Objective　To evalute long-term effect of combined therapy (radical or palliative resection of carcer and intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion (IPHP) chemotherapy) for advenced garstric cancer (GC) from October 1987 to October 1997 in our haspital. The cases were randomly divided into two groups: IPHP group (37 cases) and control group (34 cases). In IPHP group, before suture the abdomine, heated 5-Fu solution in abdominal cavity should be maintained at 42～43℃ for 60 minutes. Results　After IPHP chemotherapy, 12 patients with cancer cells widespreading in abdominal carity, refractable ascites were disappeared. All the patients were dischargd after IPHP. The 5-year survival rate in IPHP group (51.6%) was significanfly highter than that in control group (32.3%) (P<0.05).

In order to explore the possibility of Jerusalem artichoke stalk for bioenergy conversion, we analyzed the main composition of whole stalk, pitch, and core of the stalk. Meanwhile, these parts were pretreated with different NaOH concentrations at 121 degrees C. Afterwards, enzymatic hydrolysis was performed to evaluate the pretreatment efficiency. Jerusalem artichoke stalk was characterized by relatively high lignin content (32.0%) compared with traditional crop stalks. The total carbohydrate content was close to that of crop stalks, but with higher cellulose content (40.5%) and lower hemicellulose (19.6%) than those of traditional crop stalks. After pretreatment, the lignin content in the whole stalk, pitch, and core decreased by 13.1%-13.4%, 8.3%-13.5%, and 19.9%-27.2%, respectively, compared with the unpretreated substrates. The hemicellulose content in the whole stalk, pitch, and core decreased 87.8%-96.9%, 87.6%-95.0%, and 74.0%-90.2%, respectively. Correspondingly, the cellulose content in the pretreated whole stalk, pitch, and core increased by 56.5%-60.2%, 52.2%-55.4%, and 62.7%-73.2%, respectively. Moreover, increase of NaOH concentration for pretreatment could improve the enzymatic hydrolysis of the whole stalk and pitch by 2.3-2.6 folds and 10.3-18.5 folds, respectively. The hydrolysis of pretreated stalk core decreased significantly as 2.0 mol/L NaOH was employed, although the increased NaOH concentration can also improve its hydrolysis performance. Based on these results, hot-NaOH can be regarded as an option for Jerusalem artichoke stalk pretreatment. Increasing NaOH concentration was beneficial to hemicellulose and lignin removal, and consequently improved sugar conversion. However, the potential decrease of sugar conversion of the pretreated core by higher NaOH concentration suggested further optimization on the pretreatment conditions should be performed.

Objective To verify the targeting regulatory relationship between microRNA -939 (miR -939) and CD2 -associated protein (CD2AP).Methods The online RegRNA software was used to predict the human CD2AP promoter for potential binding sites complementary to miR -939.HEK -293T cells were cotransfected with hu-man CD2AP promoter plasmid pGL3 -2K and microRNA negative control (miR -NC)or miR -939 mimics,and the relative luciferase activity(RLA)was detected at 24 h post -transfection.HEK -293T cells were transfected with miR -NC or miR -939 mimics for 48 h,and the CD2AP mRNA expression level was detected by adopting reverse tran-script and real -time fluorescence quantification -PCR,while the CD2AP protein expression level was detected by using Western blot.Results (1 )There were 2 miR -939 binding sites at CD2AP promoter region,located at -468 to -491 and -654 to -677 upstream of initiation codon ATG (marked as +1 )relatively.(2)At 30 nmol/L,50 nmol/L,the RLA in miR -NC group and miR -939 group were 6.81 ±0.88 vs 6.07 ±2.24,5.88 ±1 .44 vs 3.94 ± 0.79 relatively,and there were no significant differences between the 2 groups (t =3.04,2.06,all P >0.05),while the RLA between the 2 groups were 5.58 ±0.58 vs 3.29 ±0.64 at 1 00 nmol/L,and the difference was significant between the 2 groups(t =4.07,P <0.05).(3)At 30 nmol/L,50 nmol/L and 100 nmol/L,the relative CD2AP mRNA expression in miR -NC group and miR -939 group were 1 .00 ±0.01 vs 0.80 ±0.08,1 .00 ±0.00 vs 0.80 ±0.1 3 and 1 .00 ± 0.00 vs 0.72 ±0.07 relatively,while the CD2AP mRNA expression was decreased by 20% -30% at each concentration level,and there were significant differences between the 2 groups (t =4.44,2.93,6.84,all P <0.05).(4)At 50 nmol/L, the relative CD2AP protein expression in miR -NC group and miR -939 group were 0.48 ±0.09 vs 0.19 ±0.12,and the CD2AP protein expression was decreased,and the difference was significant (t =3.36,P <0.05).Conclusions CD2AP is the target gene of miR -939,and miR -939 can down -regulate the expression of CD2AP both in mRNA and protein levels by targeting its promoter region,which indicates that miR -939 may mediate the podocyte injury.

