Urea soluble antigens of Trichinella spiralis infective larva were prepared and the efficiency of the antigens in diagnosis of trichinosis by ELISA are studied. Specific IgG antibodies are detected by ELISA using urea soluble antigens in 91.67%(22/24) of 24 sera and 91.67% (ll/12)of 12 blood spots of filter paper of patients of trichinosis. Specific IgM antibodies are seen in 95.24% (20/21) of 21 sera of patients using the antigens. Sera of patients infected with Schistosoma japonicum have some cross reactions on the antigens. Sera from mice infected with - Schistosoma japonicum, Ancyclostoma caninum larva, and Plasmodium yoelii are negative. The urea soluble antigen has a relatively high sensitivity, specificity and good reproducibility in diagnosis of trichinoisis by ELISA, and has a practical and economic value.

ObjectiveTo determine the change of coagulation in acute brain infarction.MethodsBlood samples were taken intravenously from 57 patients with acute brain infarctions (within 24hr) and the thrombin time(TT), prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), fibrinogen(FIB) levels were detected serially at the time of instant admission, 1st day ,3rd day and 7th day after routine therapy, including 21 patients whose thrombin antithrombin III complex(TAT) levels were detected at the same time.ResultsTAT levels were significant increased in acute brain infarctions, especially in acute progress stroke, but TT, PT, APTT were not significantly different before and after routine treatment. FIB levels were higher at 7th day than pre-treatment. ConclusionTAT levels can be served as a marker of progress stroke.

The characteristics and purpose of treatment of tibiofibular comminuted fracture is reviewed in this paper.The present points of view is that tibiofibular comminuted fracture is a kind of smash fracture,that is valuable for restoring its tubular structures.The appearance of a series of new type plates and external fixations represents the trend of researching.The combination of internal/external-fixation and sequential treatment is waited for more research.

[Objective]To analysis the factors influencing the results and complications of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation or sledging.[Method]Twenty-seven cases,29 displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation or sledging were reviewed and followed with 7～60 months.The postoperative results were evaluated with AOFAS.[Result]The scores were between 53 and 100 with average 87.2,with good results.The functional results of Sanders Ⅲ and Ⅳ fractures were worse than type Ⅱ fracures.[Conclusion]The patients with displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures should be treated with operation.With less invasive manipulation,extensive lateral L incision hasn't more relation to infection.The degree of initial injury and the operative quality are important factors influencing prognosis.

Objective To investigate the reliability and feasibility of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in papillary thyroid carcinoma ( PTC ) using methylene blue staining techniques.Methods Nineteen patients,older than 45,with PTC were included in the study.No case had clinical evidence of cervical lymph node involvement(cNO).Methylene blue was injected around the tumor during surgery.The stained lymph nodes were dissected.Subtotal thyroidectomy and modified radical neck dissection were performed.Both the bulk specimen and SLN were submitted for routine histology.Results The sentinel lymph nodes( SLN )were identified in 18 cases,with SLN positive in 13 cases.The sensitivity and specificity of SLNB were 86.6％ and 94.4％ respectively.There was 1 case with SLN metastasis in the lateral neck,and 1 case with positive lymph node and negative SLN.Conclusion SLNB is sensitive in detecting cervical lymph node metastasis and has clinical significance in making operative plans for cN0 PTC.

