Objective To evaluate the curative effect of layering fibula feet cushion to prevent deep venous thrombosis(DVT) after total hip replacement(THA).Methods 100 patients who underwent THA were divided into two groups at random.The research group was applied layering fibula feet cushion while the control group was applied general feet cushion.VAS,the occurrence rate of DVT,disappearance time of feet swelling and Harris hip function score were used to evaluate the curative effect.Results In according to these four observation indexes,the score of the research group was better than the control group.The effective rate of the research group was 96％,while the control group was 82％.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions The layering fibula feet cushion can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis after total hip replacement.It can be generalized and applied in clinical nursing.

Objective To construct a framework and relevant evaluation items of the teaching ability for nursing teachers in colleges or universities.Methods The research was carried out by a variety of means such as theory analysis,literature study,expert consultation,etc,to explore behavior items that could be used to evaluate the teaching ability for nursing teachers in colleges or universities.A questionnaire was formed and a survey was conducted in a total of 194 nursing teachers from ten colleges or universities across the whole nation.Then,factor analysis was performed to build the relevant evaluation items for teaching ability of full-time nursing teacher.Cronbach's α and Spearman correlation were used to test the reliability and validity.Results The relevant evaluation items of teaching ability for nursing teachers contained 31 behavior items from six domains,which were teaching research ability,emotional teaching ability,expressing ability,self-examination ability,integration ability,and organizing ability.Cronbach's α of the total system was up to 0.913 0,Cronbach's α of each domain ranged from 0.681 0 to 0.815 8.Every factor had positive correlation with the totality,and the correlation coefficient of every item with its affiliated factor was greater than other factors.Conclusions The relevant evaluation questionnaire of teaching ability for nursing teachers has excellent reliability and validity.It can provide reference standard to directing admission,training,and teaching evaluation for nursing teachers.

Objective To investigate the value of serum soluble leukocyte differentiation antigen 14 subtype (sCD14-ST,presepsin) combined with national early warning score (NEWS) for predicting the prognosis of emergency patients with sepsis.Methods To select 119 patients who came to the emergency department of Beijing Hospital with sepsis from September 2009 to July 2015 as the objects of the study.The serum samples were collected immediately as they came,the presepsin was measured,and the NEWS scorescalculated.Patients were divided into survival group (81 cases) and death group (38 cases) according to the 30-day prognosis,and the value of the presepsin,NEWS score and presepsin + NEWS score in the assessment of prognosis were compared.Results Presepsin and NEWS scores both were higher in the death group than the survival group.Presepsin and NEWS were the independent risk factors of the 30-day mortality of patients with sepsis.Under the ROC curve area (AUC) of presepsin and NEWS were 0.842 and 0.823;the combination of Presepsin and NEWS was 0.906.When presepsin ＞ 927.5 pg / mL and NEWS ＞ 6.5 points,it can significantly improve the efficacy of predicting prognosis.Conclusions Serum presepsin is a good indicator to judge the prognosis of patients with sepsis,and the combination with NEWS can improve the ability to predict the risk of septic death.

AIM:To investigate the current situation of myopia in a primary school in Jinhua city and the intervention effect of knowledge, belief and practice.METHODS: From September to December 2022, a total of 1 482 primary school students who met the inclusion criteria were selected for myopia test and education intervention based on cluster sampling method. The questionnaire was designed based on relevant references. The main contents of the questionnaire include students' general information, low vision and knowledge, belief and practice before and after intervention and prevention of myopia.RESULTS: A total of 1 482 primary school students were investigated and tested, among which myopia was detected out of 657 students, with a myopia rate of 44.33%. Specifically, mild myopia accounted for 54.64%(359); moderate myopia accounted for 23.90%(157); severe myopia accounted for 21.46%(141). A total of 1 468 valid questionnaires were collected before intervention, and 1 457 valid questionnaires were collected after intervention. The overall knowledge rate of myopia prevention and control knowledge before intervention was 62.57%(7348/11744), and it was 81.20%(9465/11656)after intervention, with statistical significance before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.001). The behavior attendance rate before intervention was 82.48%(9687/11744), and it was 93.73%(10925/11656)after intervention, with statistical significance comparison before and after intervention(P<0.001).CONCLUSION: The results of this survey showed that the myopia situation of primary students in Jinhua city was not optimistic, and some students were not aware of prevention knowledge and correct behavior before intervention. After intervention, the knowledge, belief and practice of myopia prevention and control have achieved remarkable results.

