1.Thromboembolism and anticoagulant therapy in patients with lupus nephritis
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(06):-
Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, especially lupus nephritis, are often accompanied by arterial and venous thrombus at various sites.Thrombosis is associated with the extrinsic and intrinsic coagulation pathway activated by inflammation and endothelium injury.Anticoagulant therapy can interrupt the cycle between inflammation and thrombus, which not only prevents and treats the thrombotic disease but also lessens the inflammatory reaction in kidney and attenuates the renal injury.
2.The prescription and anticoagulation of Continuous renal replacement therapies.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2002;0(08):-
The development of Continuous renal replacement therapies(CRRT) in saving the critically ill patients is rapidly because of its removing the toxins and inflammatory mediators, maintaining the balance of the internal enviroment and preventing the endothelial cell function. The aim of the present paper is to guide and standardize the clinical usage of CRRT in the primary hospitals, through clarifying some problems of CRRT in clinical practice, such as the selection of CRRT pattern, setting the blood flow rate and the prescription and dosage of replacement fluid in CRRT,the selection of anticoagulant and the anticoagulation strategy and the announcements in CRRT. Abstract:Summ ary:The developm ent of Continuous renal rep lacem ent therap ies(CRRT) in saving the critically ill patients is rap-id ly because of its removing the toxins and inflamm atory m ed iators,m aintain ing the balance of the internal envirom ent and preventing the endothelial cell function. The aim of the present paper is to gu ide and standard ize the c lin ical usage of CRRT in the prim ary hosp itals, through c larifying som e prob lem s of CRRT in c lin ical practice, such as the selection of CRRT pattern, setting the b lood flow rate and the prescription and dosage of rep lacem ent flu id in CRRT,the selection of anticoagu lant and the anticoagu lation strategy and the announcem ents in CRRT.

Objective To observe the effect of different ultraviolet on HaCaT and offer experimental evidences for further studies of the pathogenesis of photodermatitis. Methods Using different dose of UVA and UVB to irradiate HaCaT cell line respectively. 12 hours later, the morphology of HaCaT cells was observed and the sum was calculated. Results The cell linkage was loose and the refraction was weak with some dead cells. The effect of large dosage of UVB was more obvious. Conclusions the effects on keratinocyte after UV exposure are different according to the dose of irradiation, which offers experimental evidences for the further study of the pathogenesis of photodermatitis.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the association of the dental decay of children with the contents of chemokine CCL28 and secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) in saliva.
METHODS:
A total of 108 children in 2 kindergartens of Changsha, with age from 3 to 5 years old, were enrolled for this study. The saliva was collected from these children when they were in the examination of mouth. Th e children were divided into 3 groups: A non-caries group [dynamical mean-field theory (DMFT)=0], a low caries group (DMFT=1-4) and a high caries group (DMFT ≥ 5). Th e contents of CCL28 and sIgA were measured by ELISA.
RESULTS:
The contents of CCL28 and sIgA in saliva were (121.22 ± 32.63) pg/mL and (16.49 ± 8.02) μg/mL, respectively. A positive linear correlation was found between the CCL28 content and sIgA content in saliva (r=0.734). Th e CCL28 and sIgA contents in saliva were positively correlated with the degree of dental caries in children (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
The dental decay of children leads to the secretion of chemokine CCL28, which promotes the secretion of sIgA in saliva.

Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2023;17(3):359-363
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum soluble receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (sRANKL), Omentin-1 levels and postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) .Methods:A total of 310 menopausal patients admitted to Qingdao Municipal Hospital from Jun. 2017 to Jul. 2021 were selected, including 165 patients with PMOP and 145 women with simple menopause as the control group. Serum sRANKL and Omentin-1 levels were detected by ELISA. Bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes [N-terminal propeptide of typeⅠprecollagen (PINP), bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP), β isomer of the C-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen (β-CTX) and osteocalcin (OC) ] were compared between the two groups. The correlation between serum sRANKL and Omentin-1 levels and bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes in PMOP patients was analyzed by Pearson. The predictive value of sRANKL and Omentin-1 to PMOP was analyzed by ROC curve. Logistic regression analysis of the influence of multiple factors on PMOP.Results:Compared with the control group (15.62±4.41) (42.56±8.53), the serum sRANKL level (26.63±8.12) was increased and Omentin-1 level (32.32±5.52) was decreased in PMOP group ( t=14.55, P<0.001; t=12.69, P<0.001). The serum sRANKL in PMOP group was positively correlated with PINP, β-CTX and OC, while the serum Omentin-1 level was negatively correlated with the above indexes by Pearson analysis. ROC curve showed that serum sRANKL and Omentin-1 had important reference significance in predicting PMOP. Logistic regression suggested that increased sRANKL and decreased Omentin-1 were risk factors for PMOP. Conclusion:Serum sRANKL and Omentin-1 in patients with PMOP are correlated with bone mineral density and bone metabolism, and have potential as diagnostic targets of PMOP.
