Objective To study the clinical effects of postpartum haemorrhage and the clinical effects of psychosocial intervention. Methods Choose 88 cases, patients treated in our hospital, it can be divided into two groups, respectively using oxytocin combined conventional nursing mother, yan pei combined psychological intervention treatment, analysis its therapeutic effect. Results The curative effect of observation group of patients, postpartum haemorrhage amount and quality of life, each index significantly better than the control group, the changes of its data through comparison between groups, differences, statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with postpartum haemorrhage, with the treatment of the psychological intervention and the treatment of the psychological intervention, the effect is good.

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for separating the cefuroxime enantiomers by capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE).METHODS:Melting capillary column(570mm?75?m)was used with0.04mmol/L hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin and37.5mmol/L NaH 2 PO 4 as buffer solution(pH=6.0).The operation voltage was15kV;temperature was25℃;detecting wavelength was280nm and pressure injection was performed at5kPa for6seconds.RESULTS:The total time for separation and determination was within10min.The recovery was90%～106%.CONCLUSION:This method is simple and rapid,and can be used to determine the content of cefuroxime enantiomers in cefuroxime powder for injection.

Aim and Methods To investigate the effect of UCN-01(7-hydroxystaurosporine) on cell migration and invasion ability of DU-145, an invasive human prostate cancer cell line.Results It was found that UCN-01 at non-cytotoxic doses (100 nmol· L-1) significantly inhibited prostate cancer DU-145 cell invasion and migration behaviors.Moreover, this anti-invasion and migration activity of UCN-01 was associated with an up-regulation of cell adhesion molecule E-cadherin. Conclusion These results indicate for first time that UCN-01 inhibits the invasion and migration of human prostate cancer cells.Thus, clinical application of UCN-01 may contribute to the potential benefit for suppression of prostate cancer invasion and metastasis.

Object To explore, on the whole, the anticancer activity and mechanism of the aqueous extract of Ruixiang Langdu (Stellera chamaejasme L.) (SCLA). Methods Mice were given different i.g. doses of SCLA and their serum collected at different intervals after drug administration. The effects of the serum on the proliferation of mouse L 1210 leukemic cells were observed with MTT assay, clone formation and incorporation of [ 3H] TdR into DNA of the cells. Results Serum SCLA collected 1, 2, 4, 8 h after administration of 3, 6, and 12 g/kg SCLA showed significant decrease of MTT formazans and clone formation. Serum SCLA collected 2 h after drug administration showed more strong inhibition of cancer cell proliferation. It also inhibited the incorporation of [ 3H] TdR into DNA of L 1210 cells. Conclusion SCLA showed a remarkable inhibitory effect on proliferation and DNA synthesis of cancer cells cultured in vitro, which may be the main anticancer mechanisms of SCLA.

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive rehabilitation on aphasia for the patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 40 patients with traumatic brain injury following aphasia were randomly divided into simple language group (n=20) and language- cognition group (n=20). Both groups received conventional therapy and language therapy, and the language-cognition group received cognitive rehabilitation additionally, 30 minutes 1 day for 1 month. Results The index of Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE) improved significantly after treatment in both groups (P<0.01). There were significant differences in all the indexes of CRRCAE (P<0.05) between 2 groups after treatment except dictation (P>0.05). Auditory comprehension correlated with orientation, visual perception, spatial perception, motor praxis, visuomotor organization and thinking operations. Conclusion Cognitive rehabilitation can improve the language function of traumatic brain injury patients with aphasia.

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method to control the quality of Guanxinshu tablets by HPLC.METHODS:Using HPLC as the determination method,the separation was performed on C 18 column(150mm?4.6mm,5?m)with a mobile phase of MeOH∶0.1%H 3 PO 4 (1∶2).The detective wavelength was320nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear(r=0.9994)within the range of1.2～48?g/ml for ferulic acid and the average recovery was101.00%,RSD=4.56%(n=6).CONCLUSI_ ON:The method is simple and quick and it is suitable for the quality control of Guanxinshu tablets.

Objective:To explore the teaching mode and method of teacher training for clinical pharmacists in troops. Methods:Combined with the scheme and requirements of teacher training for clinical pharmacists issued by the Ministry of Health, the training mode and scheme with military characteristics were explored, and the points of innovation and experience were summarized. Results:The teacher training for clinical pharmacists in troops was different from that in the local, which should highlight the characteristics of military management and a full range of teaching. The health department of general logistics was responsible for the overall arrange-ment, multi-center and multi-department cooperated closely, and clinical pharmacy center implemented the project. With the improve-ment of clinical teaching skills as the purpose and the new PBL as the teaching mode, the entire military management was carried out, and the teaching plan and content suitable for the teacher training in troops were drawn up. Conclusion:According to the results of the 9-week comprehensive teacher training practice, it is proved that the scheme is effective and has achieved initial results, which lay good foundation for the future development of clinical pharmacist work and explore the new ideas and methods for the clinical pharmacist training. However, the project still needs further improvement.

