Objective: To determine luteolin 7 O ? D glucoside in Chrysanthemum morirolium Ramat. Methods: The content of luteolin 7 O ? D glucoside was determined by HPLC on Symmetry Shield TM RP S column with MeoH H 2O(49∶51) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 348nm. Results: The liuear relationship of this method was well and the average recovery of the added sample is 99.74%. Conclusion: The analytical time is short, separating degree is good and results are accurate when luteolin 7 O ? D glucoside is determined by this method.
3.Impact of positive end-expiratory pressure on systemic hemodynamics in patients with central respiratory failure

Objective To evaluate the impact of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) on hemodynamic variables including central venous pressure (CVP),mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) in patients with central respiratory failure treated by mechanical ventilation.Methods Thirty two neurosurgical patients with central respiratory failure,male 19,female 13,mean age (58.8 ± 13.9)years,GCS ≤ 8 points,were enrolled in this prospective,self-control study between June 1,2009,and May 31,2011.Patients were excluded in cases of severe cardiopulmonary disorders,pericardial diseases,person machine confrontation,administration of vasoactive drugs,and hypervolemia or hypovolemia.On admission to neurosurgical intensive care unit,all patients were mechanically ventilated in the mode of synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation.Hemodynamic effects of six randomly set levels of end-expiratory pressures (0,3,6,9,12,15 cm H2O,every 10 min,1cm H2O =0.098 kPa) were studied in all patients.CVP,MAP and HR were recorded at each of the six end-expiratory pressure levels.One-way analysis of variance and simple linear regression model were used for data analysis.Results The levels of central venous pressure were elevated with increase in end-expiratory pressures.CVP levels were positively correlated with the levels of PEEP (R =0.468,P =0.000),with a simple linear regression equation expressed as:CVP (cm H2O) =7.870 +0.344 ×PEEP (cm H2O),The levels of MAP showed no statistically significant changes at different PEEP levels (F =1.390,P =0.227).No linear correlation between MAP,HR and PEEP levels was found (R =0.042 and 0.160,P =0.413 and 0.002).Conclusions CVP values would be overestimated during mechanical ventilation at different PEEP levels in mechanically ventilated patients due to central respiratory failure,positive correlation existed between CVP values and PEEP levels,whereas MAP was unaffected by different PEEP levels.This study could probably offer a quantitative reference for correct assessment of such a hemodynamic variable as CVP for mechanically ventilated patients without discontinuance of PEEP.Further studies are needed to determine whether these findings could be confirmed in a prospective manner.
4.Value of muitislice spiral CT in preoperative staging of bladder carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT in preoperative staging of bladder carcinoma.Methods Eighty-two patients(78 males and 4 females)with pathologically proved bladder carcinoma and the radiology materials were retrospectively analyzed.All the diagnosis results were compared with the results of surgical pathology.Results The location accuracy and qualitation accuracy in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma with spiral CT WaS 78.0%(64/82)and 93.9%(77/82)respectively.Compared with the results of surgical pathology,the accuracy of judgement in bladder surrounding involvement,lymph node metastasis and surrounding organ involvement with CT was 90.2%(74/82),96.3%(79/82)and 89.0%(73/82),respectively.The CT staging of bladder carcinoma was positively correlated to that of surgical pathology.Conclusions Spiral CT has high value in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma.It could be adopted as a conventional and main examination of bladder carcinoma before operation.
5.Direct Gene Transfer into Rabbit Peripheral Nerve in vivo

Exogenous gene suture was used to achieve peripheral nerve anastomoses to probe into the feasibility that the sites of anastomoses of nerves directly transfer gene and thus enable gene to be expressed at the sites of anastomoses under the condition that perfect nerve anastomoses are ensured. PCMVβ plasmid containing cytomegalovirus promoter (CMV promoter) and Escherichia coli (E.coli) β-Galactosidase (β-Gal) structural gene (lacZ gene) was conducted. A soaked medical 8-0nylon suture was used to perform epineurial repair of rabbit sciatic nerve. In the control group a suture soaked in sucrose PBS was used, while in the experimental group a suture soaked in PCMVβ plasmid solution was applied. The sites of anastomoses of nerves by stages were taken out, and β-Gal histochemical staining was performed and β-Gal enzyme activity was assayed with 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-β-D-galactoside. Results showed that the sites of anastomoses of nerves were taken out 2 days, 7 days, 14 days and 30 days respectively after the operation. The β-Gal histochemical stains at the sites of anastomoses showed no indigo positive cells at different stages in the control group, whereas displayed indigo positive cells in the experimental group. In the control group, no β-Gal enzyme activity was detected at different stages after operation, but in the experimental group, β-Gal enzyme activity could be detected from the 3rd day to the 30th day after operation. It was concluded that by using exogenous gene suture, exogenous gene could be transferred to the sites of peripheral nerve and expressed the exogenous gene expression products with bioactivity, which provided the feasibility of using gene therapy to accelerate the recovery of nerve function.

