In the horizon of psycho-philosophy,marriage is not just the combination of two individuals(husband and wife),and romantic love cannot be the emotional foundation of marriage.Only when the individuals are integrated into the ethical substance of marriage by spirit,and the romance love turns into an ethical emotion,can their marriage be a harmonious one.Therefore,enhancing the ethics education and guiding marriage activities with marital ethical norms can be viewed as effective approaches to tackling relevant marital issues in current society.
2.Research progress in ethics related issues of xenocorneal transplantation

Objective To discuss and study the ethics related issues of xenocorneal transplantation.Methods The ethics related issues of xenocorneal transplantation were discussed through analysis of the cornea characteristics and present situation of corneal transplantation.Results The ethical problems faced by corneal transplantation mainly consisted of technical barriers social problems:immune rejection after corneal transplantation; species chosen whether or not to meet the ethical requirements,whether to violate the ethics; animal rights issues; whether can cause characteristics change of xenocorneal transplantation person; whether xenocorneal transplantation will lead to the spread of deadly diseases,and endanger public safety.Conclusions Xenocorneal transplantation can help patients regain their sight,its success requires not only the innovation breakthrough of science and technology,but also the attention of people on ethical issues of xenocorneal transplantation.
3.Research progress of Rett syndrome causing gene MECP2-The structure, function and modulation of MECP2

SUMMARY Rett syndrome (RTT) , an X-linked dominant neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by regression of language, stereotype hand movement and loss of purposeful hand use, is primarily caused by mutation of menthyl-CpG-binding protein 2 ( MECP2 ). The 76 kb human MECP2 is characterized by three sab'ent features; a very large intron 2 (60 kb) , an 8. 5 kb 3'-UTR with highly conserved regions and different polyadenylation sites, and a 40 kb intergenic region separating MECP2 from the nearest upstream gene. There are two isoforms of MeCP2, MeCP2el and MeCP2e2. The differences between the two isoforms, the function of the 3'-UTR and the long-range cis-regulatory sequences in the intergenic region were extensively studied. In contrast to initial report, recent studies show that MeCP2 binds not only to methylated promoters and silence transcription, but also to the sites outside of genes containing only a few of CpG islands. Furthermore, MeCP2 can function as both an activator and a repressor of transcription.
4.Effect of audio training on executive dysfunction in patients with stroke

Objective To investigate the effect of Tomatis audio training on executive dysfunction in patients with stroke. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients from the Rehabilitation Branch,Tangshan Worker′s Hospital were enrolled prospectively. They were divided into either a music group or a control group (n = 40 in each group)according to random number table. On the basis of conventional rehabilitation training,both groups received music training. The patients of the control group received conventional music training (conventional frequency music without audio processing);the patients of the music group received Tomatis audio training. Both groups were trained at the same time,once a day for 60 -90 min,and they were trained for 2 cycles. The first cycle was 14 days and the second one was 10 days,the interval of the 2 cycles was 30 days (a total of 54 days). The Behavioral Assessment of Dys-executive Syndrome (BADS)was used to assess their executive dysfunction before and after music training. Results The 6 sub-projects of BADS in the music group after music training:the rule shift cards test,action program test,key seek test, temporal judgment test,zoo map test,modified six elements test,and total standard score (median 75 ])2. 0 (1. 2,2. 7),2. 0 (1. 0,2. 0),2. 0 (1. 0,2. 0),2. 0 (1. 0,2. 0),2. 0 (2. 0,2. 0),2. 0 (2. 0,3. 0),and 11. 0 (11. 0,12. 0),respectively). There were significant differences between the 2 groups (all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tomatis audio training may effectively improve the executive function in patients with stroke.
5.Expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF in laryngeal carcinoma and their clinicopathology meanings

Objective To study the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in laryngeal carcinoma and their clinicopathological significance.Methods The immuno-histochemical technique was used to detect the expression staining results of MMP-2 and VEGF in 54 cases of laryngeal carcinoma,23 cases of polyps of vocal cord and 1 5 cases of normal laryngeal mucous tissues verified by clinicopathology under the automatic image analyzer.Results The ex-pression rates of MMP-2 and VEGF were 72.22%(39/54)and 70.37%(38/54)in the laryngeal carcinoma tissue,which were sig-nificantly higher than 47.83% and 39.13% in polyps of vocal cord and 40.00% and 46.67% in the normal laryngeal tissues respec-tively,the differences between them had statistical significance(P<0.05).The expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF had certain corre-lation with the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and.infiltration depth of laryngeal carcinoma.Conclusion MMP-2 and VEGF may jointly participate in the process of infiltration and metastasis in laryngeal and have certain relation with the tumorous invasive growth.

