1.The clinical efficacy of fluoride faction shouted tons melitracen sheet for functional gastrointestinal disorders ;with abdominal pain symptoms

Objective To study and analyze the effect of fluoride faction shouted tons melitracen sheet (Deanxit)on abdominal pain symptoms of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs).Methods 82 patients with abdominal pain FGIDs were randomly divided into A group(n =40)and B group(n =42).A group was given conven-tional treatment,group B was given deanxit treatment on the basis of A group.The treatment efficacy and the total inci-dence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of group B (90.24%)was significantly higher than that in group A (65.85%),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.538,P <0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions observed during treatment in the two groups,the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion Deanxit in the treatment of FGIDs can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect,the drug can significantly alleviate the symptoms,andit is safe and without serious side effects.
2.Study on purification process of total saponins of Rubus parvifolius L.with macroreticular resin

Objective: To study the technological parameters of the purification process of total saponins of Rubus parvifolius L. with macroreticular resin. Methods: The adsorptive characteristics and elutive parameters of the process were studied by taking the elutive and purified ratio of total saponins of Rubus parvifolius L. as marker. Results: 19.3mL of the extractive of total saponins of Rubus parvifolius L. was purified with a column of macroreticular resin (R1cm?H20cm,dried weight 2.68g) and was washed with 100mL of distilled water, then was eluted with 100mL of 50% ethanol. Conclusion: With macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify, the elutive ratio of total saponins of Rubus parvifolius L. was over 79.2% and the purity reached 55.3%. So this process of applying macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify total saponins of Rubus parvifolius L. is feasible.
3.Prevalence of hepatitis E virus infection among blood donors

【Objective】 To investigate the prevalence of hepatitis E virus (HEV) among voluntary blood donors, and the viability and practicability of nucleic acid testing (NAT) in Jinhua area. 【Methods】 Blood samples from 1 017 voluntary blood donors at Jinhua Blood Center from April to May 2021 were collected, and HEV RNA was detected by CHURAS BSS1200 blood nucleic acid detection system. The reactive samples were re-tested for IgM and IgG antibodies by ELISA, and HEV genotyping by gene sequencing. 【Results】 The yield rate of HEV RNA out of voluntary blood donors in Jinhua was 0.98 ‰ (1 / 017). The individual was negative for IgM and IgG antibodies, but was confirmed to be HEV RNA genotype 4 by sequencing. 【Conclusion】 HEV RNA positive donors have been found in this study. HEV RNA blood screening can effectively enhance the safety of blood transfusion.

Objective To construct a framework and relevant evaluation items of the teaching ability for nursing teachers in colleges or universities.Methods The research was carried out by a variety of means such as theory analysis,literature study,expert consultation,etc,to explore behavior items that could be used to evaluate the teaching ability for nursing teachers in colleges or universities.A questionnaire was formed and a survey was conducted in a total of 194 nursing teachers from ten colleges or universities across the whole nation.Then,factor analysis was performed to build the relevant evaluation items for teaching ability of full-time nursing teacher.Cronbach's α and Spearman correlation were used to test the reliability and validity.Results The relevant evaluation items of teaching ability for nursing teachers contained 31 behavior items from six domains,which were teaching research ability,emotional teaching ability,expressing ability,self-examination ability,integration ability,and organizing ability.Cronbach's α of the total system was up to 0.913 0,Cronbach's α of each domain ranged from 0.681 0 to 0.815 8.Every factor had positive correlation with the totality,and the correlation coefficient of every item with its affiliated factor was greater than other factors.Conclusions The relevant evaluation questionnaire of teaching ability for nursing teachers has excellent reliability and validity.It can provide reference standard to directing admission,training,and teaching evaluation for nursing teachers.
6.Voluntary blood donation intention of students in middle vocational school in Jinhua and its influencing factors