7.Metaanalysis of effectiveness of different exercises on inflammatory response in obese adolescents

Objective:
To systematically evaluate effectiveness of exercises on inflammatory response among obese adolescents.
Methods:
By searching CNKI, PubMed, Web of Science, EBSCOhost and other databases, randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the influence of different exercises on inflammatory indicators in obese adolescents were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Cochrane evaluation tools were conducted methodological studies on the included literature quality evaluation, and RevMan 5.3 analysis software was used for statistical analysis.
Results:
A total of 21 RCTs were included, involving 1 020 subjects. The results of Meta analysis showed that aerobic training (AT) and aerobic plus resistance training (AT+RT) could significantly reduce BMI, serum C reactive protein (CRP) and leptin levels in obese adolescents. In addition, the effects of AT+RT on pro inflammatory CRP ( MD=-0.52, 95%CI=-0.75--0.30, P <0.01), leptin ( MD=-7.20, 95%CI=-10.45--3.94, P <0.01) and anti inflammatory adiponectin ( MD=1.28, 95%CI=1.01-1.55, P <0.01) were stronger than AT. High intensity interval training (HIIT) was associated with BMI reduction ( MD=-1.14, 95%CI=-1.92--0.36, P <0.01) and increased adiponectin in obese adolescents ( MD=1.79, 95%CI=1.09-2.50, P <0.01), and HIIT was superior in improving adiponectin level in obese adolescents than AT and AT+RT.
Conclusion
Long term and regular AT, AT+RT and HIIT can reduce inflammation in obese adolescents. HIIT is a notable exercise method for obese adolescents to resist inflammation.
8.Visual analysis of research hotspots in nursing informatics in the past ten years

Objective:To conduct a bibliometric analysis of foreign researches on nursing informatics and to provide references for the future research in China.Methods:Through the bibliometrics method, the Web of Science core collection was used for retrieval. The retrieval was based on SCI-E and SSCI, and the time span was from 2009 to 2019. All analytical data were searched and downloaded on August 9 2019. CiteSpace visualization tool was used for analysis.Results:A total of 6 205 literatures related to nursing informatics published from 2009 to 2019 were obtained, and the number of published literatures was increasing. The UK had an innate advantage in nursing informatics research, with more than half of the top 10 academic journals published in the UK. The research results of nursing informatics were mainly published in clinical medicine, psychology, education and other disciplines. Among the top 10 research institutions with the most publications, most of them were from the United States, which had a great influence in this field. The current hotspots of nursing informatics were mainly in clinical decision support, medical big data, hospital information system, nursing education and so on.Conclusions:In recent years, the research on nursing informatics has attracted much attention and is currently in a rapid development stage. The current hotspots of nursing informatics are mainly in clinical decision support, medical big data, hospital information system, nursing education and other aspects. However, ICU, barrier, cancer, satisfaction and other key words will still have research value in the future.
9.Recombinant acidic fibroblast growth factor combined with negative pressure drainage in treatment of recalcitrant wounds

Objective Study the effect of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor combined suction drainage in the treatment of refractory wound. Methods Fifty-four patients with refractory wound were analyzed from January 2010 to December 2012 and were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=29, treated with rh-aFGF washing dur-ing operation) and control group (n=25, treated with 0.9% NS). Both groups were treated combined suction drainage treatment. Exposed areas of surface and deep tissue were recorded during the treatment, then the rate of deep wound healing and the rate of cavity volume improvement were calculated. Results Wound in the treatment group cured pri-marily, and the area of bone tendons exposure reduced. The rate of deep wound healing and the rate of cavity volume improvement in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group all healed after short time dressing change. However, the control group all healed after long time dressing change or with skin flap transplantation. Conclusion By exogenous long-term supplementing aFGF and it can achieve the purpose of therapy.
10.Similarities and differences in the pathogenesis of Henoch-Sch?nlein nephritis and IgA nephropathy

IgA vasculitis is a common autoimmune disease mediated by IgA in childhood, which can involve many systems.Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is one of the main complications.Both HSPN and IgA nephropathy(IgAN)are common glomerulonephritis in children, but the former is the most common secondary glomerulonephritis and the latter is one of the most persistent diseases in primary glomerulonephritis.There are differences in clinical phenotype and prognosis.This article reviews the relevant literature, and summarizes the similarities and differences in the pathogenesis of HSPN and IgAN, so as to better understand the two diseases.
