ObjectivesTo discuss the value of the three kinds of surgical management to treat high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. MethodsThe study was conducted on 136 patients who underwent LEEP、CKC 、hysterectomy ,to compare the change of the postoperative biopsy result,the rate of cure and pregnancy. ResultAmong the postoperative biopsy result,66. 4% was consitent with pretreating histopathology,but 3.6% was upgrade,30.0% was downgrade; there were no statistical difference in the rate of cure of the three kinds of surgical management and in the rate of pregnancy of the two kinds of conization. ConclusionThe three kinds of surgical management to treat high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were effective,while LEEP was the best way.

Objective To analyze the clinical management of women with atypital squamous cells(ASC).Methods During Sep 2003 to Sep 2008,a totle of 956 women in our department were diagnosed with ASC by cytological test,they were further biopsied under the colposcope.The result of TCT,colposcopic test,biopsy and the highrisk factor were recorded and analysed;the based the biopsy were analyzed by the X~2-test;the high-risk factors and the odds Ratio(OR) were counted by SPSS10.0.Results Among the women with ASC,the rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) diagnosed by the biopsy under the colposcope was 50.7% ,the rate of the high-grade lesion over CINII Was 13.3% ;if the colposcopic test were low-grade lesion,the rate of the cases which biopsys were the highgrade lesion over CINII,was 8.3% ;the high-risk factors which caused the cervical high-grade lesion were the number of sex-partners over 3,the age less than 20 yearold when the sex were made,the cervical erosion,the result of TCT with ASC-H.Conclusion Among the women with ASC,the biopsy shows multiformity;the rate of CIN and the highgrade lesion is also high;if TCT is ASC,the colposcopie test is advised;if the woman who has the high-risk factors,biopsy is advised.

Objective To construct a cell line with long time secreting endostatin. Methods Human endostatin cDNA containing interleukin-2 (IL-2) secreting peptide was cloned into eukaryotic expression plasmid pSNA2.0 to construct recombinant plasmid pSNA2.0/Endostatin. The plasmid pSNA2.0/Endostatin was transfected into HEK293 cells by cationic liposome. The positive cell clones were selected by G418 and named hED/293. The expression of endostatin protein was analyzed by Western-blot. Results Endostatin could be determined in the supernatant of hED/293 cells. Conclusion The recombinant eukaryotic expression vector is correctly constructed. The human endostatin protein can be expressed and secreted.

Objective To establish the model of glioma by hypodermic of C6 cells line into the nude mice and observe the growth characteristics. Methods The C6 gliocyte suspension was injected into the left subaxillary hypoderma of nude mice. The diameter and the volume of the tumor were measured and calculated, and the volume-time growth curve was plotted. The cells of tumor were observed under the HE and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) immono-histochemistry staining. Results The tumor appeared in inoculation area 7 d after injection, and presented nearly exponential development after about 20 d. The survival time of the nude mice is 22～48 d. The tumors were with sharp border, affluent blood vessel, and a great number of GFAP-positive cells. Conclusion The model of glioma can be well induced by hypodermic of the cultured C6 gliocyte into nude mouse.

The characteristics of ductal adenocarcinoma of colon under eieciror: microscopy were stout and dense microvill, with small roots buried in the top of cytoplasm. The ullrarnorphological changes of carcinomatous infiltration was similar to the picture observed in vitro cultivation of cancer cells.In 104 cases out of 159, there was an over expression of ras oncogenes P21, indicating that carcinoma of colon was related to activation of ras oncogenes. Examination with monoclonal antibodies yielded a positive rate of 83.4%- 95.7%, indicating that most of the carcinomas had colon related antigens. This phenomenon should play an important role in raising the diagnostic accuracy, and it also should serve as an indicator of effective treatment. In 62 cases of mucoid adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of signet ring cell carcinoma, there was a marked reduction of mueoitin sulfate with an increase in sialic acid mucus. The letter was a glycoprotein containing hydroxyl mucus, and it facilitated the separation of cancer cells to infiltrate and metastasize.in 134 cases, AgNOR was quantified, and there were 13.05? 1.48 granules in each mucleas. There was more abundant AgNOR in undifferentiated cancer, while the number of AgNOR fluctuated between 10.56 to 11.83 in papillary adenocarcinoma, ductal adenocarcinoma, and mucoid adenocarcinoma. indicating the qunantity of AgNOR was related to degree of malignancy in colonic carcinoma.

