1.Effect of Psychological Intervention on Anxiety of Women Undergoing Artificial Abortion

Objective: To explore the influence of comprehensive mental intervention on anxiety of women undergoing artificial abortion.Methods:A total of 100 cases of women undergoing artificial abortion first time were selected, who have got pregnant for 6~10 weeks and were appling for termination of pregnancy and without any contraindications in outpatient clinic. They were numbered according to their visiting sequence and were divided into intervention and control group with 50 cases each based on random principle. Comprehensive mental interventions were carried out for women in the intervention group before and during operation but not for women in control group. Then BP, Pulse rate and anxiety (SAS, self-rate anxiety scale) of all cases were measured and pain degree and artificial abortion syndrome of them were evaluated either.Results:There was no statistic significant difference in general data, BP, P and SAS score between the intervention and control group women before intervention. 2.Research on motives and influence factors of scientific research of nursing staff

Objective To analyse the research motives and its influencing factors of nursing staff.Methods 1000 authors who wrote for “Nursing Research” were chosen with a random code sampling method and were surveyed with a questionnaire,which inquired about their research motivation and self-rated research ability scale.Results Nursing research motives include to summarise clinical experience66.2% (524/793),to get promotion 55.4% (420/793),to contribute to nursing profession 37.2% (295/793),to report research achievements 35.6% (282/793),and to meet the requirements of the institution17.5% (139/793).Research motives were statistically different in terms of age,work expirence,educational background,professional title,attitude,research training,research ability,and work institution (P =0.013,0.037,0.048,0.002,0.024,0.008,0.005,0.009,0.004,P<0.05).Conclusions To stimulate the enthusiasm for research in nursing staff,administrators need to pay great attention to higher education for nurses,enhance their research training,provide research platform,and to improve the incentive system.
3.The status of patentable invention by nursing professionals in recent years

Objective To understand the current status of nursing patentable invention.Methods The patent literature published in nursing journals from 2010 to 2013 were analyzed to obtain related information.Results The results show an increasing trend in the number of patents of patient care;patent inventor distributed in 25 provinces and municipalities, mainly level 3 hospitals (89.86%), nurses with undergraduate degree (76.76%) and senior nurses (50.28%).The patents focused on the life care appliances (such as improved disease clothing, toilet equipments, the cleaning utensils, cutlery improvement, etc.), infusion, injection therapy appliance (such as infusion sets, syringes, dosing auxiliary device, infusion fixtures, etc.), airway care paraphernalia, washing, and drainage equipments, etc.Of all the nursing patents, utility model patents accounted for majority, and only 3 of them were invention patents.Conclusions The trend of nursing patentable invention show good momentum, but the quality needs to be improved.The innovation training for nurses is necessary;and it is also important to increase support to establish an innovation environment.
4.Analysis of citations of literatures of nursing staff from quotations of five nursing periodicals from year 2010 to 2012

Objective To investigate the habits that literatures using by nursing staffs during 2010 to 2012 in China.Methods The publication from Chinese Journal of Nursing, Nursing Research, Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing, Journal of Nurses Training and Journal of Nursing Science from year of 2010 to 2012 were statistically analyzed using literature metrology method.The statistics results were compared with data from 2007 to 2009.Results In past 3 years, the quantity,quantity of papers with citations, average number of citations, citations of theses with citations published in-mentioned above five periodicals increased year by year.In 2010 to 2012, the average number of citations and citations rate of papers also improved compared with 2007 to 2009.The type citation is mainly from Journals,and the language was mainly in Chinese.Conclusions In the past 3 years, the nursing staff's literature utilization was improved.However, in the situation of using references with foreign language, nursing staff was poor comparing with medical personnel.On the scientific research ability of nursing personnel training should be strengthened,and the application of new technology and new theory in domestic and international should be strengthened as well..
5.Analysis of inflnencing factors for research papers publication by 750 nursing staff

Objective To learn the publications and influencing factors of scientific papers from nursing staff in China.Methods 750 authors were chosen in a stratified random sampling for survey,and the questionnaires included a survey form on nursing research papers publications and one research ability self-rating scalce Results The nursing staff surveyed published 1-70 papers per person,averaging 8.83papers per person; on average 0.45 papers were published per person per year.Main factors for research outputs range from high to low as follows:age,academic titles,research ability,education background and research training,with the Beta values of 0.255,0.234,0.142,0.093,and 0.087 respectively.Conclusion Nursing administrators need to develop respective objectives for nursing staff of different age,academic titles,education background and research ability,and set up an effective incentive mechanism to ignite the enthusiasm of scientific research.
6.Analysis of the influence factors on research capacity of nursing staff

