1.The effect of rhythmic auditory stimulation on the gait of Parkinson's disease patients
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2014;36(6):429-432
Objective To investigate the effect of rhythmic auditory stimulation on the gait of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods Forty-two patients with Parkinson's disease were divided into an auditory stimulation group and a control group with 21 cases in each. Both groups received conventional drug treatment, but the auditory stimulation group also received rhythmic auditory stimulation training for 10 minutes,3 times daily for 3 weeks. This involved their attempting to walk in time with a beat. The 2 groups were assessed with gait tests using a 3-dimensional motion analysis system before training and after the 3 weeks of training.Assessments using the united Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS),Berg's balance scale and the 6-minute walk test were carried out. Results The auditory stimulation group's average stride length and stride frequency improved significantly after 3 weeks of treatment, and were then significantly better than the control group averages. Conclusion Rhythmic auditory stimulation helps improve the gait of Parkinson's disease sufferers and promotes the recovery of motor function.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(10):-
Patients who suffer from recurrent patellar dislocation frequently complain of diffuse pain around the knee, swelling and dislocation or subluxation of the patella. Anatomical abnormalities should be responsible for the condition, such as increased Q angle, a high-riding patella, dysplasia of the femoral condyles, abnormal shape of the patella, atrophy of the vastus medialis and hypertrophy of the vastus lateralis. We reviewed 45 reports about the treatment of recurrent dislocation of the patella. The current more than 100 methods can be classified as: lateral release, proximal realignment, distal realignment, proximal and distal realignment, patella-tomy and plastic repair of quadriceps. Of all these methods, proximal realignment is the best, but there has been no method which can successfully and generally repair the recurrent patellar dislocation.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
Various surgical technologies have been developed to minimize the risk of the operation. With continuous water flow being the dissector, a relatively bloodless operation and a clear view for the operator can be obtained. When applied to the adventitia and the soft tissue adjacent to the vascular structure, it is satisfying and the vessel and ureter can be protected perfectly if ligated selectively. The operation time is also shorter than the routine one. So, further studies of this technology are necessary.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
In 34 hypothalamic slices of rats, spontaneous discharging of 63 paraventricular neurons was extracellulariy recorded by glass microelectrode. When the slices were perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF) containing noradrenaline (NA) (10-6 mol/L), firing rates of 20 units significantly increased, those of 8 units decreased or even ceased, and those of 35 units, not affected. When low Ca2+ high Mg2+-ACSF was applied to block synaptic transmission, of 20 units which were excited by NA, 14 units still had excitatory responses and 6 units had no significant response to NA. When synaptic transmission was blocked, of 8 units which were inhibited by NA, 7 units still had inhibitory responses and only one unit had no significant response to NA. The results of this experiment strongly suggest the existence of direct effects of NA on paraventricular neurons.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(6):838-841
Objective:The chemiluminescence immunoassay for AngiotensinⅠ ( AngⅠ ) was developed by the competition method. The renin activity was calculated by the determination of Ang Ⅰ. Methods: AngⅠ antigen was labeled with biotin and fluorescein labeled AngⅠantibody, and anti fluorescein antibody was used to coated with the microporous plate . Results:The standard range of the method was 100-7 800 pg/ml. The assay sensitivity was 24. 3 pg/ml. The intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variance were 5. 6%-8. 7% and 6. 8%-10. 4% respectively. Analytical recovery was 95. 4%-105. 3%. The correlation coefficients between measured and expected values were 0. 999 after serial diluted. Compared with radioimmunoassay kit,the correlative equation was y=0. 95x+235. 70,correlation coefficient was 0. 973. Coated microporous plate and biotin labeled Ang Ⅰ antigen, and fluorescein labeled Ang Ⅰantibody at 37℃ for a week with good stability. Conclusion: The results of the method were in accord with the basic requirements of immunoassay.

BACKGROUND:Open reduction and Kirschner wire tension band technique has been a traditional surgical method for the treatment of patela fracture. However, there stil exist some complications such as Kirschner wire slippage and breakage. Cable-Pin system is a new fixation device. A series of good clinical results has been achieved in patients with patela fracture using this fixation device through a minimaly invasive way. OBJECTIVE:To compare and investigate the clinical results of minimaly invasive fixation with Cable-Pin system and Kirschner wire tension band technique for patela fracture and the complications. METHODS:Eighty patients with radiology-confirmed transverse displacement of patela participated in this trial, and were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients underwent a minimaly invasive technique and the others had conventional open surgery using Kirschner wire. At postoperative intervals of 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months, pain was measured by Visual Analogue Scale scores, range of motion was measured by goniometry, and knee function was evaluated using the Bostman clinical grading scale. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Easement of pain was better in the minimaly invasive surgery group than in the control group at 1 and 3 months after treatment (P < 0.05). Above dominance disappeared at 6 months after treatment. At 3-24 months, the knee flexion training was faster and flexion angle was greater in the minimaly invasive surgery group, and results were significantly better than in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of discomfort fixation-induced complications was lower in the minimaly invasive surgery group than in the conventional open surgery group (P < 0.05). These data confirm that after minimaly invasive fixation with Cable-Pin system, pain was noticeably lessened, range of motion of affected knee was great, the recovery of knee function was better, the incidence of complications was reduced, and the repair effect was better than the conventional Kirschner wire fixation.
