Objective To investigate the effect of alternating shift on general well-being of nurses,and analyze its relationships with related factors. Methods Alternating shift nurses from general hospi-tals above courty-level in Liaocheng city who were engaged in clinical work were selected by duster sam-pling.Questionnnires were sent out and later gathered. The investigation tools included general well-being schedule(GWB) ,marital quality inventory, social support inventory, Eysenck personality questionnaire were used in survey. Results (1)There was difference in the score of general well-being between nurses with different ages and professional titles(P<0.01). (2)There was significant difference between GWB and oth-er factors such as marital quality,EPQ (psychoticism, neuroticism and introversion and extroversion), so-cial support(P<0.01). (3)Multivariable linear regression which took general well-being as dependent vari-able, the variables which entered the equation were neuroticism, family relationship,support utilization,psychoticism, objective support, introversion and extroversion, marriage satisfaction,arrangement of econ-omy. Conclusions (1)The older, the higher of professional tltles,the stronger general well-being of nurses. (2)Sabjective well-being and marital quality, social support, lying defense were positively corre-lated; neuroticism, psychoticism were negatively correlated. (3)Neuroticism, family relationship,support and utilization, psychoticism, objective Support, introversion and extroversion, marriage satisfaction,ar-rangement of economy can affect general well-being,among which neuroticism had great influence.

Objective To discuss the effect of night- shift work on marital quality, and analyze the relations between the marital quality and related factors in order to explore the method to tackle the marital crisis of night- shift nurses. Methods 500 nurses were selected in general hospitals of Liaoeheng above county-level, each tested nurse filled out marital quality inventory, general well-being scale,social support scale and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ), and withdrew 416 copies(effective rate 90.83%) of ef-fective questionnaire after filling independently. Results (1)There were significant difference in the var-ious scores of marital quality between the nurses and the norm. (2) The marital quality was correlated with general well-being, social support and psychoticism, neuroticism and lying degree of EPQ.(3) Multivariable linear regression which took marital quality as dependent variable ,the variables which entered the equation were age of marriage, social support, psychoticism,subjective well- being,lying degree and objective support. Conclusions (1) The marital quality of night-shift nurses was low. (2)Marital quality was positively cor-relat-ed with subjective well-being, social support and lying degree, negatively correlated with neuroticism and psychoticism. (3) Marital quality were influenced by time of marriage, social support, psycholepsy, sub-jec-tive well-being, lying degree and objective support, among which social support has a great influence.

Objective To discuss the influential factors of postoperative pulmonary complications in elder patients accepted abdominal operation. Methods The clinical data of 95 cases accepted abdominal operation were analyzed retrospectively,and all the patients aged over 60. These patients were divided into two groups based on whether they had pulmonary complications or not. Seven relative factors including the age,sex,smoking history,surgery duration ,operation place,pulmonary function,anesthesia were analyzed and the relationship between these factors and the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications were explored,too. Results Among the 95 patients,19 cases had pulmonary complications. The surgery duration in patients with pulmonary complications ((3.4 ± 1.1)h)were significantly higher than in those without pulmonary complications ((2. 6 ± 0. 9)h)(P ＜0.05). We also found significant differences in the comparison of FEV1%(59.2 ±9.5),FEV1/FVC(61.3 ±7.7)% ,MVV%(59.3 ±8.6)% in the group with pulmonary complications,with FEV1%(79.7 ± 11.5)%、FEV1/FVC(73.2 ±8. 3)% 、MVV%(74. 2 ±6. 4)% in the group without pulmonary complications. The epigastric operation and general anesthesia before operation were risk factors for post-operative pulmonary comphcations(P ＜0. 05). Conclusions Surgery duration,operation place,pulmonary dysfunction and anesthesia may be the risk factors of pulmonary complications after abdominal operation.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of concurrent radiochemotherapy in the treatment of intermediate and advanced cardiac cancer.Methods Involved 34 intermediate and advanced cardiac patients,using concurrent radiochemotherapy treatment,the radio treatment with 3D -CRT method,2Gy/time,Qd,5 times per week, total 60Gy/6 week,at the same time,combined with gemcitabine treatment,1 000mg/m2 ,intravenous infusion of 30min.First day and eighth day of medication,forbidding 1 week and used 2 cycles.Results 34 patients all took part in the follow up,the total effective rate was 88.2%,the 1 -,2 -,3 -year survival rate was 70.1%(24 /34),47.0%(16 /34)and 26.5%(9 /34).Adverse reactions were mainly gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow suppression,etc. Conclusion The concurrent radiochemotherapy treatment can really control the progressive disease,and receive an ideal survival rate,the adverse reactions can limit in tolerance scope.