The five volumes of Annals of National Medicine in Yunnan contain more than 1040 kinds of ethnic medicines and national medicines experiene that are commonly used by 25 minority nationalities in Yunnan.Among them,there are 147 species of toxic drugs,including five with fatal toxicity,14 with strong toxicity,57 with toxicity,and 71 with mild toxicity.In order to guarantee the validity and safety of national drug use,Yunnan Institute of Materia Medica applied modern science and technology to study the safety,efficacy and pharmacognosy of 30 kinds of commonly used toxic folk drugs contained in Annals of National Medicine in Yunnan.This paper chooses five typical national medicinal herbs Stephania delavayi,Euphorbia neriifolia,Alocasia cucullata,Achillea wilsoniana and Chamaenerion angustifolium,and summarizes their national medicinal and toxicity experience.The results of acute toxicity test showed that the five national medicinal herbs are toxic.The pharmacodynamic experiments showed that S.delavayi has analgesic action,E.neriifolia has anti-inflammatory action,A.cucullata has analgesic and antitussive effects,Ach.wilsoniana has analgesic effect,and C.angustifolium has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Inflammatory cytokines are closely related to the development of gastric cancer. Pro-inflammatory cytokines, anti-inflammatory cytokines and their associated signaling pathways play different roles on the stages of gastric cancer, such as occurrence, development and prognosis, through different channels. This article summarizes the expression and function of Helicobacter pylori, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8, TGF-β, IL-10, IL-18 and T lymphocytes in gastric tissue or blood. The inflammatory cytokines and their associated signaling pathways which working as therapeutic targets for gastric cancer are also concluded.

The prevalence of stroke is increasing in China and the world,and cognitive impairment,as one of the most common complications of stroke,has attracted much attention of many researchers.Post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) has severely affected patients' daily living ability,which has brought heavy burden to family and society.In addition,with the increasing of age,PSCI may even develop into dementia,so we need to give early diagnosis,early treatment and prevention to patients with PSCI.In this paper,the concept of PSCI,neuropsychological characteristics,screening scale and treatment are described to improve the staff awareness and management of PSCI.

Covalent organic nanospheres(CONs)were explored as a fiber coating for solid-phase microextraction of genotoxic impurities(GTIs)from active ingredients(AIs).CONs were synthesized by an easy solution-phase procedure at 25℃.The obtained nanospheres exhibited a high specific surface area,good ther-mostability,high acid and alkali resistance,and favorable crystallinity and porosity.Two types of GTIs,alkyl halides(1-iodooctane,1-chlorobenzene,1-bromododecane,1,2-dichlorobenzene,1-bromooctane,1-chlorohexane,and 1,8-dibromooctane)and sulfonate esters(methyl p-toluenesulfonate and ethyl p-toluenesulfonate),were chosen as target molecules for assessing the performance of the coating.The prepared coating achieved high enhancement factors(5097-9799)for the selected GTIs.The strong affinity between CONs and GTIs was tentatively attributed to T-T and hydrophobicity interactions,large surface area of the CONs,and size-matching of the materials.Combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),the established analytical method detected the GTIs in capecitabine and imatinib mesylate samples over a wide linear range(0.2-200 ng/g)with a low detection limit(0.04-2.0 ng/g),satisfactory recovery(80.03％-109.5％),and high repeatability(6.20％-14.8％)and reproducibility(6.20％-14.1％).Therefore,the CON-coated fibers are promising alternatives for the sensitive detection of GTIs in AI samples.

Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract.With the popularization of screening methods and advancement of endoscopic technology,an increasing number of T1 stage colorectal cancers can be discovered.Accurately predicting lymph node metastasis risk is significantly important for guiding clinical treatment decisions,reducing complications and mortality.Current research on risk factors for lymph node metastasis in T1 stage colorectal cancer covers multiple aspects including clinical pathological features,molecular phenotypes and genetic characteristics.Some studies have built prediction models by integrating these factors,which show higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy compared to current clinical guidelines.These models provide valuable experience for clinical practice.
