1.Domestic Situation and Future Perspective of Isolated Dissection of the Superior Mesenteric Artery
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2016;16(10):865-869
[Summary] The isolated dissection of the superior mesenteric artery ( IDSMA) was once considered to be a rare disease .In recent years , a growing number of cases of IDSMA have been reported , especially by Chinese authors , because of the increasing use of contrast-enhanced computed tomography scans .To understand the real domestic status of IDSMA , the Chinese-language literatures were searched, and the clinical characteristics and treatment of IDSMA were analyzed .
2.STUDY ON THE EAP DISTRIBUTION AND PHENOTYPING OF EAP IN HUMAN BLOODSTAINS USING IEF
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
The 340 blood samples from Guangdone area were detected by ultra thin poly-acrylamide gel isoelectric focusing for EAP phenotypes. The phenotypes were20 EAP A,119 EAP BA,201 EAP B.The gene frequencies of EAP were as foll- ows p~(?)0. 2338,p~(?)0. 7662. The 110 bloodstain samples of the cloth kept at roomtemperature for 7 weeks could be phenotyped correctly,The 21 bloodstain samp-les on the porcelain plate kept at room temperature for 9 weeks could be phen-otyped correctly. When the blood volume of bloodstain was equal to or over5?l EAP could be phenotyped.6 out of 20 mouldy bloodstains, the EAP BAphenotype were changed to EAP B.In blind trial,20 bloodstain samples kept atroom temperature for 7 weeds could be phenotped correctly.
3.Identification of Sundried Ginseng(Panax ginseng)and American Ginseng(P.quinque folius )by HPLC
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(10):-
HPLC maps of Panax quinqueflius L. and sundried Ginseng (P. ginseng) were compared in detail. Theirdifferences together with the amount of Rb1 ginsenoside present in the samples can be used to differentiate thetwo kinds of Ginseng with ease and accuracy.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2001;32(4):347-350
Anthraquinones present in the leaves of Aloe L. are the main active principle for medical purposes. Therefore, to study their relationship is of great interest to the medical profession. Methods Leaves of 11 species of Aloe L. were studied by phytotomy, histochemistry and phytochemistry. Results The structures of the aloe leaves were basically similar as characterized by the presence of the large, well developed parenchymatous cells in the phloem pole where anthraquinones were stored. Some positive correlations exist between the contents of anthroquinones in the leaves of different species and different parts of leaves of the same species, and some phytotomic factors including the density of vascular bundles, the ratio of large parenchymatous cells in phloem and the thickness of the chlorenchyma. Conclusion Results of the study may provide references during purchasing and for the selection and breeding of new improved species.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
The phenotype distribution of human red cell glyoxalase I of a Han population in Guangzhou area was studied using mixed starch/agarose gel electrophoresis. The phenotype frequencies were: GLOI 1-1 2.57%; GLOI 2-1 29.17%; and GLOI 2-2 68.26%. The gene frequencies were: GLOI~1 0.1716; GLOI~2 0,8284. The phenotyping of GLOI was carried out satisfactorily in 35 bloodstains kept in room temperature for 20 days in 7 bloodstains stored in 4℃ for 105 days exposed in sunshine for 8 hours, as well as kept outdoor overnight, and in 10 putrefactive bloodstains kept in room temperature for 9 days. The GLOI were destroyed in 6 of 7 bloodstains washed by runing water for 2 hours.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Object To explore the content of aloin in the leaves of Aloe arborescens Mill at different leaf age and its difference reason Methods The aloin content was determined by HPLC and anatomical structure of the leaves was studied with semi thin section Results The aloin content declines and the volume of large parenchymatous cell in vascular bundle atrophies from top to bottom with leaf growth in the same plant Conclusion The above results may provide references of the best time for collecting the leaves of A arborescens

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Aim To investigate the role of peripheral benzodiazepine receptor in rat cardiac mitochondrial permeability transition. Methods The isolated rat cardiac mitochondria were incubated with different doses(50,100,200 ?mol?L-1) of PBR antagonist 1-(2-chlorophenyl-N-methyl-1-methylpropyl)-3-isoquinolinecarboxamide (PK 11195). In additional group(CsA group), 5 ?mol?L-1 cyclosporine A (CsA), an inhibitor of MPT was added 5 minutes before the addition of 100 ?mol?L-1 PK 11195. Negative control group(Con group) was given none treatment. Positive control group(Ca2+ group) was given 150 ?mol?L-1 CaCl2. The absorbanceat 520 nm(Abs 520 nm) was monitored with a split-beam spectrophotometer at 30℃ for 10 min. The mitochondrial ultrastructure was assessed by transmission electron microscopy. Mitochondrial cytochrome C release was demonstrated by Western Blotting. Results PK11195 triggered large-amplitude mitochondrial swelling in a dose dependent manner(vs Con group,P

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of DNA methyltransferase,demethylase(mbd2) and tumor-associated genes in human gastric cancer. Methods Tissue samples of cancerous,para-cancerous and normal gastric mucosa were obtained surgically from 28 primary gastric cancer patients. The transcription level of DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1),mbd2,methyl-CpG binding protein (MeCP2),p16 INK4A and c-myc were determined by using real-time RT-PCR and RT-PCR. The relationship between the expression of DNA methylation-associated genes and tumor-associated genes was analyzed. Results The mRNA level of DNMT1 was higher and the mRNA level of mbd2 gene was lower in cancerous tissue than that in normal tissue. The expression of c-myc instead of p16 INK4A and MeCP2 was increased in cancer tissues. The mRNA level of c-myc related negatively to mbd2 when gastric cancer developed. However, there was no any close relation between the transcription level of all above genes and tumor biological behavior in human gastric cancer. Conclusion This study indicates that MeCP2 but not DNMT1 may contribute to the regulation of tumor-associated genes expression in human gastric cancer.
