1.Application of naso-jejunal feeding tube in early enteral nutrition for patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the method and nursing care of early enteral nutrition through naso-jejunal feeding tube for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods We retrospectively studied 37 patients with severe acute pancreatitis,who were given early enteral nutrition through naso-jejunum nutrition tube.Results Abdominal distention occurred in 5 patients,and 3 patients got mild diarrhea.No aspiration and SAP relapse occurred among 37 patients.All the patients were discharged from hospital after recovery.Conclusions Enteral nutrition through naso-jejunum nutrition tube is the main treatment and nutritional support measure for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Daily care of the naso-jejunum nutrition tube,and prevention and treatment of complications are the critical work in SAP patients' nursing care.
2.Analysis of liver damage in AIDS/HIV patients coinfected by hepatitis virus

Objective To investigate the damage of liver function in the AIDS/HIV patients with overlapping infection by hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV).Methods 134 hospitalized cases with HIV-positive were tested for HBV and HCV infection by detecting serum markers.According to the testing results,the patients were divided into four groups including HIV + HCV group,HIV + HBV group ,HIV + HCV + HBV group,single HIV infected group as a control.Retrospective analysis was conducted on liver function among these four groups of patients.Results The most common type was HIV + HCV coinfection accounting for 74%.The median value of ALT in the control group was 26 U/L (16.25~37) ,while in the HIV + HBV,HIV + HCV,HIV + HBV + HCV groups it was 77(23~96) ,43(23~75.5) ,54(33.5~108) U/L,respectively.The control group was significantly different to overlapping infection groups (P<0.05).The median value of prothrombin time (PT) in HIV + HBV + HCV group is 14.6s( 12.9~15.2),significantly higher than the other three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion HCV overlapping infection was most frequent in HIV patients.liver function damage could be worsen in such patients especially in those with HBV and HCV positive simultaneously.
3.Clinical observation of cervial intraepithellal neoplasla managed by loop electrosurgical excision procedure

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated by loop elec-trosurgical excision procedure. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 192 patients with CIN which were diagnosed after LCT, oolpoccopy and multiple cervical biopsies. Results The satisfactory rate was 99. 5% (191/192) ,the LCT and digital colposcopy were all negative after operation 4 -6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months. Conclusion LEEP is an effective treatment for CIN, with the advantages of easy, safe and quick procedure, minimal damage and blood loss. LEEP helps to avoid misdiagnosis of earlier cervical cancer.
4.The value of color doppler flow imaging in diagnosing primary bladder cancer

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color doppler flow imaging in primary bladder cancer.Methods The imaging characteristics from 39 patients with primary bladder cancer proved by bladder endoscopy and pathological dignosis were investigated and analyzed by means of color doppler flow imaging and pulse doppler,according to TNM staging system.Results The colorful flow signals,such as Vs 25.4~78.7 cm/s,Vd 10.1~34.6 cm/s,and RI 0.56~0.71,were found in the 32 cases in which the diameters of tumors are larger than 1cm.The cases in T1,T2 and T3 plus T4 stage are 7,22,10 and 10 respectively.Conclusion The color doppler flow imaging can increase the accuracy of diagnosing primary bladder cancer It's the first choice for determining bladder tumors.
5.Management and Protection of Nosocomial Infection in HIV-serological Screening Laboratories

OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection in HIV-serological screening laboratories and take protective measures in pertinency.METHODS We analyzed every tache of work flow in the course of HIV screening by retrospective survey method,and found out the potential occupational harmful factors.The new management system and feasible protective measures were proposed.RESULTS There existed many nosocomial infection harmful factors in the course of HIV screening.Therefore,the working environment and occupational protection among staff should be improved.CONCLUSIONS The conception of self-protection was enhanced,necessary rules and regulation was amplified,and operation rules was established and implemented,fine technique training was carried out,nosocomial infection in HIV-serological screening laboratory was controlled at utmost,the risk of occupational in fection of HIV was reduced.
6.Survey study on implementation effect of triage standard in pediatric emergency

