KAI1 is a recently identified metastasis suppressor gene located at human chromosome 11 p11.2. KAI1 protein is a member of the structurally distinct family of cell surface glycoprotein and belongs to transmembrane 4 protein superfamily. KAI1 expression is down-regulated in many metastatic tumor cells. Down-regulation of KAI1 expression also plays an important role in the genesis and development of gynecological tumor.

Objective: To build a relationship model of perceived academic self-efficacy, learning stress, and learning burnout of high school students. Methods: 674 high school students were surveyed with Learning Stress Scale of High School Students, The Perceived Academic Self -efficacy Scale, Scale of Learning Burnout of High School Students. Results: Learning stress had a direct effect on a low level of learning efficacy, perceived alienation to teacher and physical exhaustion (The direct effect value were -0.22,0.12,0.27). At the same time, perceived basic ability and perceived control partially mediated the impact of learning stress on the low level of learning efficacy, perceived alienation to teacher and physical exhaustion (the mediated effect value were -0.155 and-0.264, 0.066 and 0.299, 0.089 and 0.233). Perceived basic ability and perceived control fully mediated the relationship between learning stress and emotional exhaustion (the mediated effect value were 0.033 and 0.387). Conclusion: The students with a higher level of stress reported suffering more learning burnout than those with a lower level of stress, and vice versa.

Objective To evaluate the infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) and the expression of tumor metastasis suppressor protein KAI1 in cervical cancer.Methods The expression of KAH,HPV16/18E6 and HPV16E7 proteins were analyzed by immunohistochemistry SP assay in 117 cases of paraffin-embedded cervical tissue,including 20 normal cerival tissue as control,58 intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 39 cervical cancer.Results In normal cervical tissue,CIN and cervical cancer,the positive rate of KAI1 protein were respectively 90.0 ％ (18/20),72.4 ％ (42/58),25.6 ％ (10/39).There was significant differience among three gruop (P ＜ 0.01).The positive rate of HPV16/18E6 and HPV16E7 proteins were respectively 0 (0/20),31.0 ％ (18/58),41.0 ％ (16/39); 0 (0/20),34.5 ％ (20/58),64.1％ (25/39).There were significant differience among three gruops (P ＜ 0.01).There was no correlation between the expression of KAI1 and the infection of HPV (P =0.429).Expression of KAI1 was correlated to grade of differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05),but was not correlated to age (P ＞ 0.05).HPV infection was not correlated to the age,clinical stage,cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The expression of KAI1 protein is down-regulated in cervical cancer,which is not associated with the infection of HPV.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi pill in the treatment of leucocytopenia induced by anti -thyroid drug.Methods According to the digital table,195 Graves hyperthyroidism patients with leucocytopenia induced by anti -thyroid drug were randomly divided into the observation group(100 cases)and the control group(95 cases).The observation group was given Jianpi pill treatment,while the control group adopted the combination therapy of batilol tablets,leucogen tablets,vitamin B4 tablets.The facial color,whether or not limb weak-ness,whether or not palpitations after strenuous exercise in the two groups were observed.The number of white blood cells and the number of neutrophils in the two groups were observed.3 months later,the curative effect of the two groups was determined according to the degree of cure.Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 52.63% and 85.00% respectively,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ2 =23.96,P <0.01 ).The disappear infection rates of the control group and the observation group were 25.00% and 69.05% respectively,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (χ2 =15.93, P <0.01 ).The total effective rates of mild,moderate,severe leucocytopenia were 95.56%,87.50%,46.67%respectively,the difference was statistically significant between mild and severe leucocytopenia (χ2 =16.00,P <0.01),and the difference was statistically significant between moderate and severe leucocytopenia(χ2 =7.94,P <0.01).The excellence rates of mild,moderate,severe leucocytopenia were 48.89%,40.00% and 48.89% respec-tively,the difference was statistically significant between mild and severe leucocytopenia(χ2 =5.92,P <0.01),and the difference was not statistically significant between moderate and severe leucocytopenia(χ2 =2.41,P >0.05).The incidence rates of dry mouth,hyperactive bowel sounds and liver damage,constipation and diarrhea in the control group were 4.21%,2.10% and 1.05% respectively,and the incidence rates of dry mouth,hyperactive bowel sounds and liver damage in the observation group were 3.00% and 1.00% respectively,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Jianpi pill in the treatment of Graves hyperthyroidism patients with leucocytopenia induced by anti -thyroid drug is sure,and it is superior to the combination therapy of batilol tablets,leucogen tablets,vitamin B4 tablets.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the association between UGT1A1 gene polymorphism and irinotecan-induced 3-4 degree neutropenia,and to provide evidenced-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from CJFD,Wanfang data-base,VIP,PubMed,EMBase,Science direct and Cochrane library,related studies about UGT1A1*28 and UGT1A1*6 gene polymorphism and irinotecan-induced 3-4 degree neutropenia were collected. After data extraction and quality evaluation of included studies,Meta-analysis was conducted by using Review Man 5.3 software. RESULTS:A total of 29 studies were included,involv-ing 2408 patients. UGT1A1*28 includ wild genotype TA 6/6(UGT1A1*1/*1)and mutations genotype TA 6/7(UGT1A1*1/*28)、TA 7/7(UGT1A1*28/*28),UGT1A1*6 includ wild genotype GG and mutations genotype GA、AA. Results of Meta-analysis showed:the incidence of 3-4 degree neutropenia in UGT1A1*28 and UGT1A1*6 mutations genotype were significantly higher than wild genotype,with statistical significance [UGT1A1*28:OR=1.92,95%CI(1.52,2.44),P<0.001;UGT1A1*6:OR=2.49, 95%CI(1.46,4.26),P<0.001]. Using medium-dose and high-dose of irinotecan,the incidence of 3-4 degree neutropenia in UGT1A1*28 and UGT1A1*6 mutations genotype were significantly higher than wild genotype,with statistical significance [UGT1A1*28:OR=2.06,95%CI(1.57,2.70),P<0.001);UGT1A1*6:OR=1.92,95%CI(1.35,2.74),P<0.001]. Using low-dose of irinotecan,there was no statistical significance in the incidence of 3-4 degree neutropenia between UGT1A1*28,UGT1A1*6 mutations genotype and wild genotype [UGT1A1*28:OR=1.20,95%CI(0.70,2.08),P=0.51;UGT1A1*6:OR=3.19,95%CI (0.85,11.89),P=0.08]. CONCLUSIONS:Using medium-dose and high-dose of irinotecan,UGT1A1*28 and UGT1A1*6 muta-tions will increase the risk of severe neutropenia in cancer patients. Using low-dose of irinotecan,there is no clear correlation be-tween gene polymorphism and the neutropenia.

BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that astrocytes participate not only in the passive metabolic and structural support, but also actively in the central nervous system information processing. OBJECTIVE:By observing the directionality and specificity of astrocyte fiber growth and synapse formation, to explore the possible mechanisms of astrocytes and neurons in the interaction. METHODS: Primary cels from the hippocampi of green fluorescent protein transgenic newborn mice were isolated and cultured, glial fibrilary acidic protein was used as specific marker for astrocytes in immunofluorescence staining, and then the results were observed and scanned by confocal microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The elongation of astrocyte fibers was directional and specific, and terminated to the pyramidal cels nearby. The end of astrocyte fibers and pyramidal cels contributed to the synapse formation. However, not al the projections were toward the adjacent cels, and synapse-like structure was not only formed nearby. The results implicated that both astrocytes fiber elongation and synapse formation have the directionality and specificity, providing evidence for further studies on signal transduction between astrocytes and pyramidal cels.

Objective:To study the characteristics and mechanisms of language disorders in predominant periventricular lesion.Methods: 40 Patients with periventricular infarction were assessed on the Aphasia Battery in Chinese (ABC), results were analyzed to determine the relationship between neuroiconography and speech function. Results: lesion of anterial lateral ventricle led to acute mutism, limited spontaneous speech, and disorder of speech initiation. Lesion near medial lateral paraventricle led to aphemia. All these lesions are usually associated with stuttering. Conclusion: The white matter anteromedial lateral paraventricular is an important part in the automatic processes that involved in speech production. Different lesions of these regions may result in different language disorders.

Objective To study a wavelet method for acquiring the characters of pulse wave based on the principle of wavelet transform which can effectively solve the problem of inaccuracy of the conventional methods. Method The method of wavelet module maximum was used to divide the pulse wave according to periods and basically decomposed it, by arranging in time order and symbolizing the module maximum character points of pulse wave signal at the ascending and descending edges as well as the crest and trough. Result Through the method, the unobvious dicrotism, trail wave and the anomalistic wave appearing at the ascending and descending edge of the main wave, and multi-scale characters and all kinds of characters in time domain of pulse signal were further acquired more accurately. Conclusion Simplicity, quickness and accuracy are achieved by focusing on the character points of pulse signals. It provides a new means for further studies of classification and identification of pulse signals.
