International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(9):631-634
The solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas (SPT) is a rare pancreatic tumor with low malignant potential. It primarily affects young women. The clinical characteristic is nonspecific, but the pathological characteristic is distinct. The tumor consists of both cystic and solid component. The typical histopathological appearance of SPT is the pseudopapillary structure with a fibrovascular surrounded by several layers of epithelial cells.Only a few SPTs present invasive behaviors. The tumor cells express a wide range of immunohistochemical markers. The pathogenesis is associated with the Wnt signaling pathway, which is changed by β-catenin, Pl20-catenin, adenomatous polyposis coli gene( APC), the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors p21 and p27.

Objective To explore the classification , age , ratio of gender , to provide clinical basis for prevention and treatment of pediatric eye diseases. Methods Clinical data of 0-14 year old patients with eye diseases from January 1993 to December 2014 were collected and analysized. Results The total rate of boy and girl is 2.14:1. Boys with ocular trauma were much more than girls , and the ratio of boy and girl is 3.7:1. The peak occurrence age of ocular trauma was 8 to 11 year old , 0-7 year old children with eye diseases mainly contained congenital diseases such as congenital cataract and congenital ptosis. Children between 7 to 14 year old were more liability to intermittent exotropia and accommodative esotropia. Retinopathy of prematurity was the most common eyeground disease. The most popular tumor were major in corneal dermoid and retinal glioblastoma, potential age was 1-6 year old. Conclusion Pediatric eye diseases should be paid more attention. Ocular examination were needed to be done periodically , primary diseases should be treated early , occurrence should be prevented depending on different ages , to protect the ocular function of children.

With the progress of the medical imaging technology, imaging medicine plays an essential role in medical treatment practice, primarily including the imaging equipment and personnel cultivation。This paper presents some opinions on how to combine imaging technology with personnel and bring modern imaging medicine into full play. Imaging medicine progress is also changing our thought on the diagnosis and treatment, and we should accept new technology and adopt new idea,so as to bring many patients new hope.

International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(3):173-176
Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor. Animal models of pancreatic cancer included xenograft models, carcinogen induced models, genetically engineered models. Xenograft models are relatively reliable and feasible, but the growth pattern is different between serve immunodeficienct animals and human beings. Carcinogens induced models simulated the environmental factors to reconstruct the development of pancreatic cancer. But carcinogens could have other biological effects. Genetically engineered models could make the occurrence of pancreatic cancer at the molecular level. But it is difficult to control the transgenic product accurately. No model could meet all the needs of different experiments. It is important to choose a suitable animal model in different experiments.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Objective To study immunoregulatory activity of polysaccharide of mudan cortex (PSM) on immunodepressive mice. Method The immunodepressive mice model was established with cyclophosphamide treated and tumor-bearing. PSM was orally administered to mice for 10 d. MTT method was used to observe the prolifernation of lymphocytes. The function of macrophage in abdominal activity was measured. Sectrophotometric determination was adopted to evaluate the ability of plaque forming cell. Result PSM could enhance the function of macrophage, increase the content of plaque forming cell, and promote the prelifernation of lymphocytes. Conclusion PSM could enhance immunofunction of immunodepressive mice.
9. Optimal dosage of dexmedetomidine on prevention of agitation induced by sevoflurane anesthesia in children
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2020;25(1):75-80
AIM: To explore the optimal dosage of dexmedetomidine for prevention of agitation induced by sevoflurane anesthesia in children. METHODS: One hundred and sixty ASA -Ⅱ pediatric patients, who underwent indirect inguinal hernia or hydrocele were randomly divided into 4 groups: C group (saline group), D0.2 group (dexmedetomidine 0.2 μg/kg), Group D0.4 (dexmedetomidine 0.4 μg/kg); D0.6 group (dexmedetomidine 0.6 μg/kg), 40 cases in each group. The dexmedetomidine was treated with intravenous infusion of the same volume of saline at 10 min before the induction of anesthesia. Observation with induction period and intraoperative hemodynamic situation, postoperative FLACC behavior score, Ramsay sedation scores, extubation time, adverse reactions, such as respiration depression (SpO2<92%), postoperative nausea and vomiting, postoperative agitation were carried out. RESULTS:The intraoperative hemodynamics of D0.4 and D0.6 groups were more stable than the groups of C and D0.2 (P<0.05). The FLACC scores of groups D0.4 and D0.6 were lower than the groups C at the time of T5, T6. The FLACC scores of group D0.6 was lower than the groups C at the time of T7 (P<0.05). The FLACC scores of groups D0.4 and D0.6 were lower than the groups D0.2 at the time of T5, T6 also (P<0.05). The Ramsay sedation score of groups D0.4 and D0.6 were higher than the group C at the time of T5, T6, T7 (P<0.05). The Ramsay sedation score of groups D0.4 and D0.6 were higher than the group D0.2 at the time of T5, T6, and the Ramsay sedation score of group D0.6 was higher than the group D0.2 at the time of T7 also (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative hypoxic incidence (SpO2<92%) in the four groups (P>0.05). The case of postoperative agitation in the group D0.4 (12 cases), D0.6 (8 cases) lower than the group C (23 cases) and D0.2 (16 cases) (P<0.05). The awakening time of group D0.6 was longer than the group of C (P<0.05). The rate of other adverse reaction were no statistically significant difference in the four groups (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The usage of 0.4 μg/kg dexmedetomidine for the pediatric inguinal hernia or hydrocele surgery under the anesthesia of sevoflurane has the characteristics of stable hemodynamics during the operation, reducing the incidence of restlessness after sevoflurane anesthesia, not affecting the recovery of children, and not increasing adverse reactions.