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of healthy school canteen intervention on nutritional literacy, food consumption, as well as attitude towards school canteen. Methods: A primary school in Taizhou City was selected as the intervention school, and another comparable primary school was selected as the control one. A total of 320 students (163 in the intervention group and 157 in the control group) received a comprehensive intervention based on the construction of a healthy school canteen in the school,incluling healthy dining environment,food impravement,chef training,nutrition and health education, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Questionnaires survey was administered to both groups before and after the intervention. Results: Before the intervention, no significant differences were found in the total scores of skills and nutrition literacy, frequency of food intake, behaviors and attitudes related to canteen construction between the two groups( P >0.05). Daily intake of vegetables, dairy products, fish/poultry/eggs/lean meat increased by 19.63, 15.95 and 19.63 percentage point respectively ( χ 2=15.25，9.14，13.93， P <0.01). The proportion of students reporting have read related intervention materials in the intervention group(95.71%) was higher than the control group(84.71%) ( χ 2= 11.04, P < 0.01 ). The students in favor of low salt, low oil and low sugar dishes in the intervention group (74.85%) was higher than in the control group(48.41%) ( χ 2=23.73, P <0.01). Conclusion Based on the comprehensive intervention of nutrition and health canteens can improve students nutrition literacy and dietary structure. It is recommended to adopt the form of "home school linkage" to carry out the construction of large sample, multi regional and long term nutrition and health canteens.

