marker in occurrence and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

8.Combination therapy of plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature and nasal endoscopy for chronic na-sal sinusitis

Objective To explore the curative effect of combination therapy of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation and nasal endoscopy for chronic nasal sinusitis. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012,98 patients with chronic nasal sinusitis in our hospital were ramdomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group (49 cases) received plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature combined nasal endoscopic treatment. The control group (49 cases) were performed only nasal endoscopic treatment. The curative effect of the 2 groups were compared. Results After 1 month and 1 year, the total effective rate of the observation group were 91. 84% and 89. 80%, the total effective rate of the control group were 77. 55% and 73. 47% respectively. To compare the total effective rate of 2 groups were compared,there were statistically significant differences(P<0. 05). Conclusion Curative effect of plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature and nasal endoscopy is distinct,it is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.

10.Application of circulating cell-free nucleic acid in clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer

The incidence of colorectal cancer (CRC) is increasing year by year, and early diagnosis is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients. Circulating cell-free nucleic acid (cfNA) has the advantages of non-invasive, real-time monitoring, and overcoming tumor heterogeneity. The characteristics of cfNA content, mutation, methylation and fragmentation patterns provid important reference value for early diagnosis, curative effect monitoring, prognosis judgment and medication guidance of CRC. However, the practical application of cfNA in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRC still needs to solve the problems of unstandardized detection technology, high detection cost, screening of markers with high diagnostic efficacy, and construction of multi-combination models. These challenges will provide new directions for future cfNA research.
