According to the related requirements of medical technology clinical application management, the specific implementation approaches of surgery physicians surgery permission management were made, including establishing surgery classification project directory library, developing surgery classification management system and the surgery permission declared, and audit program, and investigating to determine the steps of surgery permission owned by surgery physicians currently, and finding problems and solution measures in implementation surgery permission management. To prevent surgical risk, improve the quality of operation, and evaluate surgical doctors scientifically, it provides management experience and references.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide references for pharmaceutical workers in retrieving literatures by means of Chinese bi_omedical database(CBM),China journal full-text database(CNK) and Chinese science & technology journal database(VIP).METHDOS:With the commonly research topics of hospital pharmacy as research scope, literatures retrieved by database sampling underwent a preliminary contrast analysis and a computer-assisted automatic meta-analysis after programming.RESU_TLS:None the 3 databases indexed all the tested pharmaceutical periodicals(totaled 79 kinds). There were differences among the un-indexed periodicals, except a few are the same in kinds. The retrieved literatures of docuterm had a high proportion of repetition;however, the computer had merged the same literatures retrieved in different databases.CONCLUSIONS:The literatures indexed in the 3 databases have their own characteristics, thus literature recall ratio can only be improved by combining multiple databases. The automatic meta-analysis of the retrieval literatures can be performed by means of computer program, the repeated work can be reduced thereafter.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2010;26(2):265-267
In this paper,to evaluate the existence and extent of MRI artifacts caused by frequently used metallic dental materials and to compare the influence of different MRI sequences on artifacts. The artifact of Au-Pt-Pd alloy crown were the smallest and Au-Ag-Pd alloy crown, pure Titanium crown were smaller. But the artifact of Ni-Gr alloy crown were the largest. With the same scan sequences, the different metal materials can make different effects on MRI images with the different scan sequences, the MRI artifact is not obvious caused by the same metal materials. Artifacts produced by oral metallic materials related closely to the type of the materials. The high quality MRI can be gained by choosing proper metallic materials.

OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the diagnostic value of modified Berlin questionnaire on predicting obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS)in Chinese adults.
METHOD:
Differ from the original version, BMI cut-off point was adjusted to 25.0 in modified Berlin questionnaire according to the Asia -Pacific obesity definition. A total number of 244 samples who experienced polysomnography (PSG) were included. After well informed, each patient finished questionnaire by an interview. The results of the original and modified questionnaires and polysomnography reports were compared with polysomnography reports to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of the modified Berlin questionnaire.
RESULT:
In male population, the sensitivity and specificity of original Berlin questionnaire were 74.03% and 65.71%, respectively. The percentage of diagnostic consistency was 72.49%, and Kappa coefficient was 0.304 (P < 0.01). In aspect of modified version, the sensitivity and specificity were 92.21% and 48.57%. The percentage of diagnostic consistency was 84.13%, and Kappa coefficient was 0.437 (P < 0.01). In female population, the sensitivity and specificity of original version were 50.00% and 61.90%, respectively. The percentage of diagnostic consistency was 54.55%, and Kappa coefficient was 0.110 (P > 0.01). When comes to the modified Berlin questionnaire, the sensitivity and specificity were 76.47% and 47.62% in female subjects, and the percentage of consistency agreement was 65.45%, with a Kappa coefficient 0.248 (P > 0.01).
CONCLUSION
Compared to the original version, the modified Berlin questionnaire has a better diagnostic consistency with a considerable sensitivity and specificity in male population. However, in female subjects group, the consistency of the modified Berlin questionnaire was still not significant remains unsatisfactory, although P value has been improved. Modified Berlin questionnaire could be. used as a primary screening tool for male OSAHS patients. However, but the screening questionnaire for female should still be need to be further explored.

Objective To study the influence of semen platycladi saponins on oxidative stress response of hippocampus of rat model of Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and to explore the neuroprotective mechanism of semen platycladi saponins (SPS) on AD model rats. Methods Sixty SPF 24-week old female Wistar rats were divided into three groups:the normal control group, AD model group, and SPS intervention group. The rats of AD model group and SPS group were injected with Aβ1-42in bilateral hippocampi to produce AD animal models. After the successful establishment of AD model, the AD model group and the normal control group received 5 mL saline sodium with carboxymethyl cellulose (500 mg/kg) orally, daily for 30 days. The SPS group received orally 5 mL normal saline with 300 mg/kg SPS daily for 30 days. The learning and memory function of the rats were assessed by Morris water maze test, and the levels of MAD, SOD and GSH in the hippocampal tissues of model rats were detected with biochemistry. The expressions of Bcl-2, survivin, Fas, Bax, caspase-3 proteins and mRNA in the hippocampi of AD model rats were detected by western blotting. Results Compared with the control group and SPS group, the rats in AD model group displayed a longer search time and shorter percentage of search distance (P< 0. 01). There was a longer search time and lower percentage of search distance of the SPS groups than the control group (P< 0. 01). The positioning experiment showed that rats in the control group learned to find the platform within 2. 1 days, indicating that the latency was rapidly decreased. MDA in the SPS intervention group was significantly decreased than in the AD model group (P< 0. 01), but increased than the normal control group (P<0. 01). The expressions of SOD and GSH were significantly increased in the SPS group than the model group (P< 0. 01). The expressions of Bcl-2 and survivin were significantly increased in the SPS group than the model group (P< 0. 01), but lower than the normal control group (P< 0. 05). The expressions of Fas, Bax and caspase-3 were decreased in the SPS intervention group (P < 0. 01 ), but increased than the normal control group (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions Semen platycladi saponins can protect the neurons and improve the cognition function of AD model rats by inhibiting oxidative stress response and enhancing the antioxidant mechanism in the hypocampus.

Objective To study the effect of exercise of the core musculature on motor and balance function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients were divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40). All the patients received regularly rehabilitation, and the patients in the observation group received the exercise of the core musculature in addition. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA), Balance subscale of the Fugl-Meyer test(FM-B), modified Barthel Index(MBI), FAC, timed “up and go” test (TUGT), maximum walking speed (MWS) before treatment and after 6 weeks and 12 weeks. Results The scores of FMA, FM-B, MBI, FAC, TUGT and MWS improved significantly in both groups after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment compared with before treat-ment (P<0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, FMA, FM-B, MBI, FAC, TUGT, MWS scores were not significantly dif-ferent compared in two groups (P>0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, FMA, FM-B, MBI, FAC, TUGT, MWS scores were significantly different compared in two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The exercise of the core musculature can obviously improve motor and balance function of stroke patients.
