The use-dependent characteristics of daurisoline on monophasic action potentials (MAP) of the left ventricle of the rabbit heart in situ were recorded with MAP recording technique. The results showed that daurisoline decreased monophasic action potential amplitude (MAPA) and prolonged monophasic action potential duration at the 50% and 90% (MAPD50, MAPD90), effective refractory period (ERP), ERP/MAPD90 at the steady-state cycle lengths of 240, 210, 180 ms. The percent of prolongation of MAPD50 was 12.8±2.9, 9.5±2.6, 9.0±1.6, that of MAPD90 was 10.9±2.6, 7.5±2.4, 6.5±2.7, that of ERP was 25.7±4.3, 18.5±4.1, 24.2±7.2, and that of ERP/MAPD90 was 13.7±4.5, 10.2±2.2, 16.1±5.1, respectively. Its effect showed no relation to frequency (n=6, P>0.05). The effects of sotalol on MAP were similar to that of daurisoline, but it prolonged MAPD90 and ERP in a reverse use-dependent manner (P<0.05). It is concluded that daurisoline has no use-dependent effects on MAP of rabbit hearts.

Objective In this experiment,we explored the effects of rAAV\|hGDNF on protecting spinal neurons From death. Methods rAAV\|hGDNF particals were produced by recombinant virus technolgy, and infected the culture spinal neurons which were exposed to glutamate. We counted the mortality rate and detected the expression of NOS mRNA by RT\|PCR. Results In the group transfering rAAV\|hGDNF the death rate was inhibited(50%?0\^02,control 59\^25%?0\^023, P

Objective To investigate the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on motor recovery in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods 22 patients with T5~T12 incomplete spinal cord injury (ASIA C) were randomly divided into rTMS group and control group. 12 ptients in rTMS group were treated with 10Hz rTMS (10×5 s with 2 min interval) on motor cortex and rehabilitation. 10 patients in control group treated with rehabilitation only. They were assessed with ASIA motor score, ASIA pin prick score, ASIA light touch score, range of motion (ROM) of legs in antigravitation position, walking index for spinal cord injury Ⅱ (WISCIⅡ) and functional independence measure (FIM) score before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results There was no difference between two groups with the clinical assessment before treatment (P>0.05). The ASIA motor score, ROM of legs and FIM score improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). The score of WISCIⅡ also improved in rTMS group (P<0.05), and ASIA motor score improved more in rTMS group than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion rTMS can facilitate the recovery of the motor and walking function in patient with incomplete spinal cord injury.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the impact of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors on resting heart rate (RHR).
METHODSA cross-sectional study method was used in our study.83 824 workers who had participated in the 2006-2007 Kailuan health examination were included, individuals with arrhythmia, hemoglobin ≤ 90g/L, taking drugs which might affect RHR, history of cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction or cancer were excluded.Related information was obtained from the unified questionnaire, blood biochemistry was performed. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the impact of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors on the RHR.
RESULTS(1) The RHR was (76.4 ± 10.3), (75.2 ± 10.3), (74.3 ± 9.9), (73.6 ± 10.0), (72.6 ± 9.9), (72.1 ± 9.7) and (71.8 ± 9.2) beats/min in workers whose number of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors was 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and ≥ 6 respectively (P < 0.01). (2) Multivariate logistic regression showed that, after adjusted by gender, age, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-sensitive C-reactive protein, tea drinking, alcohol drinking, the risk of RHR ≥ 80 beats/min gradually reduces along with the increasing of number of ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and ≥ 6) compared with those who did not have ideal cardiovascular health behaviors and factors, the value of OR (95%CI) was 0.79 (0.71-0.87), 0.68 (0.62-0.75), 0.61 (0.55-0.67), 0.52 (0.47-0.58), 0.50 (0.44-0.56), 0.49 (0.40-0.60) respectively.
CONCLUSIONIdeal cardiovascular health behavior and factors is related to lower RHR in individuals without cardiovascular diseases.

Objective:
To analyze the results of various methods to detect dengue virus(DENV) infection and to provide experience for the development of reasonable detection strategies on DENV infection.
Methods:
An acute phase case infected with type 2 DENV was used as an example to analyze various methods of detection and the relation of their results.
Results:
While NS1 antigen, IgM and IgG antibody were all negative, the nucleic acid test showed a positive result ; the NS1 coding gene of the DENV strain from the infected case did not mutate significantly; by additional use of NS1 reagents from other manufacturers, the antigen test result turned to weakly positive.
Conclusions
To conduct screening of dengue fever cases, the result of nucleic acid detection should also be applied. Moreover, additional use of NS1 reagents from other manufacturers could be helpful in reducing missed diagnosis, and could obtain more reliable result.

Hospital culture plays an important role in the orderly operation of large shelter hospitals as well as epidemic prevention and control. From April to May 2022, the shelter hospital of the National Convention and Exhibition Center(Shanghai) had created the large shelter hospital culture co-built by doctors and patients with a greater sense of belonging by taking measures such as joint party building between doctors and patients, giving play to the vanguard force of party members, carrying out various forms of cultural, sports and science popularization activities, encouraging enthusiastic patients to participate in activity planning, focusing on key groups, formulating shelter " residents convention", and so on. These measures ultimately formed cultural adaptation, cultural synchronization and cultural shaping, which were conducive to enhancing the empathy of doctors and patients, improving the effectiveness of medical implementation, and promoting the standardization of shelter management system. This harmonious, warm and autonomous culture co-built by doctors and patients effectively ensures the safe and orderly operation of the shelter hospital, and provides reference for the construction of the cultural system of large shelter hospitals in China.

AIM: To establish individualized drug therapy strategy for patients with rejection and hyperglycemia after liver transplantation. METHODS: Clinical pharmacist collaborated with the surgeons and participated in the diagnosis and treatment of rejection and hyperglycemia after liver transplantation. Taking together liver function, therapeutic drug monitoring, drug-drug interactions between tacrolimus and wuzhi capsule, individualized drug therapy was adapted to improve the prognosis. RESULTS: The patient recovered well and survived in good health till now. CONCLUSION: It is highly suggested that clinical pharmacists actively involved in treatment of more severe and difficult-to-treat disease and design the individualized dosing regimens. This will largely contribute in reduced adverse drug reaction, improved safety and effectiveness in drug use as well as the quality of life in the "post-transplantation era".