Object To explore the antitumor mechanism of Stellera chamaejasme Linn.(SC).Methods SC containing-serum(SCCS)was derived from mice pretreated with different doses of SC.Cultured human leukemia HL-60 and human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 cells were used.Inhibition of proliferation was measured using MTT assay.Morphological assessment of apoptosis was performed with fluorescence microscope.DNA fragmentation was assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry.Expression of bcl-2 protein was measured with immunohistochemistry.Results Exposure of exponentially growing HL-60 cells to mice serum containing 10% SC(pretreated with SC3,6, and 12 g/kg)for 48h resulted in growth inhibition in a dose-dependent manner.Typical morphological changes of apoptosis and DNA fragmentation in HL-60 cells were induced."Apobodies'in the apoptotic cells were observed,'ladder"pattern of agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA from 11.7% to 57.4%.Treatment with SC containing serum decreased the percentage of SGC-7901 cell of bcl-2 protein positive expression from 78.3% to 32.9%.Conclusion SC could induce apoptosis of HL-60 cells and decrease the expression of bcl-2 protein of gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 cells.

Aim To study the apoptotic inducing effects of deguelin on SH-SY5Y cells.Methods SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 0,0.625,1.25,2.5,5,10 and 20 μmol·L-1 deguelin for different time(24,48,72 h);cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay.SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 0,8,20,50 μmol·L-1 deguelin for 24 h;light microscope and AO/EB double stained method were employed for observing the morphology and apoptotic morphology of treated cells.Apoptotic rate of treated cells was determined by flow cytometry.Cells were stained by DCFH-DA,and the whole reactive oxygen species(ROS)was determined by flow cytometry.Spectrophotometry was employed to determine the activation degree of caspase-3.Results Deguelin inhibited cell growth in a time-and dose-dependent manner,and the IC50 value of deguelin was(26.07±2.18),(18.33±0.94),(12.5±1.49)μmol·L-1 when treated with 24,48,72 h respectively.After treated with 8,20,50 μmol·L-1 deguelin for 24 h,cell apoptotic rate,ROS and activation rate of caspase-3 increased markedly(P<0.05),all of which performed a dose related effect.Conclusion Deguelin can inhibit SH-SY5Y cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis,and the mechanism may be concerned with the elevated ROS and activated caspase-3.

Objective:To explore the influence of Shenhong Tongluo Granules in the lipid levels,atherosclerosis plaques and apoptosis in the plaques of atherosclerotic apolipoprotein E (ApoE)-knokout mice,and to clarify the mechanism of Shenhong Tongluo Granules in anti-atherosclerosis.Methods:Forty SPF male mice aged six-week old were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,low dose of traditional chinese medicine (TCM) group and high dose of TCM group (n=10)after fed adaptively for 1 week.The mice in normal control group were fed with normal diet continuously, the mice in other three groups were fed with high fat diet to establish atherosclerosis model,and then the mice in low and high doses of TCM groups were respectively given Shenhong Tongluo Granules (5.06 and 10.12 g·kg-1 · d-1 )by gavage for 6 weeks. The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)of the mice in various groups were measured after the eyeball blood was collected.The aortic arch tissue was separated,and the morphotogy and the areas of atherosclerotic plaques were observed and calculated by HE staining;the apoptosis in plaques of the mice was evaluated by TUNEL method, and the apoptosis index was calculated. The expressions of apoptosis-assoicated gene Bcl-2 and Bax protein were measured by immunohistochemical staining.Results:The serum level of TG in low dose of TCM group was lower than that in model group (P <0.05);the serum levels of HDL-C in low and high doses of TCM groups were lower than that in model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01);the serum levels of TG and HDL-C in high dose of TCM group was higher than that in low dose of TCM group (P <0.05).The areas of atherosclerotic plaques of the mice in low and high doses of TCM groups were significantly smaller than that in model group (P <0.01).The apoptosis index of mice in low and high doses of TCM groups were significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.01);the expression levels of Bcl-2 protein in atherosclerosis plaques of the mice in low and high doses of TCM groups were lower than that in model group,while the expression levels of Bax were significantly higher than that in model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion:Shenhong Tongluo Granules could effectively reduce the serum lipid level of ApoE-/-mice,meanwhile it could inhibit apoptosis by regulating the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax protein,and then inhibit the progression of atherosclerotic plaques.
