ObjectiveTo explore an effective educational method of medical humanity to improve the medical humanistic quality for nursing students and to lay a basis for the culture of medical personnel with high-quality.MethodsTwo classes of nursing students in grade 2010 were selected randomly and divided into the control group ( CG,n=65 ) and the experimental group ( EG,n=62 ).Personnel training project of our school was applied in the control group including the teaching of compulsory basis medical humanity courses:medical psychology,interpersonal communication,medical ethics and laws from the first semester to the third semester after entering the school.The pervasive teaching method was used in the EG.The basic content of humanistic quality,education was integrated systematically into the teaching of every course,class and extra-curricular activity in a planned way.The check on the topic of etiquette,verbal expression and communication and psychological quality ( the full mark of each topic was 10 points ) was conducted in the third semester in the two groups.The average points of the three topics were graded as the students' final mark of this course.T-test analysis on students' mark of each subject was used.Results The result of t-test showed that the marks of etiquette and psychological quality in EG were obviously higher than those in CG ( P＜0.05 ),however,no statistic difference in speech communication and expression was observed.ConclusionThe pervasive teaching method is beneficial to students concerning the accepting,understanding,digesting and absorbing of medical humanity knowledge can it can effectively enhance the humanistic quality of medical students.

Aim To investigate the effects of CYP2C19 polymorphism on the pharmacokinetics and comparative bioavailability of omeprazole in Chinese population.Methods Eighteen healthy male volunteers were selected,of whom 6 were CYP2C19 wild type(w/w),6 were CYP2C19 heterozygous variant(w/m) and the rest were CYP2C19 homozygous variant(m/m).A randomized two-period crossover study was performed.Subjects were assigned to receive test or reference omeprazole as a single oral dose of 40 mg randomly.After a washout period of one week,subjects received the alternative omeprazole formulation.Multiple blood samples of 3 ml were obtained over 12 h after dosing and plasma concentrations of omeprazole were measured by LC/MS method.The modeling of individual pharmacokinetics and the pharmacokinetic parameters of omeprazole were estimated by 3P97.Results The AUC and Cmax of reference omeprazole formulation in w/w,w/m,m/m groups were 1178.44±340.24,2328.10±1011.83,5062.02±1097.29 μg·h·L~(-1) and 602.87±118.25,926.43±134.48,1406.29±233.58 μg·L~(-1),respectively,with significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Significant differences were also observed in other pharmacokinetic parameters such as k_e、CL/F、t_(1/2) and Vd/F among the three groups(P<0.05).With regard to test omeprazole formulation,the AUC and C_(max) in w/w,w/m,m/m groups were 1224.82±531.67,2723.34±519.29,5692.49±1575.35 μg·h·L~(-1) and 618.74±231.43,910.67±125.99,1303.31±152.01 μg·L~(-1),respectively,which,as well as k_e,CL/F,t_(1/2) and Vd/F were significant different among the three groups(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in comparative bioavailability among groups with the values of 94.29%±14.06%,93.08%±11.22%,91.84%±13.03% in w/w,w/m,m/m groups respectively(P>0.05).Conclusions Different CYP2C19 genotypes,leading to functional heterogeneity of CYP2C19,may affect pharmacokinetic profile of omeprazole.Therefore,genotyping CYP2C19 gene before omeprazole therapy will be of great benefit for optimizing individual therapy regimen.There is no significant difference of omeprazole comparative bioavailability with regard to CYP2C19 genetic polymorphism.

Objective To investigate the effect of removing laryngeal mask airway (LMA) in anaesthetized state on emergence agitation after sevoflurane anaesthesia in children.Methods Ninety children with subumbilical operation,ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade,were divided into three groups by random digits table with 30 cases each:ET-A group (endotracheal tube and extubation while awake),ET-D group (endotracheal tube and deep extubation) and LMA-D group (insertion of LMA and deep removal).The incidence of preoperative emotional bad,anaesthesia time,sevoflurane administration time,emergence agitation,the numbers of treated with propofol and/or fentanyl and postoperative anaesthesia care unit(PACU)retention time were measured.Results There was no significant difference in incidence of preoperative emotional bad,sevoflurane administration time and anaesthesia time among the three groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of emergence agitation,the numbers of treated with propofol and/or fentanyl and PACU retention time in LMA-D group were significantly lower than those in ET-A group [26.7％(8/30) vs.66.7％(20/30),8cases vs.20 cases and (23.9 ± 4.9) min vs.(32.9 ± 5.8) min,P ＜ 0.01].Conclusion Insertion of LMA and removing LMA in anaesthetized state can decreased emergence agitation in children after sevoflurane anaesthesia,especially suitable for the children who do not suitable for drug treatment.

