Objective To provide effective reference for quality analysis of the chemical composition and extraction of astragalus separation process by comparing the extract of astragalus and it’s IR spectra. Methods The saponins and flavonoids in astragalus were firstly extracted by the method of circumfluence with ethanol as solvent and the residue of ethanol-extraction was then used to extract polysaccharides by distilled water. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR) combined with second derivative infrared spectroscopy was applied to quickly identify astragalus herbs powder, water extraction of astragalus, astragalus alcohol extraction and water extraction of the residue of ethanol-extraction. Results The powder and 70% ethanol extract, 80% ethanol extract were around at 1 735 cm-1 (carbonyl stretching vibration absorption peak) has a weak, broad absorption, while the absorption peak was less obvious in boiling water extraction. So the maln components of astragalus water extraction are polysaccharides and also contaln a small amount of water-insoluble flavonoids. Alcohol extraction malnly contalns saponins and flavonoids, and flavonoid extract volume increases with increasing alcohol concentration in a certaln range. Conclusion This method can be a quick and easy identification for astragalus and it’s extraction for its chemical composition class, and provide the basis for further research quality.

Objective To explore the relationship between job resources and anxiety on nurses, and investigate the moderating and mediating effects of resilience on job resources and anxiety. Methods Chi-nese nurses ( n=560) from some departments of four hospitals in tangshan city were recruited by random sampling method and interviewed by job resources questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale and self-rating anxiety scale. Results The scores of nurses'anxiety, resilience and job resources were 40.82±9.63, 9.45±1.82,and 93.24±16.61 respectively. The resilience, job resources and its dimensions were negatively correlated to nurses'anxiety (P<0.05).Resilience played moderating role in the relationship between nurses'anxiety and work autonomy(β=0.168,P<0.01).Resilience served to mediate the relationship between nurses'anxiety and performance feedback, career development opportunities (P<0.05). The mediating effect value of performance feedback and career development opportunities on nurses' anxiety were -0.115881 and-0.068052 respectively ,which were 41.26% and 32.71% of the total effect respectively. Conclusion Job resources and resilience are closely related to nurses'anxiety.Resilience plays partially moderating and medi-ating role in the relationship between nurses'anxiety and job resources.

Objective To establish and implement a central venous linemanagement information system based on the hospital information system (HIS). Methods The central venous line information management system was developed by the infusion therapygroup and the information technology department according to the requirement of completed central venous line management and the Chinese intravenous nursing practice standard. Results ① A complete information management system was constructed for central venous line from placement, maintenance and management of complications to drawing tube, and it operated smoothly. ②Totally, 4304 cases of PICC, 14,330 cases of CVC and 123 cases of PORT were collected from January 2016 to December 2017. The information of the maintenance number, catheter retention time, complications can be counted. Conclusions The central venous vein management information management system can realize the whole-process management, and ensure the continuous evaluation, maintenance and tracking of the patient's central venous line, making detailed statistical analysis of catheter- related complications, whichcan provide reliable basis for continuous nursing quality improvement.