Objective To investigate the related factors of postoperative pulmonary complications with abdominal operation. Methods 193 cases after abdominal operation were reviewed. The age, smoking history, surgery duration, surgical site, pulmonary function, artery blood gas analysis, and the incidence of post-operative pulmonary complications were analyzed. Results Pulmonary complications were found in 29 cases. The age was higher and surgery duration was longer in patients with pulmonary complications than those without pulmonary complications (P<0.05). The patients with abnormal forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1)%, FEV1/ forced vital capacity (FVC)%, maximum ventilatory volume (MVV)% and smoking history before operation were in higher risk for post-operative pulmonary complications (P<0.05). There was significant difference in artery blood gas analysis between the 2 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The age,smoking history, surgery duration and pulmonary dysfunction may be the risk factors of pulmonary complications after abdominal operation,while it is important to monitor the blood gas analysis.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of post-operative cardiovascular or pulmonary complications in patients with gastrointestinal tumor. MethodsThe data of 352 cases with gastrointestinal tumor were analyzed retrospectively. These patients were divided into the two groups based on with or without cardiovascular or pulmonary complications. Seven relative factors including the patients' age, sex, smoking, duration of surgery, pulmonary function, ECG, UCG, and relationship between these factors and the incidence of post-operative cardiovascular or pulmonary complications were analyzed.ResultsForty-two cases occourred cardiovascular or pulmonary complications in 352 patients. The mean age and surgery duration were (61.2±7.9) years and (3.0±0.9) hours in patients with cardiovascular or pulmonary complications, and (53.5±4.6) years and (2.7±0.7) hours in patients without cardiovascular or pulmonary complications respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05). The patients with abnormal FEV1%, FEV1/FVC%, MVV% and cardiac function before operation had higher risk for post-operative cardiopulmonary complications ( P<0.05).ConclusionAge, duration of surgery and cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction may be risk factors of cardiovascular or pulmonary complications after gastrointestinal surgery.

Aim To study the effect of chromomycin on MPP~+-induced dopaminergic neuronal apoptosis.Methods An apoptosis model induced by 1-methyl-4-phenylpridnium ion(MPP~+)was established in cultured fetal mesencephalic neurons in vitro.Dopaminergic neuronal apoptosis was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining and phospho-Tau levels were detected by immunofluorescence.Results 10 μmol·L~(-1) MPP~+ hyperphosphorylated Tau at Ser396 and induced dopaminergic neuronal apoptosis.Chromomycin increased the number of TH-positive cells via inhibiting Tau phosphorylation.Conclusion These results indicate thatchromomycin inhibits Tau phosphorylation at Ser396 and therefore protects dopaminergic mesencephalic neurons from apoptosis induced by MPP+,which suggests that Chromomycin may be used to cure neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson's disease in clinic.

Objective To assess the correlation of the characteristics of coronary lesion and the risk factors to the coronary heart diseases using angiography techniques. Methods Coronary heart disease (CHD) patients were divided into two groups according to the ages of patients: elderly group (67 cases, 60 88 years); non elderly group(61 cases, 25 59 yeas). Angiography was performed in all CHD patients and their risk factors were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results The coronary changes were characterized in most patients by multi vessels lesion(76 1%) in elderly group, while by single vessel lesion (54 1%) in non elderly group. Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI and MRS in the prostatic diseases.Methods Clinical data together with MRI and MRS findings were reviewed retrospectively in 16 cases with benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) and 6 cases with prostate carcinoma(PC) which were confirmed with pathology.MRI observation was focused on the size of the gland,the location of the lesion,the signal features and the extent of the tumor.MRS observation included the chemical shift of citrate(Cit),choline(Cho) and creatine(Cr)spectra,and the ratio of(Cho+Cr)/Cit.Results BPH appeared as irregular enlargement of the whole prostate gland.On T2WI,the central zones of the gland were marked enlargement,there were many different-size similar round low-signal or high-signal intensity nodular lesions in peripheral zones in 13 cases,some low-signal nodular with low-signal false capsules were found and the peripheral zone were compressed obviously.In 6 patients with PC,5 cases localized low-signal area in the periphery and 1 case localized low-signal area in the centre,the tumors localized within the prostate capsule in 2 cases,breakthrough the prostatic capsule in 4 cases with seminal vesicle and the neurovascular bundles involved,the lymph node in pelvis and the bone of pelvis were involved in 1 case.On MRS,Cit elevated obviously,Cho elevated slightly,(Cho+Cr)/Cit ratio was not high,average 0.60 in BPH.In PC,Cit dropped obviously,Cho elevated obviously,(Cho+Cr)/Cit ratio elevated,average 2.51.The metabolic ratios between the BPH and PC were of remarkable statistically difference(t=0.353,P