Cardiovascular diseases are the most important diseases that endanger national health, and its development process is complex and diverse. Various cardiovascular diseases caused by obesity, such as hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and atherosclerosis, are interrelated and interacted each other. Diet, as the main means of prevention and treatment, plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease. Mori Fructus is one of the first ingredients that are listed in medicinal and edible food. With a wide range of applications in daily life, it contains polysaccharides(polysaccharide, APS), anthocyanins(anthocyanin, LCRA), flavonoids and other bioactive ingredients. With a wide range of antioxidant, anti-aging, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activities, these materials exert effects in alleviating diabetes, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and other cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, we retrieved such databases as PubMed, Web of science, CNKI, VTTMS, Wan Fang, and collected literatures about the effect of single administration of mulberry on cardiovascular diseases in the past 15 years, with "mulberry and cardiovascular disease" as the key word, and summarized the latest progress. The results of many experimental studies have showed that different forms of mulberry can significantly alleviate obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis, hyperlipidemia and hypertension, suggesting that the scope of action of Mori Fructus covers different pathological stages of cardiovascular diseases. This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the application forms, efficacy and the existing problems of these experiments, and provides study thinking and development direction for the utilization and new product design of Mori Fructus-related products in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Objective : To explore the effect of esketamine on anxiety-depressive-like behavior in mice and its rela- tionship with inflammation． Methods : SPF grade healthy adult male C57BL/6J mice，weighing 20 －24 g，were used in the exprement．The random number table method was used to divide into 5 groups (n = 8) : control group ( Con group) ，esketamine group (ESK group) ，model group ( LPS group) ，model + esketamine prevention group (LPS + ESK1 group) and model + esketamine treatment group ( LPS + ESK2 group) ．An inflammation-induced anxiety-depression model was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of LPS 0. 83 mg / kg．The ESK group was injec- ted with esketamine 10 mg / kg ; LPS group was injected with LPS 0. 83 mg / kg ; LPS + ESK1 group was injected with LPS 0. 83 mg / kg before 24 hours intraperitoneal injection of esketamine 10 mg / kg ; and the LPS + ESK2 group was injected with LPS 0. 83 mg / kg and 30 minutes later with esketamine 10 mg / kg．24 h after intraperitoneal injec- tion of LPS，the anxiety-depression-like behaviors of mice were measured using behavioral experiments．At the end of behavioral experiments，the spleen was taken immediately ; hippocampal tissues were taken and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the contents of interleukin-1 β (IL-1 β) ，tumor necrosis factor al- pha (TNF-α) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) and neuronal pathological changes in hippocampal tissues were observed by HE staining. Results : Compared with the Con group，mice in the LPS group showed increased anxiety and depres- sion-like behavior (P＜0. 05) ，increased spleen weight / body weight (P ＜0. 05 ) ，increased hippocampal tissue concentrations of IL-1 β , TNF-α and IL-6 (P＜0. 05) ，and increased neuronal degeneration necrosis，there was no statistically significant difference in these indicators in the ESK group compared with the Con group．Compared with the LPS group，mice in the LPS + ESK1 and LPS + ESK2 groups showed reduced anxiety-depression-like behavior (P＜0. 05) ，decreased splenic weight / body weight (P ＜0. 05) ，hippocampal tissue IL-1 β , TNF-α , IL- 6 con- centrations were reduced (P＜0. 05) ，and neuronal degeneration necrosis was reduced．Compared with the LPS + ESK1 group，the LPS + ESK2 group showed an increase in the distance travelled in the central area of the open field experiment and the distance into the open arm of the elevated cross maze experiment (P＜0. 05) ，a decrease in IL-6 and TNF-α concentrations (P＜0. 05) ，and a reduction in the degree of neuronal damage． Conclusion Esketamine ameliorates LPS-induced anxiety-depression-like behavior and neuronal damage in mice by a mechanism that may be related to reduced inflammation.

Objective : To study the protective effect and mechanism of remimazolam on cognitive function in septic mice． Results : In the LPS group，the number of platform crossing times，the percentage of staying time in the first quadrant，GSH level and SOD activity significantly decreased，and TNF-α, IL-1 β and MDA levels significantly increased．In addition，the arrangement of neurons in CA1 area of hippocampus was disturbed ; cytoplasmic staining was deepened ; and the nucleus was solidly stained．Comparing RM10 ，RM15 and RM20 groups with the LPS group，the number of platform crossing times，the sta- ying time in the first quadrant，GSH level and SOD activity increased，and the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 β and MDA decreased．And the results of hippocampal staining showed a decrease in degenerated neuronal cells．When it came to the comparision in the groups with different doses of remimazolam injection，septic mice in the RM20 group showed less improvement in cognitive dysfunction and inflammatory oxidative stress than the RM10 and RM15 groups． Conclusion Remimazolam has a protective effect on cognitive dysfunction in septic mice，and its mechanism may be related to its binding of translocator protein ( TSPO) to inhibit macrophage polarization and thus reduce neuroinflammation and oxidative stress damage．It also reflects that dose of 10 mg / kg and 15 mg / kg has more significant protective effect than that of 20 mg / kg.

