UCH-L1(ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolases L1)is a member of the carboxyl-terminal ubiquitin hydrolase family, naturally, that there is hydrolase activity, however, and that there is ligase acitivity, which is different from the other members of UCHs.UCH-L1 hydrolase activity could keep the pool of free ubiquitin and compromise the ubiquitin-dependent degradation pathway, while UCH-L1 dimerizational-dependent,ubiquityl ligase activity could produce undegradable,K63-linked polyubiquitin chains that could inhibit proteasomal activity.Therefore,UCH-L1 is involved in the more diverse physiological activities, including neuron formation, gonadal development and fertilization.Mutation of UCH-L1 is linked to the neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease. Moreover, abnormal expression of UCH-L1 is response to carcinogenesis in many tissue such as thyroid lung.

Objective To evaluate the effect of Angio-Seal vascular closure device by the femoral artery hemostasis. Methods Relative literature was searched by computer, according to the inclusion and the exclusion criteria, which were analyzed by RevMan5.2 software. Results A total of four studies of randomized controlled trial were brought into this research, the total sample size was involved in 3 191 cases, the sample size of the intervention group and the control group respectively was 1 583 and 1 608.The analysis results showed,Angio-seal vascular closure device can significantly shorten the time of hemostasis after femoral artery interventional therapy in patients and the limb braking time. The sensitive analysis results showed that the results stability were high and the conclusions were reliable. Conclusions Application of Angio-seal vascular closure device can significantly shorten the interventional therapy in patients with bleeding time and braking time.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To report on the outcome of postoperative radiotherapy of keloid. Methods The recurrence rate of 83 patients with keloid which had been treated by surgery and postoperative radiotherapy were retrospectively reviewed with ? 2 check and stepsise LOGISTIC regression using software SAS 6.12. Results Recurrence of keloid after postoperative radiotherapy was correlate with size of lesion and interval after operation but not with sek,age or site of lesion. Conclusions With any an authentic method of postoperative radiotherapy, recurrence of keloid would only be correlated with size of lesion and interval after operation.

International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(9):631-634
The solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas (SPT) is a rare pancreatic tumor with low malignant potential. It primarily affects young women. The clinical characteristic is nonspecific, but the pathological characteristic is distinct. The tumor consists of both cystic and solid component. The typical histopathological appearance of SPT is the pseudopapillary structure with a fibrovascular surrounded by several layers of epithelial cells.Only a few SPTs present invasive behaviors. The tumor cells express a wide range of immunohistochemical markers. The pathogenesis is associated with the Wnt signaling pathway, which is changed by β-catenin, Pl20-catenin, adenomatous polyposis coli gene( APC), the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors p21 and p27.
6.Statistical properties of nucleotide clusters in DNA sequences
Journal of Zhejiang University. Science. B 2005;6B(5):408-412
Using the complete genome of Plasmodiumfalciparum 3D7 which has 14 chromosomes as an example, we have examined the distribution functions for the amount of C or G and A or T consecutively and non-overlapping blocks of m bases in this system. The function P(S) about the number of the consecutive C-G or A-T content cluster conforms to the relation P(S)oce-as;values of the scaling exponent αCG are much larger than αAT; and αAT of 14 chromosomes are hardly changed, whereas αCG of 14chromosomes have a number of fluctuations. We found maximum value of A-T cluster size is much larger than C-G, which implies the existence of large A-T cluster. Our study of the width function ξ(m) of cluster C-G content showed that follows good power law ξ(m)ocm-γ. The average γ for 14 chromosomes is 0.931. These investigations provide some insight into the nucleotide clusters of DNA sequences, and help us understand other properties of DNA sequences.

The function P(S) about the number of the consecutive C-G or A-T content cluster conforms to the relation P(S) proportional, variante(-alphas); values of the scaling exponent alpha(CG) are much larger than alpha(AT); and alpha(AT) of 14 chromosomes are hardly changed, whereas alpha(CG) of 14 chromosomes have a number of fluctuations. We found maximum value of A-T cluster size is much larger than C-G, which implies the existence of large A-T cluster. Our study of the width function xi(m) of cluster C-G content showed that follows good power law xi(m) proportional, variantm(-gamma). The average gamma for 14 chromosomes is 0.931. These investigations provide some insight into the nucleotide clusters of DNA sequences, and help us understand other properties of DNA sequences.

International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(3):173-176
Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor. Animal models of pancreatic cancer included xenograft models, carcinogen induced models, genetically engineered models. Xenograft models are relatively reliable and feasible, but the growth pattern is different between serve immunodeficienct animals and human beings. Carcinogens induced models simulated the environmental factors to reconstruct the development of pancreatic cancer. But carcinogens could have other biological effects. Genetically engineered models could make the occurrence of pancreatic cancer at the molecular level. But it is difficult to control the transgenic product accurately. No model could meet all the needs of different experiments. It is important to choose a suitable animal model in different experiments.

Objective To explore the new ways for treating multiple-ulcer treatment of breast tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data fo 10 cases of muhiple-ulcers summary of TB breast-conserving surgery and breast sur-gery purely traditional procedure were retrospectively analyzed. Results Surgical incision of 10 patients were healed stage Ⅰ, 2 patients experienced abscess drainage before admission to hospital and local incision healing was poor, who were healed through the out-patient dressing, and no skin ischemic necrosis occurred as well as the breast was in good shape. Follow-up lasted 3 to 26 months, during which period there was no recurrence, and patients and their families present with 100% satisfaction. Conclusion Conserving surgery with anti-TB rules is the new way of muhi-ple ulcer type of breast tuberculosis treatment, which is minimally invasive, effective, safe, with less complications and economical and practical advantages.