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of microRNA150 (miRNA150) on proliferation, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods From January 2015 to June 2016, 45 surgical specimens were collected.The expression of miRNA150 and Ras-interacting protein 1(RASIP1) at miRNA level in gastric cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were quantified by quantitative real-time fluorescent reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).The correlation between miRNA150 and the biological features of gastric cancer as well as RASIP1 expression was analyzed.Gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was cultured and transfected with pcDNA3.1-miRNA150 expression plasmids.The effect of miRNA150 over-expression on the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells was determined by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-dipheayl 2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay.And the effect of miRNA150 over-expression on the invasion and metastasis of SGC-7901 cells was detected by Transwell assay.The potential target gene of miRNA150 was analyzed by bioinformatics software and dual-luciferase reporter assay system.The effect of miRNA150 over-expression on RASIP1 expression in SGC-7901 cells was tested by qRT-PCR and Western blotting.Analysis of variance and t test were used to compare normal distribution data.And the Mann-Whitney rank sum test was used to compare skewed distribution data.Spearman assay was used for correlation analysis.Results The median level of miRNA150 in gastric cancer tissue was higher than that of paracancerous tissues (3.85, 0.26 to 7.92 vs 1.98, 0.19 to 5.66), and the difference was statistically significant (U=466.22,P<0.05).The median level of RASIP1 mRNA in gastric cancer tissue (1.65, 0.13 to 3.59) was lower than that of paracancerous tissues (2.96, 0.59 to 6.08), and the difference was statistically significant (U=522.31,P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis indicated that RASIP1 expression level was negatively correlated with miRNA150 expression (r=-0.589, P=0.008).The RASIP1 expression at mRNA level was negatively correlated with miRNA150 expression (r=-0.614, P=0.004).The dual-luciferase reporter assay showed RASIP1 was the target gene of miRNA150.The miRNA150 expression level was related with tumor size, TNM staging and lymph node metastasis(χ2=5.81, 6.00 and 10.04,all P<0.05).The results of MTT assay showed that after SGC-7901 cells cultured for 24 hours, the A value of pcDNA3.1-miRNA150 plasmid transfected cells was higher than that of the untransfected SGC-7901 cells (0.51±0.04 vs 0.79±0.03), and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.745, P<0.05).The results of Transwell assay indicated that there were more invasive and metastatic cells in pcDNA3.1-miRNA150 plasmid transfected cells.The results of qRT-PCR showed that the relative levels of RASIP1 mRNA in control group, pcDNA3.1-miRNA150 plasmid transfected cells and pcDNA3.1 empty plasmid transfected cells were 1.00±0.02, 0.51±0.03 and 1.08±0.03, respectively.The RASIP1 mRNA level in pcDNA3.1-miRNA150 plasmid transfected cells was lower than untransfected and pcDNA3.1 empty plasmid transfected cells, and the differences were statistically significant (t=3.940, 4.120, both P<0.05).miRNA150 could negtively regulate the RASIP1 protein expression and promote the proliferation and invasion of gastric cacer cells.Conclusions Over-expression of miRNA150 induced invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer by down-regulating RASIP1 expression.miRNA150 may be a novel biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor metastasis.

Objective To investigate the association of serum interleukin-8 (IL-8) and myocardial enzyme levels in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Serum IL-8 contents were measured by the radioimmunity method and serum myocardial enzyme contents were measured by the Olympus AU640 in 60 children with bronchopneumonia (mild 30 cases and severe 30 cases) as well as in 30 controls.Results Serum IL-8 contents were significantly higher in children with severe bronchopneumonia and mild bronchopneumonia than those in controls [( 2.54 ± 0.65),( 1.28 ± 0.53) μ g/L vs.(0.43 ± 0.08) μ g/L] (P ＜0.01),and serum myocardial enzyme contents (α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase,MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase,creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase) were significantly higher in children with severe bronchopneumonia and mild bronchopneumonia than those in controls (P＜0.01).Conclusions IL-8 and myocardial enzyme may play a role in children with bronchopneumonia.Determination of serum IL-8 and myocardial enzyme levels might have important prognostic values in children with bronchopneumonia.

Long non-coding RNAs are RNA transcripts longer than 200 nt without any function of coding protein,and gradually become a new focus of cancer research because of their important roles in regulating genes expression at the epigenetic,transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels.Recently,more researches show that are closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer and other tumors.Therefore,in this review,we summarize the developing understanding of LncRNAs associated with breast cancer.

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis is a common connective tissue disease of children.The rate of disability is high.Therefore,early diagnosis is important.There are some study on the value of antibodies in juvenile idiopathic arthritts,such as rheumatoid factor,antiperinuclear factor,antikeratin antibody,antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptides and so on.This review introduces the progress of them.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low frequency electrical pulse therapy combined with α-lipoic acid on diabetic gastroparesis in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 65 patients diagnosed as diabetic gastroparesis were selected from our hospital and divided into three groups according to random number table:the control group(n =23,the α-lipoic acid treatment),the conventional treatment group (n =16),and the experimental group (n =26,treating with α-lipoic acid combined with low-frequency electrical pulse therapy).All patients received the conventional diabetic therapy.Clinical effects,gastric emptying rate and serum gastrin(GAS) and fasting blood glucose levels were compared before versus after treatment among the three groups.Results The cure and total effective rates were higher in the experimental group than in the control group [46.15％ (12 cases) vs.30.43％ (7 cases),80.76％ (20 cases) vs.65.21％ (15 cases),x2 =0.867,P＜0.05].There were significant differences in gastric emptying rate,serum gastrin and fasting plasma glucose levels among the 3 treatment groups before versus after treatment.And the gastric emptying rate and serum gastrin level were better improved in the experimental groups compared with the conventional treatment and control groups.Conclusions The low-frequency electrical pulse therapy combined with α-lipoic acid has a significant clinical efficacy,which can improve clinical effects,promote gastric emptying,decrease fasting plasma glucose levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