Objective:To test the reproducibility of the visual analogue scale (VAS) used in the evaluation of the esthetic effect of anterior dental implants, and to explore the factors that affect the correlation between VAS and pink esthetic score/white esthetic score (PES/WES).Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019, a total of 108 doctors and patients were recruited in the Department of Prosthodontics, Implantology and Fourth Clinical Division of Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology. Among them, there were 35 dental implant specialists who were familiar with PES/WES [implant specialist group, 25 males, 10 females, (37.3±4.5) years old], 34 dentists who were not familiar with PES/WES [dentist group, specialized in Prosthodontics, Periodontology, Orthodontics, and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, 24 males, 10 females, (36.1±4.2) years old], 39 patients [patient group, 28 males, 11 females, (45.4±8.3) years old]. Twenty oral pictures of patients [12 males, 8 females, (43.7±6.4) years old] treated in the Department of Prosthodontics, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from December 2016 to December 2017 were taken for single implant restoration for esthetic evaluation with VAS. Score 0 for evaluation of not beautiful and score 10 for very beautiful. Re-evaluation of the same 20 pictures with VAS after 1 month, and perform repeatability evaluation of VAS using chi-square test were conducted. At the same time, 13 implant specialists were randomly selected, to score the same photos with PES/WES. The PES scoring elements were the fullness of the mesial gingival papilla, the fullness of the distal gingival papilla, the curvature of the gingival margin, the protrusion of the root surface, the color and the texture of the soft tissue. The scoring elements of WES were crown shape, crown contour, crown color, surface texture, transparency and individual characteristics in order. Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the score of VAS and PES/WES. And the influence of the group on the correlation between PES/WES and VAS was analyzed. Results:The PES score was 7.5±1.8, and the WES score was 7.6±1.9 and the total score was 15.1±3.4. The VAS score of the implant specialist group was 6.8±1.8. The repeatability test of the two VAS results in the patient group was not statistically significant ( Kappa=0.012, P>0.05); the two VAS results of the implant specialist group and the dentist group both had good repeatability ( Kappa=0.727 and 0.556, P<0.01). The VAS score was weakly correlated with the total PES/WES score ( r=0.27, P<0.01). The VAS score was correlated with the score elements in PES/WES ( P<0.01), and the color ( r=0.20) and shape ( r=0.22) of the crown were the larger correlation coefficients. The correlation coefficients between the VAS score and the PES/WES scoring system decreased among the implant specialist group ( r=0.49, moderate correlation), the dentist group ( r=0.25, weak correlation) and the patient group ( r=0.12, P>0.05). Conclusions:The consistency of VAS and PES/WES is affected by the cognition of the scorer. The combination of the two scoring systems is feasible and necessary for physicians to evaluate the overall esthetic effect of implant restoration.

Objective: A more safe and efficient "classification" items validity management method is proposed through the comparative analysis of the merits and demerits of the common items validity management methods, combined with the exploration and practice of the gynaecological ward of a specialized hospital in Shanghai, Methods: The "classification" item validity management method includes setting up a special task group and formulating a work flow. The critical point is to adopt different management methods according to the classification of items. Results: According to the supplier of items, it is divided into Class I and Class II. Items of Class I adopt the management method of validity turnover rate and Class II items adopt the effective period safety area management method. Conclusion The validity management method of "classification" items ensures the quality of special task and improves the work efficiency.

The kidney is the body's most important organ and the protein components in urine could be detected for diagnosing certain diseases. The amount of IgG protein in urine could be used to determine the degree of kidney function damage. IgG protein in human urine was detected by vertical flow paper-based microfluidic chip, double-antibody sandwich immunoreaction, and cell phone image processing. The results showed that using an IgG antibody concentration of 500 μg/mL and a gold standard antibody concentration of 100 μg/mL, the image signal showed a good linear relationship in the range of IgG concentration of 0.2-3.2 μg/mL, with R²=0.973 3 achieved. A complete set of detection devices were designed and the detection method showed good non-specificity.
