Objective To observe the curative effect of Bitongding capsule for RA. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group (30 cases) was treated by Zhengqing Fengtongning, and the treatment group (70 cases) was treated by Bitongding capsule. One course was three months and two courses of treatment was statistics date. Results The total effective rate of 3 months was 91.43% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group. AF and IgG of treatment group were improved obviously (P 0.05), while the clear effective rate was 65.71% in treatment group and 36.67% in control group (P

Emergency Medical Service (EMS) of Beijing Olympic Games needs to cover not only all the venues of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, but also emergency medical service for citizens at large and other emergency events. To this end, Beijing Emergency Medical Center made efficient preparations for the Olympic Games, namely upgraded dispatch system, first-aid stations, ambulances and equipment, and volunteer recruitment among others. Thanks to such efforts made, the EMS successfully served the Beijing Olympic Games and citizens at large. Furthermore, the Beijing Olympic Games promoted the development of the Beijing EMS system.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Tongfeng granules.METHODS:Coix lacryma-jobi,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in the granules were identified by TLC,and the content of sarsasapogenin in Tongfeng granules was determined by HPLC-ELSD.RESULTS:The TLC characteristics were distinctive and specific.The linear range for sarsasapogenin was 0.546～4.368 ?g(r=0.999 8) and the average recovery was 97.74%(RSD=1.3%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established standard can be used for the quality control of Tongfeng granules.

Objective To analyse the incidence, clinical features, histopathology and clinicopathological correlation in different age group of 524 cases with IgA nephropathy(IgAN) retrospectively. Methods 524 cases of IgA nephropathy were divided into three groups according to their age, and the clinical and renal pathological features were analyzed. Results In children group(≤15 years), the incidence of recurrent gross hematuria was 47. 2% and renal impairment 4. 6%. Malignant hypertension as first presentation associated with serious renal impairment occured in 3. 8% patients of youth and adult group (16 - 49 years). Higher incidence of nephrotic syndrome and acute renal failure was found in elder group (50 - 69 years). Conclusions The incidence Of IgAN in children and elder population is increased, especially in the children. They need a further follow-up. For elder patients considered as IgAN, a renal biopsy seems to be necessary. While youths and adults still account for the most part of IgAN patients.

Objective To clone the reconstructed Hc gene of botulinum neurotoxin type A(BoNT/AHc)and to explore the soluble expression of the reconstructed gene in E.coli.Methods The gene of Hc fragment was synthesized by replacing rare codons with frequent ones in E.coli,while the components of amino acids didn't change,and the contents of AT decreased from 76.4 % to 57.3%.The reconstructed gene was then cloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pQE-60.The recombinant plasmid pQE-60Hc was introduced into E.coli Origami(DE3)that was induced to express the protein.The soluble expression products were then detected by Western Blot.Finally the expressed product of recombination plasmid pQE-60Hc was analyzed with SDS-PAGE after purification through Ni-NTA column.Results The reconstructed Hc gene of BoNT/AHc was amplified by PCR.The expression vector pQE-60Hc was constructed successfully with BamH Ⅰ and Nco Ⅰto ingest both BoNT/AHc and vector pQE-60.Reconstructed gene could be expressed effectively in E.coli in soluble form.The molecular weight of expressed product of recombination plasmid pQE-60Hc analyzed by SDS-PAGE was 52 000,which was the same as anticipated.And the soluble expression product accounted for to 11.5 % of the total bacterial protein.Western blot assay showed that the expression product could bind to specific antibody agent BoNT/A.Conclusion The expression vector has been constructed and the reconstructed gene was expressed successfully and effectively in E.coli,which may provide a foundation for further study on antitoxin and vaccine.

Objective To observe the difference of sCD40L level in different subtypes of coronary heart disease,and to explore the clinical value of CD40 ligand in identification for the acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods The patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and the heathy controls in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from Jan,2006 to June,2006 were enrolled in the study.CHD group included ACS and stable angina patients.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the serum sCD40L level in three groups;t-test and receiver operateing characteristic curve were used to analyze the results.Results sCD40L level was significantly higher in patients with ACS[(2.39?0.37)?g/L]than stable angina patients[(1.89?0.16)?g/L,P0.05.The ROC curve demonstrated that using the concentration of sCD40L 2.01 ?g/L as the boundary to diagnose ACS,sensitivity of this marker was 0.91 and specificity was 0.80 respectively,and area under the curve(AUC)was 0.907.Conclusion sCD40L level which is more than 2.01 ?g/L has important significance for the diagnosis of ACS.

Objective: To synthesize 10-position schiff base derivatives of emodin and study the anti-tumor activity. Methods:The 10-position schiff base derivatives of emodin were synthesized through emodin reacting with ammonia derivatives in absolute alcohol with acetic acid as the catalytic agent. Their structures were characterized by 1 H-NMR and ESI-MS, and the anti-tumor activity on k562 cells was determined by MTT method. Results:Three 10-position schiff base derivatives were synthesized and the structures were confirmed, and the IC50 on k562 cells was 4. 5, 3. 8 and 2. 0 μmol·L-1 , respectively. Conclusion:The 10-position schiff base de-rivatives of emodin can improve the anti-tumor activity and druggability of the parent compound, which are worthy of further study.

Objective To explore how to improve the capability of emergency rescue to cope with the explosion of hazardous chemicals through analyzing the rescue process of Tianjin port 8 · 12 explosion hazard.Methods The process of explosion emergency rescue on the hazardous chemicals warehouse of Ruihai company in Tianjin Port on the evening of August 12,2015,were analyzed,summarize the experience and lessons.Results There were some shortcomings on field assessment,safety zoning,EMSS,treatment in hospital,personal protection equipment and public knowledge on hazardous chemicals explosion in Tianjin port 8.12 explosion hazard.we should learn from the lessons,to provide reference for the future similar rescue.Conclusions The ability of emergency rescue team to deal with the major hazardous chemicals explosion should further improve,to protect the safety of society and health of common people.

Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane preconditioning on renal ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury in rats.Methods Twenty-four adult male SD rats weighing 250-300 g were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=8 each):sham operation group (group S);I/R group; sevoflurane preconditioning group (group SP). After the rats underwent right nephrectomy, renal I/R was produced by occlusion of left renal artery for 45 min followed by reperfusion in I/R and SP groups.In group SP, the rats inhaled 2.2% sevoflurane for 1 h, then the inhalation was stopped and renal ischemia was performed 10 min later. Venous blood samples were collected at 2 h of reperfusion to determine the concentrations of serum creatinine(Cr), urea nitrogen (BUN), cystatin C (Cys C) . The renal tissues were obtained for microscopic examination, and Paller's score was recorded. Results Compared with group S, there was no significant difference in the serum Cr and BUN concentrations (P＞0.05), while the serum Cys C concentration and Paller's score for acute renal tubular injury were significantly increased in group I/R(P＜0.05). The serum Cys C concentration and Paller's score were significantly lower in group SP than in group I/R(P＜0.05).I/R-induced renal injury was significantly reduced in group SP compared with group I/R. Conclusion Preconditioning with sevoflurane can provide significant protection against renal I/R injury.