Objective To summarize the data of cosmetics dermatosis happened in Bering in 2006 and to analyze their characteristics of this side effect.Methors The outpatients in the Department of Dermatology.Air Force General Hospital from Jun.2006 to Dec.2006 were investigated and screened out the cosmetic dermatosis according to GB17149.1～7-1997,the patients'age,gender,job and the demographic data and the suspected cosmetics were recorded and analyzed,and the routine patch tests using the involved cosmetic products were carried out in each patient.Results 327 cases of cosmetic dermatosis were reported.Among all cases.98.47% of the patients were female,and most of them aged between 21 and 40 years old:The suspected cosmetics included 47 brands with 618 imposed products,43 brands with 293 domestic and the joint venture products,and 14 illegal products;Clinically,318 cases(97.24%)of the lesion were diagnosed as cosmetic contact dermatitis.7 acne and 2 skin discoloration.Conclusion Cosmetic contact dermatitis is the most common cosmetic dermatosis,and the young and middle-aged females with middle or high education are the most susceptible people to cosmetic dermatosis.

Objective To analyze the medication regularity of the prescriptions in the work of Li Dong Yuan; To provide references for inheritance of his academic ideas.Methods The prescriptions in the work of Li Dong Yuan were inputted into the TCM Inheritance Supporting System (V2.5). By using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering, the composing medication regularity was analyzed.Results Based on the analysis of 470 entries of prescriptions, the frequency of 44 entries was more than 30 times; 19 combinations contained 2 to 3 entries, including 11 entries in total; 14 medicine association rules and their confidence coefficient were obtained, which leaded to 54 new core combinations and 27 new prescriptions. Conclusion The results of this study show Li Dong Yuan’s academic idea of “internal injuries of spleen and stomach, all diseases will born”, which guides the medication regularity of using medicine with the functions of strengthening the middle jiao, invigorating yang, tonifying qi and reinforcing the stomach. The results also provide data support for further study.

Objective To establish a headspace GC method for the determination of residual organic solvents in testosterone cypionate. Methods The residual organic solvents were determined by GC with DB-WAX capillary colum(30 m× 0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm)and FID detector at 230℃,using high purity nitrogen as the carrier gas by headspace sampling. The flow rate was 1. 5 mL·min-1 ,the split ratio was 20:1,the temperature of injection port was 220℃,the headspace heating temperature was 70 ℃,and the headspace balance time was 40 mins. The content of residues was calculated by using n-propanol as the internal standard. Results Four residual solvents were completely separated. There were good linearity for m-ethanol,ethanol,benzene and pyridinein in the ranges of 4. 17-2. 50×103 μg·g-1(R=0. 999 9),4. 18-2. 51×103 μg·g-1(r=0. 999 6),0. 84-172 μg·g-1 (r=0. 998 1),and 2. 95-1. 77×103μg·g-1(r=0. 999 9),respectively. The detection limit was 2.08,1. 23,0.28,and 0. 87 μg·g-1,respectively. The average recovery of methanol,ethanol,benzene and pyridinein was 102. 2%(RSD=4. 0%),99. 6%(RSD=1. 9%),112. 6(RSD=5. 6%),and 98. 9%(RSD=1. 6%),respectively. Conclusion This method is reliable,sensitive, accurate and can be used for the determination of residual organic solvents in testosterone cypionate.

Nanofibers have been considered as a potential kind of sorbent for solid phase extraction, accordingly nanofiber-based solid phase extraction ( Nanofibers based solid phase extraction, NFs-SPE ) becomes a popular research point of sample pretreatment technique. This article reviewed in and abroad research status of practical application in food, environmental and biological sample preparation based on nanofibers mat, and proposed that there was a dual “structure”-“activity” relationship between target adsorption efficiency and the two structures ( nanometer morphological structure and molecular structure ) of nanofibers, which would be the key breakthrough to explore adsorption mechanism.

