Objective To research superconducting magnetocardiography signal measurement technology and coronary heart disease screening for solving the difficulties in weak magnetocardiography signal measurement, and to verify the value of clinical application. Methods The principle of superconducting magnetocardiography signal measurement technology was analyzed for constructing a framework for superconducting magnetocardiography signal measurement technology. Then, the key circuits such as the host controller, magnetic flux-locked loop, and signal conditioning module were designed, and software systems and core algorithms were developed. Finally,a total of 255 volunteers with healthy hearts, mild myocardial ischemia and severe myocardial ischemia were enrolled in the study, and a comparative experiment was performed between synchronous magnetocardiography and coronary angiography(CAG).Results The peer-to-peer bipolar structure was only observed in the current density vector distribution of healthy subjects instead of myocardial ischemia subjects. The overall coincidence rate, total Kappa value, severe ischemia coincidence rate, mild ischemia coincidence rate and negative coincidence rate of magnetocardiography with CAG were 86.22%,78.21%,86.79%,84.09%and 86.67%,respectively.Magnetocardiography had a sensitivity, specificity, positive rate, negative rate, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio of 87.16%,84.41%,86.00%,86.67%,5.98 and 0.08,respectively.Conclusion Magnetocardiography has a high coincidence rate and consistency with CAG in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.Superconducting magnetocardiography signal measurement technology can be served as an accurate and reliable screening method for coronary heart diseases.

Objective To compare patients'satisfaction and comfort associated with automated breast volume scanner(ABVS),handheld ultrasound(HHUS)and mammography(MMG).Methods Five hundred and twenty-eight women who performed ABVS examination and previously had undergone MMG and HHUS were enrolled.BMI,bra size, with or without lesion, lesion size, pain score of MMG,ABVS and HHUS were documented and analyzed. Results The pain score of MMG was significantly higher than that of ABVS[4.0(2.0,6.0)vs 2.0(1.0,4.0)](P <0.05).92.4% of the cases were preferred for the ABVS examination, which was higher than that for the MMG(45.5%),and was similar to HHUS(94.7%).Bra size,BMI,with or without lesion and lesion size could affect the pain degree of ABVS.Conclusions Routine use of ABVS will be well tolerated by patients than MMG.

Objective:To investigate the physical and mental experience, treatment compliance and use barriers of patients with insomnia in using digital cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (dCBT-I) in order to provide qualitative evidence for the development and application optimization of the dCBT-I technology paradigm. Methods:From July to November 2021, a semi-structured interview outline was used to conduct in-depth interviews with the dCBT-I users ( n=10) to record their original feelings about the use of dCBT-I. Interpretative phenomenology's text analysis was used to explore the participants' experience and cognition of dCBT-I. Results:Text analysis and key information calibration were carried out on the verbatim transcripts of semi-structured interview recordings, and three core themes were extracted, namely stickiness factor, use barrier and optimization direction, as well as eight sub-themes, namely professionalism, accessibility, benefit experience, difficulty in task execution, instruction generalization, difficulty in software operation, enrich treatment content and personalized guidance. Conclusion:The present study showed that participants were receptive to the dCBT-I intervention and would be benefited from it.However, dCBT-I still needs to be optimized and improved to reduce the operating difficulty and explore more appropriate timing of manual intervention.