Objective To investigate the influence of difference ileocecal junction length on the efficacy of laparoscopic subtotal colectomy combined with antiperistaltic cecorectal anastomosis (LSCACRA) in treatment of slow transit constipation (STC). Methods Ninety- two STC patients undergoing LSCACRA were divided into 2 groups by random digits table method:10-15 cm group (10-15 cm ascending colon preserved above ileocecal junction, 46 cases) and 2-3 cm group (2-3 cm ascending colon preserved above ileocecal junction ,46 cases). All the patients were followed up for 24 months, and the Wexner incontinence score (WIS), ileocecal junction emptying time of barium enema, Wexner constipation score (WCS), abdominal pain intensity score (NRS), gastrointestinal quality of life index (GIQLI), abdominal pain frequency score and abdominal bloating frequency score were compared between 2 groups. Results All the patients successfully completed LSCACRA, with no conversion to open surgery and death occurred. There were no statistical differences in amount of bleeding, operative time, hospitalization time, exhaust time, incidences of postoperative intestinal obstruction and pulmonary infection, defecation time, WIS and abdominal bloating frequency score between 2 groups (P>0.05). The WCS, GIQLI, NRS and abdominal pain frequency scores 6, 12 and 24 months after operation in 2-3 cm group were significantly better than those in 10 - 15 cm group, WCS: (1.7 ± 1.3) scores vs. (4.2 ± 2.3) scores, (1.7 ± 1.1) scores vs. (4.1 ± 1.9) scores, (1.2 ± 0.5) scores vs. (3.9 ± 2.5) scores;GIQLI:(116.8 ± 6.2) scores vs. (98.5 ± 14.7) scores, (122.9 ± 7.5) scores vs. (104.7 ± 16.5) scores, (124.3 ± 5.9) scores vs. (108.3 ± 15.1) scores; NRS: (1.3 ± 0.5) scores vs. (2.5 ± 1.7) scores, (0.9 ± 0.3) scores vs. (2.3 ± 1.4) scores, (0.8 ± 0.3) scores vs. (2.2 ± 1.5) scores;abdominal pain frequency score:(0.9 ± 0.3) scores vs. (1.6 ± 1.2) scores, (0.7 ± 0.3) scores vs. (1.4 ± 1.1) scores, (0.7 ± 0.2) scores vs. (1.2 ± 1.0) scores, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). The ileocecal junction emptying time of barium enema 24 months after operation in 2-3 cm group was significantly shorter than that in 10-15 cm group: (17.6 ± 8.4) h vs. (21.3 ± 10.8) h, and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions STC patients with LSCACRA is safe and effective. The shorter length of ascending colon preserved above ileocecal junction can improve the efficacy of LSCACRA in the treatment of STC and the prognosis of patients. The 2-3 cm length of ascending colon preserved above the ileocecal junction should be recommended.

Objective To explore the effect of pathogenesis,diagnosis,therapy and prevention of portal vein thrombosis(PVT) after devascularization.Methods Data of 86 patients who underwent devascularization because of cirrhotic portal hypertension between January 2009 and December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into preventive anticoagulant treatment group (46 cases) and nonpreventive anticoagulant treatment group (40 cases) according to whether or not to receive prophylactic anticoagulant therapy.Compared the causes of PVT and clinical characters.Results The occurrence of PVT was 10.9％ (5/ 46) in preventive anticoagulant treatment group,PVT Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳdegree were 2,3,0,0 cases,and that was 32.5％ (13/40) in nonpreventive anticoagulant treatment group, PVT Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ degree were 4,7,2,0 cases, the incidence rate of treatment group was lower than control group (x2 =9.735, P ＜ 0.05).There was no relationship in PVT with sex, age, and intraoperative ligation of splenic artery beforehand (P＞0.05).There were apparent correlation in PVT with centrifugal-flow of portal vein and peak value of platelet count(P＜0.05).All patients discharged uneventfully after anticoagulant treatment, including 2 cases of thrombolytic and 4 cases of blood supply recanalization, no case died from PVT.Conclusion The definite cause of PVT after devascularization is centrifugal-flow of portal vein and the peak value of platelet count (300-499) × 109/L is a pivotal risk factor.The key point of therapy is early diagnosis and early anticoagulant treatment.

