0.05). The median diameter of the nodules in survival group was smaller (4.3?2.2cm)than that in death group(7.3?2.7cm, P0.05). Ten of 14 survived patients remained clinical free of tumor. In conclusion, RFA could extend survival time for patients with unresectable PHC.

OBJECTIVETo compare the method of detecting heat-sensitive (HS) condition of Neiguan (PC 6) with moxibustion sensation and with infrared in heart-qi deficiency patients (HQD), and to find an objective detection method for HS condition of acupoints.

METHODSThe study was performed on 74 HQD patients. Take infrared thermograph of the tested skin area in natural state. Then thermosensitive test was taken after infrared thermograph acquisition (suspended moxibustion for 10 min). After moxibustion infrared radiometry was implemented for the second time. The infrared radiation information of the forearms was collected and the major axis of the moxibustion reaction area was recorded. The effect of moxibustion sensation and infrared detection on HS Neiguan (PC 6) in HQD patients was compared.

RESULTSWhen the Neiguan (PC 6) in HQD patients was on HS condition, most of the infrared intensity was high temperature and compared with moxibustion sensation method, the sensitivity was 66.7%, the specificity 76.9%, and the accuracy 70.3%. After moxibustion on the HS Neiguan (PC 6) area, the infrared intensity diffused longitudinally along inner side of forearms. Compared with the result of the moxibustion sensation method, its sensitivity was 87.5%, the specificity 92.3%, and the accuracy 89.2%.

CONCLUSION(1) The state of HS condition of Neiguan (PC 6) in HQD patients could be detected objectively by infrared radiation. (2) After moxibustion, the HS condition of acupoints produced thermal phenomena as thermal expansion, heat transfer, which could be demonstated objectively by the infrared radiation image as well as the sensation of subjects.

Objective To explore the clinical value of one-step visualization loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)in the detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(Mp). Methods One-step visualized LAMP,polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were used to simultaneously detect 108 clinical Mp specimens in children,which included 73 cases of Mp infection diagnosed by PCR and 35 cases of other chronic/acute respiratory tract infections.On the first day of admission,one-step visualization LAMP,PCR(fluorimetric method),and ELISA were used to test the throat swab and serum sample obtained from the same patient,and the Kappa value was calculated.The consistence between LAMP and PCR and that between LAMP and ELISA were compared.On the fifth day of admission,40 patients were resampled and the findings of these three tests on the first day and on the fifth day were compared. Results One-step visualization LAMP had a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 94.3%,whereas ELISA had a sensitivity of 65.8% and a specificity of 82.9%.The ratio of Kappa camparing one-step visualization LAMP and PCR was 0.956 and the ratio of Kappa camparing one-step visualization LAMP and ELISA was 0.38.The number of positive specimens detected by LAMP was higher than that by ELISA on the first day. Conclusions One-step visualization LAMP has excellent sensitivity and specificity in detecting early acute Mp infection.It has high consistency with PCR and can be applied to detect Mp.

Objective To introduce extrapedicular infiltration anesthesia as an improved method of local anesthesia which applied to unipedicular percutaneous vertebroplasty or percutaneous kyphoplasty.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,20 patients in our hospital received percutaneous vertebroplasty or percutaneous kyphoplasty with 1％ lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia and extrapedicular infiltration anesthesia.The visual analogue score of patients during the operation and whether they needed additional sedative anesthesia were evaluated.The anaesthetic effect of nerve root block was observed.Results The visual analogue score of all the patients ranged from 1 point to 3 point,averagely (2.5 ± 0.7) point.Among the 20 patients,there were 2 cases of 1 point,7 cases of 2 point and 11 cases of 3 point.No patients required additional sedative anesthesia,and no nerve root block effects were observed.Conclusion Extrapedicular infiltration anesthesia provides good local anesthetic effects without significant complications,which deserved further use in unipedicular percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty.

Dongting Lake area is one of the major marshland schistosomiasis endemic areas in China. In recent years spatial epidemiology is widely used in the research of schistosomiasis which is a new opportunity to break through the current wander-ing situation of schistosomiasis control. In this article both the generalized and Dongting-Lake-specific epidemic indicators of schistosomiasis are reviewed to provide the basis to construct the schistosomiasis Geographic Information System GIS database of Hunan Province.

Objective To screen the indicator system of sub-health.Methods Three rounds delphi consultations were conducted for selected indicators of sub-health.30 experts were selected for the three rounds' consultations.Results The experts who had been invited are from about 10 different majors and have been engaged in their current profession for 21.75 years on average.The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists in pretest and two rounds' formal consultations were 90.00%, 93.33% and 89.29% respectively.The coordination coefficients Kendall' W of the experts' opinion were 0.327,0.185 and 0.249 respectively.The weight of the first grade indexes of the sub-health namely physical, mental and social sub-health indicator dimension were 40.61%, 33.34%and 26.05% respectively.After two rounds' formal consultation,64 assessing indicators were remained in the final.Conclusion It is practical,efficient and successful to use Delphi method in screening indicator system of assessing sub-health.

