To explore an easily executive and conveniently generalized method with effectiveness and low costing for myopia screening at the early stage.Research was performed to testify the reasonability of using axial length/corneal radius (AL/CR) for myopia screening in children by comparing the cost between AL/CR plus vision acuity (VA) and simple VA examination.Chinese school-aged children in Yangfang school district,Beijing (n=1427,aged 6~12 years old) were randomly grouped for either pure VA examination or for VA plus AL/CR examination. Those suspicious myopic children were informed for further refractive examination. Finally, the cost from screening to definite diagnosis of refractive error was calculated.Generally, compared with VA examination, the total cost was reduced by 15.12% and by 12.34%,respectively,in the elder group using VA plus AL/CR examination.VA plus AL/CR examination is an economical and reasonable method for screening suspicious myopia in Chinese school-aged children compared with pure VA examination.

AIM:To compare 2 environments , the subrenal capsule and oral submucosa , for producing well-formed teeth from mouse tooth germs and for exploring the ideal environment for tooth regeneration .METHODS: Two groups were set up .Group A was transplanted with the mouse embronic day ( ED) 14.5 first mandibular molar tooth germs into the subrenal capsule , while group B was transplanted with the ED 14.5 first mandibular molar tooth germs into the oral submucosa. After 3 weeks and 4 weeks, the host mice were sacrificed, and the transplanted explants were evaluated with morphologic observation , histological structures , hardness and elastictic modulus tests , and chemical compositions .RE-SULTS:(1) The explants isolated from both environments showed the tooth-like structures, but as to the group B, the crown was smaller, and the shape of the cusps was not significant .(2) HE staining showed that the dentin and enamel in group A were thicker than those in group B in which the ameloblasts and odontoblasts were differentiated not very well .(3) In the test of enamel hardness , only the hardness of 4 weeks in group B was lower than normal mouse tooth .In the test of enamel modulus , the elastic modulus of enamel in 3 weeks of group A was slightly lower than normal mouse tooth , but the difference was not significant .The elastic modulus of enamel in 4 weeks of group A and group B was significantly lower than normal mouse tooth and 3 weeks of group B .The hardness and elastic modulus of dentin in 3 groups was not significant . (4) Raman spectroscopy showed 2 groups grew in harmony in general , they all had the largest peak in the point of 961 cm-1 , but the 3 weeks of group B had an obvious peak in the point of 2 947 cm-1 .CONCLUSION:For the development of ED14.5 tooth germs, we obtain almost the whole tooth in subrenal capsule transplantation after 3 or 4 weeks. The buccal submucosa environment still has a certain influence on the tooth germ development , although there are some differences about the tooth development between this environment and subrenal capsule environment .
3.On origin of Oviductus Ranae in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2010;35(21):2931-2933
OBJECTIVETo discuss the problem about the origin of Oviduetus Ranae in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia according to historical documents, the researches reported recently and the author research.
METHODThrough comprehensive analysis of the documents and materials reported, the original animal sources of Oviduetus Ranae was discussed in terms of historical records, morphology, karyotype, Ag-Belt and isoenzyme electrophoresis, gene levels and so on.
RESULT AND CONCLUSIONThe original animal sources of Oviduetus Ranae is Rana dybowskii, its order element is an effective species in China. In order to avoid the problem of species confusion about the origin of Oviduetus Ranae, author suggests that R. dybowskii should be the original animal of Oviduetus Ranae.

Anelectrochemicallyreducedgrapheneoxide/goldnanoparticle-chitosan(ERGO/AuNP-CS) composite film modified glassy carbon electrode ( GCE) was constructed by directly electrochemical reduction of GO, and then assembly of AuNP-CS polycation on the surface. The surface morphologies of different modified electrodes including bare GCE, GCE/GO, GCE/ERGO and GCE/ERGO/AuNP-CS were characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) . The differential pulse voltammetric behaviors of the electrodes were investigated, and the results indicated that the composite of ERGO/AuNP-CS exhibited excellent electrocatalytic oxidation activity to uric acid ( UA) molecule. In 0. 10 mol/L of phosphate buffer solution (pH=6. 5) with a scanning rate of 100 mV/s, the proposed composite film modified electrode showed a linear electrochemical response to UA in the range of 0 . 05-110 μmol/L with a detection limit of 12. 4 nmol/L ( S/N = 3 ). The electrode displayed good selectivity, reproducibility and stability in the determination of UA in human serum and urine samples with a recovery of 93 . 8%-104 . 1%. The detection results were agreed with those of conventional spectrophotometry and uricase Kit methods.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2018;32(3):177-184
Objective: To discuss possible ethical and boundary issues when contacting clients through WeChat in different situations. Methods: Self-made questionnaires were utilized to investigate 194 counselors' (18 counselors gave clients their job WeChat ID, 64 counselors gave their private WeChat ID, and 115 counselors do not give WeChat toclients) attitudes and behaviors of encountering multiple relationship issues when using WeChat Results: For WeChat boundary, counselors who had job WeChat ID would post more private photos and videos on the post than counselors with no job ID and without ID(P <0.01). Although 41% of counselors would use WeChat during the counseling and other related activities, only 10% of the counselors had job ID. Counselors with no ID tended to accept clients breaking the boundaries through other ways (P <0.01). Conclusion: The study indicates that counselors have encountered ethic issues of multiple relationships when using WeChat Counselors who only have private WeChat ID should increase their sensitivity of the boundary issues in the use of WeChat.

In most non-excited cells, voltage-gated T-type calcium channels present three properties of activation, inactivation and slow inactivation, thus contribute to cellular calcium signaling and membrane potential. By which T-type calcium channels play an important role in many cancer cellular processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, invasion, and metastasis. Inhibiting T-type calcium channels by drugs or genetic tools can change the related cellular currents and the intracellular Ca 2+ , thereby regulating the biological tumorigenesis. This article reviews the electrophysiological of T-type calcium channels during tumor progression, aims to provide a scientific basis for the study and treatment in cancer.
