OBJECTIVE:To improve the quality of drug consultation.METHODS:The drug consultation records of a total of 1 663 cases in our hospital from July 2004 to July 2007 were analyzed statistically by a retrospective method.RESULTS:Of the drug consultation records of a total of 1 663 cases, the chief questions consulted were adverse drug reactions and long-term medication safety(25.2%),dosage and administration(21.1%),medication for special populations(9.7%),drug interactions(8.1%),pharmacological action and indications(7.1%),and generic name and composition of drugs(5.2%).CONCLUSION:The drug consultation service in our hospital achieved a remarkable efficacy in guiding physicians and pharmacists on rational drug use;however,it has its problems and remains to be improved further.
3.Systematic Review of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the Treatment of Drug-induced Liver Injury
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury according to present clinical studies. METHODS: Retrieved from CBM and the CNKI from 1994 to 2009, literatures about the randomized controlled trials that the effective rate of diammonium glycyrrhizinate was compared with that of other hepatoprotective with drug-induced liver injury and drug-induced liver disease as study subjects. RESULTS: 18 RCTs including 1,644 patients with drug-induced liver injury were enrolled. The effective rate of diammonium glycyrrhizinate group was higher than that of control group, statistical significance was noted in two groups (P
4.Effects of Functional Electrical Stimulation on Spastic Diplegia:Surface Electromyography Study
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(3):247-248
Objective To value the application of surface electromyography(sEMG)in assessing the functional electrical stimulation(FES)used in children with spastic diplegia. Methods 20 children with spastic diplegia were treated with FES.They were assessed with the sEMG and the clinical assessment before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the iEMG of the biceps brachii and quadriceps decreased significantly on the functional position, but increased significantly when the muscles contracted. Conclusion FES can reduce the spasticity and increase the strength of the limbs in children with spastic diplegia. The sEMG can be used as an objective assessment tool.

Chinese Journal of New Drugs and Clinical Remedies 2001;20(3):163-164
AIM:To observe the therapeutic effect of aescine in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse(LIDP).METHODS:One hundred and seventy-six patients with LIDP were divided into 2 groups:aescine group of 80 patients[M56,F24;age(43±s17)a,course of disease(7.4±2.3) mo] received conventional therapy plus aescine 10-15 mg in 5 % glucose or 0.9 % sodium chloride injection 250 mL,iv,drip, bid, for 7-10 d.Control group of 96 patients[M57,F39;age(42±16)a,course of disease(7±3)mo]only received conventional therapy, including towing, massage, acupuncture, anodyne.Therapeutic effects of both groups were compared after 4 wk.RESULTS:The total effective rate of aescine and control group was 95 % and 81 %,respectively(P<0.05),while in those course of disease less than 0.5 a the effective rate was 97 % and 85 %,respectively(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occoured. CONCLUSION:Aescine is safe and effective for the treatment of LIDP.The shorter the disease course is,the better the therapeutic effects are.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(42):6787-6792
BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that astrocytes participate not only in the passive metabolic and structural support, but also actively in the central nervous system information processing. OBJECTIVE:By observing the directionality and specificity of astrocyte fiber growth and synapse formation, to explore the possible mechanisms of astrocytes and neurons in the interaction. METHODS: Primary cels from the hippocampi of green fluorescent protein transgenic newborn mice were isolated and cultured, glial fibrilary acidic protein was used as specific marker for astrocytes in immunofluorescence staining, and then the results were observed and scanned by confocal microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The elongation of astrocyte fibers was directional and specific, and terminated to the pyramidal cels nearby. The end of astrocyte fibers and pyramidal cels contributed to the synapse formation. However, not al the projections were toward the adjacent cels, and synapse-like structure was not only formed nearby. The results implicated that both astrocytes fiber elongation and synapse formation have the directionality and specificity, providing evidence for further studies on signal transduction between astrocytes and pyramidal cels.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1994;0(01):-
The inducible c-myc antisense RNA expression plasmid PGXC expressed in mammalian cells was constructed. PGXC was cotransferred with plasmid pSV2neo which confers resistance to Geneticin (G418) to human promyclocytic leukemia cell line HL60. Following the promotion of c-myc antisense RNA expression with Cd~(2+) the growth rate of transfectant HL_(60)~R-9 was significantly slower than that of the parent cells HL60. Flow cytometric analysis indicated a marked increase in Gl fraction and decrease in S-phase population in the cell cycle of transfectants. The differentiation of cellular morphology and function of HL_(60)~R-9 was induced. HL_(60)~R-9 did not form colonies on soft agar and had reduced or lost the tumorigenicity in nude mice.