Objective To understand the current distribution and characteristics of advanced schistosomiasis patients who accepted medical assistance in Hunan Province in 2015,so as to provide the evidence for perfecting the policy and measures of the medical assistance to advanced schistosomiasis patients. Methods The patients who had been diagnosed as advanced schis-tosomiasis were verified and confirmed according to the standard of the medical assistance to advanced schistosomiasis patients in Hunan Province in 2015. The epidemiological survey was conducted to investigate the demographic characteristics,history of diagnosis and treatment,and medical assistance to these persons. Results There were 3850 advanced schistosomiasis patients who accepted the medical assistance in Hunan Province in 2015,and among them,2664 patients were male(69.19%),and 1186 were female(30.81%). Most of them(92.82%)came from the main schistosomiasis endemic areas,such as Yueyang, Changde and Yiyang. There were 2369 cases of ascites(61.53%),1466 cases of splenomegaly(38.08%),15 cases of colon proliferation and dwarf(0.39%). The mean age of advanced schistosomiasis patients who accepted the medical assistance was (62.94 ± 11.67)years old,with 64.31% of them being more than 60 years old. The age of initial diagnosis of advanced schistoso-miasis was(53.85 ± 21.32)years old,and it was concentrated in 40-60 years old(68.57%). The mean duration of advanced schistosomiasis was(9.58 ± 10.06)years,and it was mainly distributed in 10 years(75.95%). The mean duration from initial diagnosis of schistosomiasis to advanced schistosomiasis was(22.33 ± 14.20)years. The priority of the medical assistance to ad-vanced schistosomiasis patients was given to the county hospitals(76.57%);and the effective rate of assistance was 94.46%. To-tally 86.57% of the patients with advanced schistosomiasis got the medical insurance(rural cooperative medical care,urban medical care,etc.). Conclusions The burden of the medical assistance to advanced schistosomiasis patients is still heavy be-cause of many patients and low cure rate in Hunan Province. The ascites patients and high age patients should be the important objects of the medical assistance.

The muscular fiber density of levator ani muscles in SUI and POP groups was decreased, fibers were arranged in disorder and separated by large quantities of dense connective tissues with infiltrating inflammatory cells. The muscle fiber fascicles showed obvious grouped denervative atrophy, fiber type grouping and angular in shape. And also there was myopathic degeneration such as centrally located nuclei, peripheral phagocytosis and vacuolated necrosis. Conclusions There are both neurogenic and myopathic alterations in levator ani muscle's structure in patients with SUI and POP. The presence of both acute and chronic abnormalities indicates that the weakness of pelvic floor is a consequence of prolonged denervation.

Objective To establish the drug use evaluation(DUE)standard of fibrinogenase for injection and provide a reference for the rational clinical application of fibrinogenase for injection.Methods Based on the specification of fibrinogenase for injection,the DUE standard was established from three aspects:drug indication,drug process and drug results,with reference to relevant guidelines and literature,and through discussion with clinical experts.A retrospective survey was conducted to evaluate the inpatients using fibrinogenase for injection from January 2021 to December 2021 in Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian Province.Results A total of 256 patients were included,with a medication reasonable rate of 61.72％.The irrational use of drugs was mainly including the inappropriate usage and dosage(3.91％),off-label medication(1.95％),no skin test(8.98％),too long or inadequate course of medication(25.00％).Conclusion The DUE standard established of fibrinogenase for injection is scientific,practical and feasible.The use of fibrinogenase for injection in contraindications and high blood coagulation state,and off-label medication can be further optimized.

Objective To evaluate the role of spinal cord tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6)/nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB)signaling pathway in the development of diabetic neuropathic pain (DNP)in rats.Methods Clean-grade healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats,aged 2 months,weighing 180-230 g,in which IT catheters were implanted,were used in this study.Streptozotocin 60 mg/kg was intraperitoneally injected after IT catheterization to establish the model of DNP.Twelve DNP rats were divided into 2 groups (n =6 each) by a random number table method:DNP group and DNP plus TRAF6 inhibitor group (group DTR).Another 6 age-matched Sprague-Dawley rats were used as normal control group (group NC).The rats in group DC and group DTR received IT injection of dimethyl sulfoxide 10 μl and TRAF6 inhibition 10 μg,respectively,once a day for 7 consecutive days starting from day 21 after establishing the model.The mechanical paw withdrawal threshold (MWT) was determined before establishing the model (T1),on 7,14 and 21 days after establishing the model (T2-4),and on 1,4 and 7 days after IT injection (T5-7).The rats were sacrificed after the last MWT measurement,and the L3-5 segments of the spinal cord were removed for determination of the expression of TRAF6 and NFκB p65 by Western blot.Results Compared with group NC,the MWT at T3-7 in group DC and at T3-6 in group DTR was significantly decreased,and the expression of spinal TRAF6 and NF-κB p65 was up-regulated in DC and DTR groups (P＜0.05).Compared with group DC,the MWT was significantly increased at T6-7,and the expression of spinal TRAF6 and NF-κB p65 was down-regulated in group DTR (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Spinal cord TRAF6/NF-κB signaling pathway is involved in the development of DNP in rats.