Objective To investigate the effect of implementing the triage standard in pediatric emergency to provide a basis for the nursing triage system.Methods The self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the satisfaction degree on the triage nursing work from patients,emergency nurses,triage nurses and doctors.Results The satisfaction degrees of the patients,doctors and nurses on the triage nursing work after implementation of the triage system were significantly increased compared with before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the pediatric emergency triage system can effectively identify critical chil-dren,make them to obtain timely treatment and conduce to increase the triage quality.
7.Study on inhibitory effect of two fluor protectors with different concentrations on human enamel smooth surface and socket in vitro

Objective:To observe and compare the inhibitory effect of two fluor protectors with different concentrations on man-made dental caries of human enamel smooth surface and socket in vitro.Methods:Forty smooth surfaces and forty sockets non-carious human enamels were divided into four groups randomly.Each group had ten samples,five samples were employed to experiment,and five samples were used as spare ones.For experiment group(0.5%fluor protector,0.1% fluor protector).the dental enamel surfaces were spreaded 0.5% fluor protector and 0.1% fluor protector twice in series respectively.For positive control group(0.05% NaF),the dental enamels were dipped into 0.05% NaF for 24h,then taken out and dried.For blank control group(deionized water),the dental enamels were immersed into deionized water for 24h,then taken out and dried.The specimens were taken out of when they had been immersed into man-made cariogenic fluid(37℃)for 168h,rinsed and dried, then they were divided into two halves by high speed corundum disk in spurting water;one half was used to observe depth of dental caries by polarization microscope,and the other half was employed to observe surface demineralization by scanning electron microscope.Results:The dental Caries depth of 0.5% fluor protector group was the smallest in four groups,and there were significant differences between 0.5% fluor protector group and 0.1% fluor protector group(P

9.An comparative study of the selective killing action of antibacterial protein from the embryonic cells of the musca domestica on human myeloid leukemia cells K562

Objective To stimulate the embryonic cells of the musca domestica with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) for production of antibacterial protein and to extract antibacterial protein ,then research the inhibitory action of the antibacterial protein and homohar‐ringtonine on human myeloid leukemia cells K562 and normal human cells .Methods The logarithmic growth phase′s embryonic cells of the musca domestica were stimulated using no serum M3 insect medium which contained 20 mg/L LPS for sixteen hours . The antibacterial protein was extracted from supernatant fluid .The antibacterial protein was prepared in 40 ,80 ,160 ,320 and 640μg/mL five density groups ;the MTT experiments were used to test the inhibition of antibacterial protein on K562 cells and the hu‐man umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells .The K562 cells and human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells were prepared HTT and antibacterial protein of the embryonic cells of the musca domestica groups ,the normal control group was established by cells itself .Effective killing rate of K562 cells and the human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells were measured .Results The effective inhibition ratio of homoharringtonine and the antibacterial protein on K562 cells and human umbilical vein vascular endo‐thelial cells on three density groups were detected by flow cytometry .The MTT examination demonstrated that all density antibac‐terial peptides had inhibition activities on K562 cells ,but no inhibition activities on human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cell . The effective killing and wound ratio of the control group ,the homoharringtonine group and of the antibacterial protein group from the embryonic cells of the musca domestica on the K562 cells were(28 .16 ± 2 .14)% ,(81 .41 ± 1 .95)% and (82 .90 ± 3 .03)% ,re‐spectively ;the effective killing rate on human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells were(41 .13 ± 2 .51)% ,(82 .20 ± 2 .57)% and (36 .68 ± 1 .86)% ,respectively .Conclusion Compared with the common chemotherapeutics medicine ,the merit of the antibacterial protein from the embryonic cells of the musca domestica is that it can kill the tumor cells effectively ,but would not damage the nor‐mal person cells .

To study the mode of practice teaching in medical imageology,140 students from pediatric department and medical imageology department were surveyed.The results showed that the problem of out-of-date teaching mode existed in both departments,and the differences between pediatric and medical imageology department were that the latter have a more intensive need for more disease entity and such advanced contents as CT and MRI.In this paper,the causes of the problems mentioned above were analyzed and related strategies were put forward.