{L-End}Objective To investigate the current status of academic procrastination, psychological resilience, and emotional intelligence among undergraduate nursing students in Hebei Province. {L-End}Methods A total of 2 121 undergraduate nursing students from seven medical universities in Hebei Province were selected as the research subjects using a convenient sampling method. The Academic Procrastination Scale, Psychological Resilience Scale, and Emotional Intelligence Scale were used to investigate their academic procrastination, psychological resilience, and emotional intelligence. {L-End}Results The median score for academic procrastination among undergraduate nursing students was 62.5 points. The scores for psychological resilience and emotional intelligence were (79.9±10.1) and (100.7±11.6) points, respectively. The results of the multiple logistic regression analysis showed that students from urban areas experienced more severe academic procrastination than those from rural areas (P<0.05). Students with indifferent family relationships experienced more severe academic procrastination than those with close family relationships (P<0.05). Higher grade levels, lower scores in psychological resilience, and lower scores in emotional intelligence were associated with more severe academic procrastination among these nursing students (all P<0.05). {L-End}Conclusion The overall degree of academic procrastination among undergraduate nursing students in Hebei Province is at a moderate level. The level of psychological resilience and emotional intelligence can negatively affect the degree of academic procrastination among these undergraduate nursing students.

ObjectiveTo study echovirus 11 ( ECHO11 ) sequences genetic variability of the VP1 gene of 82 isolates from 15 countries and 2 provinces in China.MethodsThe VP1 sequences of 82 strains of echovirus 11 were downloaded from the GenBank,and their nucleotide and amino acid diversity were calculated and phylogenetic tree was constructed using Mega software.Results82 echovirus 11 strains were divided into 4 genotypes( A-D),Genotype A is further divided into 7 subgenotyps and genotype D into 7 subgenotyps.The prototype strain Gregory is the sole member of genotype B.Genotype C is divided into 3 genotypes.The sequence diversity between echovirus 11 strains is 21.7%-24.1% (AA diversity:6.0%-12.1% ).ConclusionOur results show that most genotypes contain isolates that have circulated over a wide geographical(several countries from different continents) and temporal range.Several genotypes were also shown to co-circulate in a region during the same period of time,showing that the epidemic of echovirus 11 has typical time and geographical characters.

Objective To establish a method for detection of gene mutations in β-thalassemia by high-resolution melting (HRM) and study its preliminary clinical application.Methods Two common mutations [ IVS-2-654 ( C ＞ T ) and -28 ( A ＞ G ) ]of β-thalassemia in Wenzhou city population were selected.The plasmid DNA fragments of these mutations were constructed by TA clone technology as PCR templates or genotyping controls.A method for detection of β-thalassemia gene mutations based on HRM analysis was established and its specificity,sensitivity and repeatability were methodologically evaluated.One hundred and seventeen patients with clinically suspected β-thalassemia from Second Affiliated Hospital and Yu ying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College were enrolled into this study.The genomic DNA was extracted from whole blood cells and detected by HRM method.The results were compared with the direct sequencing data.Results HRM method could detect the mutations [ IVS-2-654( C ＞ T) and -28 ( A ＞ G ) ]of β-thalassemia and the results did not show any non-specific amplified fragments.All within-run and between-run coefficients of variation for different DNA types' Tm were smaller than 0.1％.And minimum 103 copies of DNA of each assay and 10％ mutation could be determined by this method.One hundred and seventeen patients with clinically suspected β-thalassemia were detected with HRM and all the results were in accordance with direct DNA sequencing.There were 45 IVS-2-654 ( C ＞ T)heterozygous mutation and 9-28 ( A ＞ G)heterozygous mutation and none homozygous mutation.Conclusion The method of rapid identification of β-thalassemia gene mutations based on HRM analysis is successfully established,which is a convenient,rapid,specific,sensitive and accurate technique for screening gene mutations in β-thalassemia as well as a general technical platform to identify other gene mutations.
