1.Internal medical management of extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(1):71-73
Extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma (ENKTL) is a highly aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Due to its low occurrence even in prevalent areas, there has been no large sample randomized controlled clinical trials. Therefore,no standard therapeutic strategy is currently identified in this disease.Tumor cells are insensitive to conventional anthracyclines-containing chemotherapy because of high expression of multi-drug resistant gene 1.Regimens that incorporate the use of L-asparaginase or gemcitabine result in substantial improvements in overall response rate and are promising treatment for ENKTL.Targeted therapy, immunomodulatory therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are still under research.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(2):391-393
Objective:To fast detect hypotensive drugs illegally added to the flower buds of Panax notoginseng. Methods:A laser Raman spectrometer was used to detect several chemical drugs added to the flower buds of Panax notoginseng, and the spectrum was qualitatively analyzed. Results:Raman spectroscopy could detect chemical antihypertensive drugs added to the flower buds of Panax notoginseng, and the test results were in accordance with those of the traditional method. Conclusion: Raman spectroscopy can be used for the determination of illegal additives in the flower buds of Panax notoginseng.
4.Association between γ-glutamyl transpeptidase-to-platelet ratio and hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(3):548-552
Early and accurate diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis and application of antiviral therapy are the key to improving the prognosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Liver biopsy and transient elastography cannot be widely used for the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in clinical practice, and therefore, the serological diagnostic model has become a hot research topic in recent years. This article introduces a new serological diagnostic model,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase-to-platelet ratio (GPR),which has a high value in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in CHB patients;however, the accuracy of GPR varies between different populations and different areas.GPR is also an excellent predictor for the prognosis of hepatitis B-associated liver cancer. It is pointed out that GPR has a promising future in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in CHB patients, but due to a lack of clinical research data on GPR,further studies are needed to support its application in China.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(2):38-42
The new cataloguing rules, RDA, have been implemented in NLM and more RDA bibliographic data can thus be accessed in domestic medical libraries when the Western documents are catalogued by offloading their bibliographic data. The differences in RDA and AACR2 were compared, the common modified fields and descrip-tive contents were described when the RDA bibliographic data were changed into AACR2 bibliographic data in order to provide certain reference for cataloguing of Western documents using the RDA bibliographic data.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2006;4(5):274-278
Objective: To research the clinical curative effect and explore the mechanism of penetrating of scalp-point on acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups: one is the scalp-point therapeutic group, the other is the western medicine group. The two groups were all treated by dehydration, etc. In addition, there are 20 normal people to be set as the healthy group. To select the nervous functional deficit mark, activity of daily living (ADL) form, the amount S-100B protein as indexes and analysis the results. Results: the recordings indicate the patients' Serum S-100B protein are related with nervous functional deficiency mark. After 28 days, the recovery of patients' nervous function of scalp acupuncture group was obviously superior to that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The results suggested that the patients' Serum S-100B had positive correlation with nervous functional deficit; The penetrating of scalp-point had the better regulatory effect on the level of Serum S-100B, and could improve the nervous functional deficit and ADL, so as to improve the coordination and compensation function and the general nervous function between cortical functional areas

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(2):121-123
Gastric cancer is one of the most commonly seen malignant tumors in digestive tract.Early diagnosis and treatment is crucial for the improvement of patients'survival.By analyzing the proteins aberrantly expressed in gastric cancer using proteomics technologies,a series of proteins that are strongly related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer have been identified, which are promising to be applied for the early diagnosis and prediction of patients' prognosis. This article reviewed the recent advances in research on proteomic biomarkers for gastric cancer.

Objective To assess the feasibility and accuracy of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) in screening patients, intraoperative guidance of occluder releasing and efficacy assessment in the patients of percutaneous left atrial appendage (LAA) occlusion with Watchman. Methods Ultrasonic instrument Philips iE33(proble model X7-3t) were used to measure the maximum diameter and the depth of LAA ostium in enrolled patients by TEE,and intraoperative guided puncture of interatial septum, positioning Watchman transmission system and instruction closure release under TEE,immediate evaluate the postoperative therapeutic effect and record the complications by TEE.At 45 days after implantation, patients should repeat TEE to assess the efficacy. Results Eighteen patients underwent device implantation.Seventeen patients implant successfully, except one patient can't implant device beacuse of the LAA morphologe was not suitable. There was one patient showing thrombus formation on the surface of device, one patient of LAA and the device axial angulation was 90 °.At 45 days after implantaion,16 patients were fullowed up,there were no major stroke at all. Conclusions TEE has important application value in screening of preoperative patients, intraoperative guidance of occluder releasing and efficacy assessment in the patients of percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion with Watchman.

ObjectiveTo investigate the ultrasonic features of phyllodes tumors of the breast (PTB) with different pathologic types.MethodsTwo-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI were performed in 16 patients with pathologically proved PTB,and the ultrasonic characteristics of different pathologic types PTB were reviewed retrospectively.ResultsAccording to WHO criteria, there were 12 benign PTB,2 borderline and 2 malignant PTB.Associated breast fibroadenoma was detected in 7 patients, including 6 benign and 1 borderline PTB.All of 16 PTB had clear boundary.Benign PTB had regular or irregular shapes, homogeneous or unhomogeneous internal echo and posterior acoustic enhancement in a few cases. Most borderline and malignant PTB showed regular or irregular shapes, mixed cystic and solid internal echo or irregular internal echo,as well as posterior acoustic enhancement. No calcification of PTB was found in all 16 patients. Conclusion The ultrasonograghic features of PTB with different pathologic types are characteristic to some extent, therefore being helpful to the differential diagnosis of PTB.

Objective To explore the structure of self-developed "The Compliance Scale Among Kidney Transplantation Recipients" in order to provide effective tool to evaluate kidney transplantation recipients' compliance. Methods 886 follow-up kidney transplantation recipients of six organ transplantation centers in Shanghai were surveyed by "The Compliance Scale Among Kidney Transplantation Recipients". Results The exploratory factor analysis yielded a 25-item four-factor model termed medication compliance, life habits compliance, self-monitoring compliance, follow-up compliance. Conclusions The self-developed "The Compliance Scale Among Kidney Transplantation Recipients" could be a useful tool for evaluating compliance among kidney transplantation recipients.