BACKGROUND: The pain and the unstability of the knee joint are the main clinical manifestation of knee osteoarthritis.OBJECTIVE: To verify the efficacy of ultrasonic drug penetration combiued with quadriceps exercise in treating senile knee osteoarthritis.DESIGN: Randomized controlled study.SETTING: Rehabilitation Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College.PARTICIPANTS: Seventy-six in-patient and out-patient cases of the knee osteoarthritis, 28 males and 48 females and total 109 knees, were chosen in the Orthopaedic Department and Rehabilitation Department in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College in theperiod between August,2001 and August, 2004. The cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 38 cases each.therapy apparatus made in Mianyang was adopted and the diameter of the handpiece was 3 cm. 10 g/L dichloride sodium emulsion (made by Beijing Nuohua Pharmaceutical co.,Ltd) was taken as the coupling agent to smear around the knee joint about 0.75 -1.25 W/cm2, once a day, and 8-10 minutes per time. Meanwhile the static isometric contraction exercise of the knee joint in the extension position was done. Using the quardriceps isometric exercise apparatus, the Delorme progressive resisThe same ultrasonic therapy was done as the therapy group. The nonthermal and microthermal ultrasonic wave was adopted on the suffered location 10 -15 minutes per time, and the tolerance dose of the mid-frequency current was given 20 minutes per time and once a day using the CM-efficacy was assessed in the two groups 4 weeks after the therapy. During the therapy period the anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs were not patient's knee joint activities of daily life (0 score signifies no pain, 10 scores severe pain, the pain relief better than 40% that before the therapy means the effectiveness). The lower limb activity of daily life was chosen to evaluate the patient's knee joint activities of daily life (5 items,total 10 scores, high score means good, low score means poor). The maximal loading dose in the extension position of the knee joint was measured on the quadriceps isometric exercise apparatus using the suspension weight method.The maximal loading dose in the extension position of the knee joint in the two groups.result of the walking pain scale in the two groups before and after the therapy: The score of pain evaluation after therapy was significantly lower than that before the therapy (P ＜ 0.01), and there was no significant differs knee joint activities of daily life in the two groups before and after the therapy: the result after the therapy was siguifieantly better than that before the therapy, and the efficacy after the therapy was significantly higher than that before the therapy, the efficacy of the experiment group was better than that of the control group (9.61±1.82, 8.77±2.28), while there was tion results of the maximal loading dose in the extension position of the knee joint in the two groups: the result of the experimental group after the therapy was significantly better than that of the experimental group before the therapy and the control group [ (10.05±2.41) kg vs (7.86±1.98) kg and (8.76±1.65) kg, P ＜ 0.01 ].CONCLUSION: The ultrasonic wave using the dichloride sodium emulsion as the ultrasonic coupling agent in combination with quadriceps strengthening exercise in treating the senile knee osteoarthritis is efficacious in relieving pain and improving the ADL ability of the knee joint, increasing the maximal loading dose in the extension position of the knee joint and the stability of the knee joint. The efficacy of the combination therapy is better than the single ultrasonic therapy.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose senile cataract and complication.Method Color Doppler ultrasound were used to check and analyze 185 eyes senile cataract of 120 patients and were compared with slit-lamp.Results In initial phase of senile cataract,the accuracy of ultrasonography was lower than slit-lamp.The false negative ratio of ultrasound was 15.22%(7/46).In middle and last phase of senile cataract,the relevant ratio of ultrasonography Was 100.00%(139/139).Conclusions The diagnosis sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound in senile cataract is similar with slit-lamp.Ultrasound is the first choice to diagnose senile cataract in middle and last phase,especially when it is not seen by funduscope.Color Doppler ultrasound is an important way to diagnose senile cataract and complication.

Objective To summarize the successful experience of radiodiagnosis specialist nursing model in our hospital.Methods Retrospectively analyze the course of establishment and development of radiodiagnosis specialist nursing model in our hospital.Many aspects including setting of the nursing unit,post,quota and salary,development of post responsibilities,systems,standards and procedures,establishment of quality control and performance evaluation system,standardization of the conventional specialist technology,study and application of the new specialist technology were expounded.Results Radiodiagnosis specialist nursing model had been established and improved after five years' exploration.Quality index of care,service and safety showed a steady upward trend.Specialist new technologies had prominent features.Teaching and research achieved initial success.Conclusions Establishment of radiodiagnosis specialist nursing model makes radiology nursing connotation more comprehensive.More importantly,it is of significance in guiding the development of radiodiagnosis specialist nursing.
