1.Mechanism of psoriasis generation in animal models.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2013;48(6):809-13
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease related to genome-wide and surroundings, it is important to develop a suitable animal model to research psoriasis pathogenesis and evolve pharmacotherapeutics. With the development of transgenetic technology in the past few years, psoriasis virulence gene animal model become a hotspot. Research of animal model of human psoriasis genes is reviewed in the paper.
2.Application of corresponding analysis in study on trace elements of Chinese materia medica
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
The principle of corresponding analysis was introduced. The relationship between the content of trace elements and the efficacy of eleven kinds of Chinese materia medica(CMM) was analyzed by the corresponding analysis. The result showed that the corresponding analysis could reveal the relationship between the efficacy of eleven kinds of CMM and the trace elements content that they contain.According to the analysis, the efficacy of CMM was classified. The result shows that the corresponding analysis is a good method for the efficacy analysis of CMM.
3.Expressions and significance of IFN-γ and IL-10 mRNA in peritoneal fluid mononuclear cells of patients with endometriosis
Tianjin Medical Journal 2017;45(7):745-747
Objective To investigate the expression levels and significance of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin (IL)-10 mRNA in peritoneal fluid mononuclear cells (PFMC) in patients with endometriosis (EM).Methods A total of 55 patients with EM diagnosed histopathologically after operation were enrolled as EM group, and 52 patients without EM were enrolled as control group. The PFMC were isolated, and the expression levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 mRNA were determined by TaqMan real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results It was found that IFN-γ mRNA expression level was significantly decreased in EM group compared with that in control group (P<0.05),while IL-10 mRNA expression level was significantly increased in EM group compared with that in control group (P<0.05).The ratio of IFN-γ/ IL-10 was significantly lower in EM group than that in control group (P<0.05).The ratio of IFN-γIL-10 was significantly higher in patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ than that in patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P<0.05).Conclusion The imbalance of IFN-γ/ IL-10 in PFMC is associated with the pathogenesis of EM.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Platelet activating factor(PAF), a potent phospholipid mediator of inflammation, has diverse physiological actions and participates in many diseases in vivo . In recent years, it has been revealed that PAF system involve in the expression of keratinocytes function and reaction of skin inflammation. Therefore, PAF system was found closely associated with inflammatory skin disease. Keratinocytes could express functional PAF receptors (PAF R) and involve in the action of epidermis cytokine system. The interaction between PAF system and other inflammatory mediators can lead to skin inflammatory cascade.
5.Acalypha decoction in prevention and treatment of trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid induced ulcerative colitis in rats
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
Objective:To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Acalypha decoction on 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid induced ulcerative colitis(UC) in rats. Methods: Totally 70 male SD rats were equally randomized into 7 groups, and UC was induced by intrarectal administration of TNBS (125 mg/kg in 50% ethanol). Six hours later the rats were given 3 different doses of Acapha decoction (2.5, 6.5, 9.5 g crude drug/kg body weight) daily for 10 d.Some rats were pretreated with Acalypha decoction (6.5 g crude drug/kg body weight) 3 d before the colitis was induced. Sulfasalazine was used as the standard drug for comparison. The efficacy of Acalypha decoction was assessed through the following parameters: bodyweight loss, diarrhea and bloody stool, macroscopic score, histological changes, and MPO activity in colon tissue. Results: Acalypha decoction treatment(9.5 g/kg, 6.5 g/kg) and prevention administration (6.5 g/kg) significantly inhibited the bodyweight loss and occurrence of diarrhea and rectal bleeding in the rats(P
6.Research progress in chemical induced animal models of inflammatory bowel disease
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
In inflammatory bowel disease, the experimental model s have been proven to be important tools to investigate the potential therapeuti c agent and to study the mechanism of pathogenesis. Literatures available were r eviewed on the methods of induction, characteristic and availability of all kind s of chemically induced IBD animal models. It would provide some information for selection of the experimental model in pharmacology and pathogenesis study.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(15):11-13
Objective To investigate and analyze the requirement for health education during and after hospitalizadon of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 150 sober patients with cerebral apoplexy from department of neurology were investigated by questionnaires and the results were analyzed. Results The education content that most patients wanted to understand during hospitalization was treatment method and limbs activity(83.6%and 82.2%);The health education style that they prefered was to communicate directly with doctors and nurses(74.0%);The education content after hospitalization that most patients required was self-nursing knowledge.clinical manifestation and first aid when relapse(90.4%,87.7%and 87.7%).The health education style that they most needed after hospitalization Was that Some reference books would he recommended to them (56.2%).The time choice for health education was consultation whenever they had problems. Conclusion Medical workers should supply selective education and instruction according to the health education requirement and style at different stages of patients with cerebral apoplexy.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Objective:To study the effect of gypenosides (GPs) on the hepatic function and fibrosis progression in Wistar rats with immune fibrosis. Methods: The model of immune fibrosis was established by injection of human albumin. Rats in treated group were also administered with 0. 5 mg GPs during 30 d human albumin attack. The hepatic function of rats was e-valuated by determining the levels of ALT, TBIL and TBA in serum. The progression of hepatic fibrosis was evaluated by the levels of HA, PC Ⅲ and LN by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and confirmed by rats tissue pathology analysis. Results: Albumin injection significantly elevated the levels ALT, TBIL, TBA, HA, PCⅢ(P
