Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Two cases of full term pregnant female cadavers (fetal head entered pelvis) were used for preparing a serial abdomimal cross-sections. Seven sections were selected in which the fetal major viscera were presented. The position, shape, relationship and the dimensions of the uterus, fetus, appendages of the fetus as well as the corresponding relation between showing sections of the fetal major viscera and mother's vertebras were observed. The results of the observation article would have some practical significance to diagnosis of the pregnant image.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2021;33(4):314-317
Thyroid cancer is the most common head and neck malignant tumor, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer, and develop the diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of thyroid cancer, so as to improve the curative effect of thyroid cancer and prolong the survival time of patients. The previous study has found that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) DANCR has abnormal high expression in thyroid cancer, which could promote the expression of leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) by affecting miRNA-185-5p and transcription factor SMARCB1, and indirectly participate in autophagy and regulate the development of thyroid cancer. LncRNA DANCR is expected to become a new target for diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer. This paper introduces the possible regulatory mechanism of lncRNA DANCR in thyroid cancer, and provides new ideas for the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.

This study was aimed to observe the clinical effect of Pingai Mixture intervention on HIV/AIDS patients in order to clarify the characteristics of Pingai Mixture for AIDS treatment. A total of 41 HIV/AIDS patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected. Pingai Mixture was applied in the treatment. Three months was one treatment course. The treatment was given for two courses. Clinical symptoms, physical signs and changes in CD4+ lymphocytes of HIV/AIDS patients before and after treatment were observed. The SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. The results showed that the posttreatment total score (primary, secondary symptoms and the main physical sign cred-its) was significantly reduced compared with pretreatment (P < 0.01). The posttreatment spontaneous perspiration, night sweats, hair loss and other symptoms of a separate score was significantly reduced compared with pretreatment (P< 0.05). There were no significant changes on other symptoms or physical sign indicators. There was no significant difference in the Karnovsky score after 6-month treatment compared with pretreatment. It was concluded that Pingai Mixture is effective in AIDS treatment. It can improve the clinical symptoms and the administration is safe.

This study was aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy (HAART) combined withPing-Ai(PA) Mixture in the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) patients with non-infectious skin lesions, in order to study the advantages of integrative medicine in AIDS prevention and treatment. A total of 9 cases, who met the inclusion criteria of AIDS-associated non-infectious skin lesion with the pattern ofqi-yin deficiency and internal obstruction of phlegm-stasis, were selected. The combination of HAART and number 1 and 4 prescription of PA Mixture were used in the treatment for 3 months. The observations were made on changes of clinical symptoms, body signs, Karovsky integral and CD4+ T cells of patients before and after treatment. Stata 12.0 was used in the statistical analysis. The results showed that after integrative therapy, the single integral of clinical symptoms and body signs, such as skin spot papula, subcutaneous nodules, skin itching, fatigue was obviously reduced compared to that of the pretreatment. The total score decreased than that of the pretreatment. The patients’ quality of life (QOL) significantly increased. The Karovsky integral increased compared with that of pretreatment. The CD4+ T cells values were higher than that of the pretreatment. It was concluded that the integrative therapy had a certain effect in the treatment of AIDS-associated non-infectious skin lesions, which can improve the clinical symptoms, body signs, obviously increase the patients’ QOL and immune function.

Aim To investigate the effects of Guaveno-ic acid (GA)on proliferation, insulin synthesis and secretion in INS-1 cells and their possible mechanism. Methods INS-1 βcells were cultured in vitro.Control group, medium group, model group, drug groups and positive group were set.INS-1 cells were treated with GA (0.3,1 ,3,1 0,30 nmol·L -1 )for 48 h.The cell proliferation was tested by MTT assay.Acid-alco-hol was used to extract the insulin in the cells and the amount of insulin synthesis of INS-1 cells was tested by RIA.5.6,1 6.7 mmol·L -1 glucose was used to chal-lenge INS-1 cells for 1 h to the insulin secretion model (BIS and GSIS)was tested, and the insulin secretion of INS-1 cells was tested via RIA.The mRNA expres-sion of insulin gene,PDX-1 and MafA was tested by q-PCR.Results Compared with medium group,GA could promote the proliferation of INS-1 cells signifi-cantly (P <0.01 )and promote the synthesis of insulin in INS-1 cells significantly (P <0.01 ).GA(0.3 ~30 nmol· L -1 )could promote the BIS,GSIS of INS-1 cells significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ).GA (3,30 nmol·L -1 )could up-regulate the mRNA expression of insulin gene,PDX-1 ,MafA in INS-1 cells signifi-cantly (P <0.01 ).Conclusions GA could signifi-cantly improve the proliferation of INS-1 cells and pro-mote the insulin synthesis and secretion of INS-1 cells, which may be associated with up-regulation of insulin gene,PDX-1 ,MafA mRNA expression.

BACKGROUND:Primary culture in vitro of neurons plays an important role in the development, regeneration, signal transduction mechanisms, neuropharmacology and gene expressions of the nervous system.
OBJECTIVE:To establish a simple method for primary culture of high-purity cortical neurons in neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats.
METHODS:Cortical tissues were acquired from neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats born 1 day. In traditional experimental group, the whole cortex was removed;in improved experimental group, the cortical tissues, 2-3 mm thick on the brain surface were removed. Single cel suspensions were prepared after papain digestion and centrifugation and were then seeded onto 24-wel culture plates containing neuron solutions for primary culture (1×105 per wel ). Cel s were identified by neuronal specific markers MAP-2 and Tuj1 after 3-day culture. The number of neurons and neurite length were observed under inverted phase contrast microscope and recorded at 6, 24, 48 and 72 hours, 5 and 7 days of culture, resprctively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The cultured cel s expressing MAP-2 and Tuj1 were neurons that could be used in the fol owing experiments. The purity of neurons in the improved experimental group was 92%at 3 days, while only 51%in the traditional experimental group. Cel s in both two groups had attached to the wal presenting with smal processes at 6 hours, and a simple neural network formed at the 3rd day until dense neural networks could be found at the 5th day. To conclude, our culture method herein is simple and convenient, and can be used to produce neurons with high purity, which wil be helpful for the experimental studies on cortical neurons from Sprague-Dawley rats.
