Objective To analyze the variation characteristics of rpoB,katG,inhA,rpsL and embB related genes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)in Qinzhou,Guangxi. Methods PCR reverse point hybridization was used to detect 5 common resistance mutants of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in 237 MTB-DNA positive sputum samples. Results Among 237 cases of tuberculosis patients,72 cases(30.38%)were resistant to the four kinds of anti-TB drugs. The resistance mutation rate of rifampin, isoniazid and streptomycin was 2.53%, 13.92%,3.80%.The top 5 gene mutation detection loci of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were-15M,S531L and 43M.Conclusion The main drug-resistant strains are isoniazid resistance, and the mutation of inhA gene were the major one in Qinzhou,Guangxi.

Intestinal mucosal barrier is the first line of defense against exogenous substances. A complete mechanical barrier can separate the body from the contents of the intestines and prevent the translocation of bacteria and microorganisms in the intestines, playing an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the human body. If the intestinal mechanical barrier function is damaged, it will cause the intestinal endotoxin and bacterial translocation, leading to systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction diseases. The barrier function of intestinal mucosa is a key link in the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Therefore, the maintenance of intestinal mucosal barrier function is of great value for the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD. In this paper, the research progress in intestinal mechanical barrier function of NAFLD was reviewed, and the main factors maintaining intestinal permeability of NAFLD were introduced, such as apoptosis, autophagy, apical junctional complex, cytoskeleton, main signal pathway, to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD.

The rationale for the design of control groups in tuina clinical trial is the foundation for rigorously validating the effectiveness and safety of this therapy. This article reviewed the current state of the design of tuina placebo in control groups of clinical trials, pointed out the necessity of setting up tuina placebo in clinical trials of tuina, analyzed the challenges in implementing blinding of tuina manipulation, and concluded that tuina placebo is still challenged by the placebo effect, the diversification of tuina manipulation but the lack of standardization, and the difficulty of implementing blinding due to the high level of public awareness of tuina. This article also summarized the design of placebo manipulation in three types of clinical trials, including spinal manipulation, acupressure, and paediatric tuina, and proposed four strategies for designing placebo tuina manipulation-controlling placebo effects, developing operational standards for placebo tuina manipulation, ensuring the rigor of blinding implementation, and applying new technologies to enhance the standardization and blinding capacity of placebo tuina methods. So the article is aimed at improving the methodological quality of tuina clinical trial designs, and promoting the standardization and scientificity of tuina clinical trial design.