Objective To identify main factors affecting the research capacity of nursing staff for efficient elevation of such a capacity. Methods 1000 persons were chosen in a random coded sampling for completion of questionnaires, including a general information questionnaire, research capacity self-assessment questionnaire, nursing professional value scale and work satisfaction scale for nursing staff. Results Main factors for the research capacity range from high to low the following: education, work satisfaction, training involvement, cognitive value, and nature of their employer. Beta values of such factors are found to be 0. 323, 0. 234, 0. 182,0. 064, and 0. 062 respectively. Conclusion Administrators of nursing staff need to focus on the development of the work values and satisfaction of nursing staff, on top of developing their research methodology and knowledge. This approach may encourage them to proactively involve in research activities.
7.Citation analysis of clinical nursing fund-sponsored theses published in 12 nursing core journals from 2015 to 2016

Objective To describe the situation of citation on clinical nursing fund-sponsored theses and to reflect the academic level in this field and authors' capability to using literature.Methods The way of search combining printed journal and database was used to clinical nursing fund-sponsored theses published in 12 nursing core journals from 2015 to 2016. Statistical analysis was conducted on the numbers, languages, subject resources and types of citations.Results There were total 3590 clinical nursing fund-sponsored theses from 2015 to 2016. The citation rate was 99.78% with 14.58 per paper for the average number of citation. The languages of citations were main in Chinese accounting for 60.75%. The subject resources of citations mainly included nursing (55.36%) with clinical medicine and other subjects increasing. The types of citations of Chinese and foreign language primarily contained journals accounting for 87.33% and 96.33% respectively. Conclusions The numbers of citations and the average number of citations per paper increase year by year. The nurses' capability to absorb information grows continually. However, diversified investment funds for scientific research should be strengthened and resources sharing should be promoted in the future.
8.Analysis on citations of clinical nursing fund literatures in 12 nursing core periodicals from year 2012 to 2014

Objective To understand the quality of articles of funded clinical nursing and the utilization status of information used by individuals who undertake funded projects.Methods The full text of digital periodicals database (wanfang database)was used,both mechanically and manually to collect data about citation amount,type,source and language of articles of funded clinical nursing published in 12 nursing core journals. Results Percentage of articles of funded clinical nursing was increasing.Average citation amount of each article was increasing yearly with 13.01 items in 2014;63.37% of citation was Chinese.A larger proportion of citation was nursing papers,accounting for 62.11%.The main source of the citation was Chinese journals;Chinese journals were cited by 86.17% and foreign languages periodicals were cited by 95.51%.Conclusions Quality of clinical nursing articles has been improved yearly as well as researchers′ability to utilize information.However, the ability to read and utilize foreign literature need to be strengthened.
9.Fund-sponsored papers on nursing management published in 12 kinds of nursing core journals from 2012 to 2014:A citation analysis

Objective To learn the basic regularity of fund-sponsored papers citation on nursing management in China and to evaluate the rules and characteristics of researchers on nursing management to master and use the scientific and technical literature .Methods We analyzed statistically citations status of all literature on nursing management published in 12 kinds of nursing core periodicals reported by ‘Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports (Core Edition)’ (CJCR) from 2012 to 2014.Results The proportion of papers, total citations, average number of citationsper paper of nursing management fund-sponsored papers increased year by year.Besides, the average number of citations per paper (average of 15.24) of nursing management fund-sponsored papers in ‘Chinese Journal of Nursing ’ was the highest;the citation language was Chinese-based ( accounting for 72.21%);the main citation type in English and Chinese was the journal (87.52% for Chinese, 90.29% for English);the main source of Chinese citation was nursing (76.19%).Conclusions With the development of nursing specialty, the ability of researchers on nursing management to absorb literature improved .However, it is necessary to improve the utilization situation of foreign literature .Besides, it is essential to strengthen the training on the ability to research for researchers on nursing management .
10.Visualized mapping analysis of clinical nursing foundation-papers from 2012 to 2018

Objective:To analyze the author and institutional cooperation of clinical nursing foundation-papers in recent years, and to explore the research hotspots and fronts so as to provide a reference for future research in this field.Methods:This study took 11 998 clinical nursing foundation-papers as subjects published in 12 nursing core journals from 2012 to 2018. The information visualization software, CiteSpace Ⅴ, was used to analyze the authors, institutions and key words.Results:The main collaborative team composed of Hu Yan, Jiang Qixia, Shen Yongyi, Wang Weili and Niu Meie was formed in clinical nursing research areas. Intensity of institutional cooperation needed to be strengthened; institutional cooperation of the same region was the mainstream; inter-regional cooperation began to take shape. The research hotspots focused on disease and nursing intervention; research fronts developed around the chronic disease and cluster nursing.Conclusions:Clinical nursing researches have the rich diversity of content; hotspots and fronts reflect the modern social and people's needs. We should further strengthen the cross-team, interdisciplinary, interagency and inter-regional cooperation to realize a diversity of cooperative mode so as to promote the development of clinical nursing research.