【Objective】 To explore the intention of voluntary blood donation in students from a middle vocational school in Jinhua and its influencing factors. 【Methods】 A total of 400 students were enrolled from a middle vocational school in Jinhua by convenience sampling, and a self-designed questionnaire was issued to each student to investigate the cognition, intention and attitude of voluntary blood donation. The influencing factors of voluntary blood donation intention were analyzed by Logistic regression. 【Results】 A total of 394 valid questionnaires(98.50%) were collected. For 394 surveyed students, the average score of cognition of voluntary blood donation was (7.27±2.69) points, and the overall rate of intention to voluntary blood donation was 21.32%. Logistic regression analysis equation consisted of family support, better cognition, feeling happy about blood donation and worrying about blood donation, with risk ratios(OR) as 31.78, 188.69, 26.27 and 0.01, respectively(all P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Students from a middle vocational school showed poor congnition and intention of voluntary blood donation.Family support for voluntary blood donation, better cognition of voluntary blood donation and happiness for blood donation were positive factors, and the fear of blood donation was a negative factor.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of blood donation among students in middle vocational school to improve their congnition and intention to voluntary blood donation.
7.Effects of miR-200b on proliferation and migration of colon cancer cells

Objective To study the effects of miR-200b on proliferation and migration of sw620 colon cancer cells,and its regulation effect on E-cadherin expression.Methods The expressions of miR-200b in sw620 cells at 24 h and 72 h after pEGP-miR-200b transfection were detected by real-time PCR (RT-PCR).The change of the expression level of E-cadherin after miR-200b transfection was detected using the methods of RT-PCR and Western blot.The proliferation and migration abilities were measured by MTT and scratch test after miR-200b transfection.Results The expressions of miR-200b in sw620 cells at 24 h and 72 h after pEGP-miR-200b transfection raised significantly compared to the control group (t =11.579,P < 0.01 ; t =11.579,P <0.01).MiR-200b transfection inhibited the proliferation abilities of sw620 cells.It is the most significant of the inhibitory effect on the third day and the inhibition rate was 55.34%.MiR-200b transfection markedly inhibited the migration abilities of sw620 cells.The two groups had significant difference in the migration distance of 24,48,72 h (t =11.579,P <0.01 ; t =10.419,P <0.01 ; t =6.955,P <0.01).The mRNA and protein expressions of E-cadherin gene increased significantly by transfecting miR-200b gene in sw620 cells (t =10.432,P < 0.01 ; t =8.325,P < 0.O1).Conclusion Up-regulated expression of miR-200b could inhibite the proliferation and migration abilities of sw620 colon cancer cells.The involved molecular mechanism is probably related to the change of E-cadherin expression.
8.The similarities and differences between thought imprint psychotherapy under hypnosis and narrative therapy

Thought Imprint Psychotherapy under Hypnosis(TIP)and Narrative Therapy are two different kinds of psychotherapy, both with the characteristic of story treatment. The psychotherapist uses re-growth means in TIP treatment, and Narrative Therapy uses means such as externalizing problems, reconstructing story, and so on. This article chiefly discusses two treatments, to confirm some similarities and differences between them and provide guidance for the actual treatment.
9.Expression and clinical significance of transcription factor special protein 1 in colorectal cancer

Objective To study the expression of transcription factor special protein 1(Sp1) in colorectal cancer tissues and the relationship with the biological behavior .Methods The Sp1 mRNA expressions of 60 colon cancer tissues and their corresponding normal tissues were detected by real-time PCR ,and the level of target gene was calculated by ΔΔCT method .The relationships be-tween the expression of Sp1 mRNA and the different clinical features and pathological characters were determined .Results Com-pared with the matched normal tissues ,Sp1 mRNA was significantly up-regulated in the colon cancer tissues(P<0 .01) .Sp1 mRNA positive expression rate in colon cancer tissues had no significant different with sex ,age and tumors area(P>0 .05) ,but had signifi-cant different with histological grade ,Duke′s stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Sp1 plays an important role in the process of occurrence and development in colon cancer .
10.A high-throughput fluorescent polarization model for screening EPO receptor ligand

Aim To discover lead compound whose function is similar to EPO.Methods A high-throughput Fluorescent Polarization(FP) assay was established for screening ligand of EPO receptor from small molescules and natural products.In the FP assay,EPO receptor was abstracted from FVA cell.EPO was labeled with FITC.Results The optimized concentration of FITC-EPO was 10~(-9) mol?L~(-1).Different concentrations of DMSO(VDMSO/Vtotal: 0%,0.5%,1%,2.5%,5%) didn′t affect the FP assay.The value of Z′ in the FP assay was 0.78.Conclusion The assay was robust and of high sensitivity.
