Objective To explore the clinical significance of treating severe patients with frontal lobe and temple lobe with enlarging pterion approach operation. Methods All the severe patients with frontal lobe and temple lobe injury were divided into two groups at random. One group adopted the standard large trauma craniotomy, the other group adopted enlarging pterion approach operation. Under the same conditions, score of GCS, patients ages in two groups were analyzed. And we compare their operation results. Results Compared the standard large trauma cranioto-my,the good recover rates rise 9.2% (P < 0.05) and the death rate reduce 10.2% (P < 0.05) by using the enlarging pterion approach operation. Conclusion The enlarging pterion approach operation could improve existing quality and decrease mortality and disabled rate in patients with severe brain injury in frontal lobe and temple lobe.

Peritoneal dialysis is an important approach to the treatment of renal failure diseases such as acute renal failure, chronic renal failure and uremia. In this paper are presented the application of the multifunction squirm pump developed by authors, the use of PLC and single-chip to control harmonically, and the instituition of full automatic dialysis therapy. Man-machine interface with integrative touch liquid crystal display is adopted in the system, and Chinese interface is used to display and operate so that user can manipulate it in a guiding way. Hence, the whole process is simple and clear. At the same time, it is very easy to set dialysis parameters suited for medical treatment demands of all kinds of patients. Through squirm pump, electric valve, electronic weighing system and electrical heating system, the accurate control of input and output dialysis volumes, flow velocities, temperature, and other parameters are achieved and automatic alarm function is also implemented. Meanwhile, particular intelligent card system that can access automatically the user's treatment information is syncretized, which is convenient for doctor to make a diagnosis and give treatment or to carry out remote treatment. This system plays an important role in the improvement of peritoneal dialysis technique for renal failure treatment and clinical implementation.

Objective:To establish the fingerprint analysis method for the root of Rosa laevigata Michx from different regions by UPLC. Methods:The column was ACQUITY UPLC? Phenyl(2.1 mm × 100 mm,1.7 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 2 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 3 μl. Results:The fingerprint consisted of 15 common peaks. The range of similarity for twelve bat-ches of the root of R. laevigata Michx was 0. 489-0. 942. And the reference fingerprint of the root of R. laevigata Michx was estab-lished by UPLC. Conclusion:The fingerprint method is simple and reproducible, which can provide basis for the quality control and the medicinal resources exploration.

Objective To evaluate the supercutaneous fixation with locking plate for treatment of open metacarpal fractures. Methods From March 2015 to November 2016,16 open metacarpal fractures were treated with supercutaneous locking plate after emergency debridement at Department of Hand Surgery,The Second Affiliated Hospital to Wenzhou Medical University. They were 11 men and 5 women, from 20 to 67 years of age (average,37.5 years). There were 2 cases of the 1st metacarpal fracture,6 ones of the 2ed metacarpal fracture, one of the 3rd metacarpal fracture,2 ones of the 4th metacarpal fracture and 5 ones of the 5th metacarpal fracture. All fractures were open injury.By the Gustilo-Anderson classification, there were 9 cases of type Ⅱ and 7 ones of type Ⅲ A.Functional rehabilitation was encouraged immediately after operation. The outcomes were evaluated at the 4th and 24th weeks postoperatively according to the Total Angle of Motion (TAM) for digital joints recommended by the Hand Surgery Society,Chinese Medical Association. Results The mean operation time was 46.8 minutes (from 35 to 108 minutes). All cases were followed up for an average of 9.8 months (from 7 to 25 months). All fractures healed without breakage or loosening of the supercutaneous locking plate after an average of 6.2 weeks(from 4.3 to 7.8 weeks).Nail tract infection occurred in 3 cases.According to the TAM at the 4th week postoperatively,5 cases were rated as excellent,8 as good,2 as fair and one as poor;according to the TAM at the 24th week postoperatively,11 cases were rated as excellent,4 as good and one as fair. Conclusion For open metacarpal fractures with severe contamination or soft tissue injury, supercutaneous locking plate fixation can achieve fine clinical outcomes.

Objective:
Exploring the effect of three-flap paltoplasty in preventing anterior palatal fistula for patients whose anterior fissures measured more than 0.5 cm.
Methods:
12 patients aged 18-24 months with unilateral complete cleft palate were selected for the implementation of three-flap paltoplasty for cleft palate repair. Briefly, three-flap paltoplasty is based on the traditional two-flap paltoplasty method and involves the creation of a mucoperiosteal flap A in the contralateral palate in front of the fissure margin that is approximately half the size of the anterior palate. The flap A was sutured to the edge of the contralateral nasal mucosa, and the mucoperior flap of both sides of the loose fissure was sutured in layers, and the suture was removed two weeks after surgery. The recovery of cleft palate was observed.
Results :
All patients were followed up for 3 months, and 12 patients underwent successful repairs with no fistula and other complications.
Conclusion
Three-flap paltoplasty is an effective method of preventing anterior palatal fistula.