Zebrafish has been widely used as an important model system in research fields of genetic and develop -mental biology over the past 20 years.Similar to the mammalians and other vertebrate animals , zebrafish also has various tissue barriers.In recent years, more and more important progress of tissue barrier studies have been achieved using ze -brafish as in vivo model, such as blood-brain barrier.These findings contribute to the understanding of the mechanisms of diseases caused by the disorders of physiological barriers .It also helps with the modulation of the permeability of tissue bar-riers for drug delivery .This review summaries recent progress of zebrafish applications in the study of tissue barriers , such as blood-brain barrier, blood-retina barrier, epidermal barrier, etc.
7.Up-expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in human peritoneal mesothelial cells induced by ovarian carcinoma cells

Objective To investigate the impact of ovarian carcinoma cells on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in human peritoneal mesothelial cells(HPMC). Methods HPMC was incubated with ovarian carcinoma cell line in SKOV3 conditioned medium(SKOV3-CM) for(3~ 72 hrs ). RT-PCR was used to detect VEGF gene expression. VEGF protein expression in cell lysates was assessed by ELISA. HPMC was cultured for 24 hrs in SKOV3-CM or SKOV3-CM with anti-transforming growth factor?1(TGF-?1)neutralizing antibody,and the changes in VEGF gene and protein expression were examined. Results VEGF mRNA and protein were detected in HPMC without stimulation of SKOV3-CM. SKOV3-CM significantly induced HPMC VEGF mRNA and protein expression in a time-dependent manner and the induction started 6h(for mRNA) and 12 h (for protein) after the treatment(P

Synergy is key to the formation of a community of interests and responsibilities for a healthcare alliance.This paper analyzed the management synergy dilemma and countermeasures of the alliance, in such terms as its model selection, function orientation and governance;its two-way referral, drug interchange and homogeneity of medical quality;its human resource two-way flow, equipment resource sharing and information platforms unification;as well as its medical insurance policy, financial subsidy and personnel system.On such basis, countermeasures were proposed based on trust.
9.Determination of Plasma Concentration of Glimepiride in Beagle Dogs by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of plasma concentration of glimepiride (GM) in Beagle dogs. METHODS: Plasma sample was separated on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C8 column with column temperature kept at 30 ℃,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-10 mmol?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (65∶40∶95,pH value adjusted to 7.2) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. The UV detection wavelength was set at 227 nm. Plasma sample were pretreated by liquid-liquid extaction with gemfibrozil as an internal standard. Plasma concentrations of GM in 6 Beagle dogs at different time points were determined after a single sublingual dosing of 2 mg GM spray. RESULTS: The linear range of GM was 50~2 500 ng?mL-1 with a lowest detection limit of 20 ng?mL-1. The intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were all less than 15%. The extraction recovery rate was 71.27%~103.5%,and the methodological recovery rate was 87.97%~ 98.95%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple in sample treatment and sensitive,and it is applicable for analysis of GM in biological sample.
10.Effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with progressively controlled decompression on the prognosis of patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma

Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with progressively controlled decompression on the prognosis of patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma.Methods Ninety-six patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into observation group (n =50) and control group(n =46) according to the random number table.The observation group was treated by progressively controlled decompression combined with hyperbaric oxygen,while the control group was treated by standard large trauma craniotomy combined with hyperbaric oxygen.The incidence of perioperative complications,prognosis (evaluated by GOS) and activities of daily living(evaluated by ADL) were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the incidence rates of perioperative acute encephalocele,delayed hematoma and postoperative cerebral infarction were 6.0%,10.0%,6.0%,respectively,which were lower than 19.6%,26.1%,21.7% of the control group(x2 =4.031,4.255,5.069,all P < 0.05).The good prognosis rate in the observation group was 62.0%,which was significantly higher than 39.1% in the control group (x2 =5.014,P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in ADL score between the two groups before treatment (t =0.347,P > 0.05).After treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups were increased (t =5.673,8.223,all P < 0.05).Meanwhile,the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (t =2.920,P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of progressively controlled decompression combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma is conductive to reduce acute encephalocele,bone window brain tissue incarceration,delayed hematoma,postoperative cerebral infarction and other complications.Besides,it can repair the damaged nerve cells,and eventually improve activities of daily living of patients and reduce morbidity and mortality,and the prognosis is better.
