1.Association between γ-glutamyl transpeptidase-to-platelet ratio and hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(3):548-552
Early and accurate diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis and application of antiviral therapy are the key to improving the prognosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB).Liver biopsy and transient elastography cannot be widely used for the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in clinical practice, and therefore, the serological diagnostic model has become a hot research topic in recent years. This article introduces a new serological diagnostic model,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase-to-platelet ratio (GPR),which has a high value in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in CHB patients;however, the accuracy of GPR varies between different populations and different areas.GPR is also an excellent predictor for the prognosis of hepatitis B-associated liver cancer. It is pointed out that GPR has a promising future in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in CHB patients, but due to a lack of clinical research data on GPR,further studies are needed to support its application in China.

Objective:To fast detect hypotensive drugs illegally added to the flower buds of Panax notoginseng. Methods:A laser Raman spectrometer was used to detect several chemical drugs added to the flower buds of Panax notoginseng, and the spectrum was qualitatively analyzed. Results:Raman spectroscopy could detect chemical antihypertensive drugs added to the flower buds of Panax notoginseng, and the test results were in accordance with those of the traditional method. Conclusion: Raman spectroscopy can be used for the determination of illegal additives in the flower buds of Panax notoginseng.
3.Internal medical management of extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(1):71-73
Extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma (ENKTL) is a highly aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Due to its low occurrence even in prevalent areas, there has been no large sample randomized controlled clinical trials. Therefore,no standard therapeutic strategy is currently identified in this disease.Tumor cells are insensitive to conventional anthracyclines-containing chemotherapy because of high expression of multi-drug resistant gene 1.Regimens that incorporate the use of L-asparaginase or gemcitabine result in substantial improvements in overall response rate and are promising treatment for ENKTL.Targeted therapy, immunomodulatory therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are still under research.
4.Challenges and solutions for the elderly care industry featuring combination of medical service and daily care in Anhui province
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2017;33(6):454-457
A picture of great market potential and mismatch of supply and demand in Anhui was drawn in the paper, with five challenges analyzed for the industry in general. The authors proposed to integrate medical resources and aging care resources,to build a diversified and tiered health care and aging care supply system,an integrated administrative coordination mechanism, and enhance fiscal support among other policy suggestions. These proposals were designed to encourage the development of the aging care industry featuring a combination of medical resources and aging care.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(2):121-123
Gastric cancer is one of the most commonly seen malignant tumors in digestive tract.Early diagnosis and treatment is crucial for the improvement of patients'survival.By analyzing the proteins aberrantly expressed in gastric cancer using proteomics technologies,a series of proteins that are strongly related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer have been identified, which are promising to be applied for the early diagnosis and prediction of patients' prognosis. This article reviewed the recent advances in research on proteomic biomarkers for gastric cancer.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(2):38-42
The new cataloguing rules, RDA, have been implemented in NLM and more RDA bibliographic data can thus be accessed in domestic medical libraries when the Western documents are catalogued by offloading their bibliographic data. The differences in RDA and AACR2 were compared, the common modified fields and descrip-tive contents were described when the RDA bibliographic data were changed into AACR2 bibliographic data in order to provide certain reference for cataloguing of Western documents using the RDA bibliographic data.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2006;4(5):274-278
Objective: To research the clinical curative effect and explore the mechanism of penetrating of scalp-point on acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups: one is the scalp-point therapeutic group, the other is the western medicine group. The two groups were all treated by dehydration, etc. In addition, there are 20 normal people to be set as the healthy group. To select the nervous functional deficit mark, activity of daily living (ADL) form, the amount S-100B protein as indexes and analysis the results. Results: the recordings indicate the patients' Serum S-100B protein are related with nervous functional deficiency mark. After 28 days, the recovery of patients' nervous function of scalp acupuncture group was obviously superior to that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The results suggested that the patients' Serum S-100B had positive correlation with nervous functional deficit; The penetrating of scalp-point had the better regulatory effect on the level of Serum S-100B, and could improve the nervous functional deficit and ADL, so as to improve the coordination and compensation function and the general nervous function between cortical functional areas

Objective To evaluate the value of phased array probe of transesophageal echocardiography miniature (micro-TEE) in the neonatal and infant cardiac surgery intraoperation. Methods Micro-TEE probe was used in children with weight ≤5 kg undergoing cardiac surgery to detect the atrial and ventricular cavity size, the left and right ventricular outflow tract diameter were detected by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) 3-7 d after operation, and compared with the measured value immediately after the TEE.Results Before and after intubation, airway index not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Preoperative TEE and TTE inspection results were consistent with intraoperative diagnosis.Postoperative TEE measuring intracardiac structural data (each room, chamber size and left and right ventricular outflow tract diameter) and postoperative TTE measurement value representing the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusions Micro TEE intraoperative guardianship of low birth weight infants is safe and feasible, and can supplement and improve the preoperative diagnosis, and can accurately and timely evaluate postoperative curative effect.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Probiotics in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS:The recent pertinent literature about the use of Probiotics in the treatment of UC was retrieved from PubMed and Medline and the methodology and literature quality were evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria for the quality of literature of evidence-based medicine.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The majority of the studies showed that Probiotics are of positive value for the remission of the US at acute stage and maintaining of remission induction of drugs in the treatment of UC.Strictly designed and randomized controlled trials(RCTs)remain to be done to tackle the problems encountered by the micro-ecological preparations as a new therapy in the treatment of UC.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2016;43(15):679-682
Telomeres are protective caps located at the ends of human chromosomes. Telomeres shorten with each successive cell di-vision in normal human cells, whereas they are continuously elongated by human telomerase in over 85%of tumors. This simple and attractive difference steers the development of anticancer drugs targeting telomeres and telomerase. Many promising current telo-mere/telomerase-targeting agents, such as GRN163L and GV1001, showed good therapeutic effect both in preclinical studies and phaseⅠ/Ⅱclinical trials. These agents have even entered phaseⅢclinical trials in patients with various tumors. Most therapeutics are more effective when used in combination with standard chemotherapies. Moreover, pharmacological interference with tumor-cell telomere biology to reduce telomere length and/or telomere stability could enhance the effectiveness and safety of radiotherapy. Therapeutics targeting telomere/telomerase may play a key role in radiotherapy in the era of personalized medicine in the future.
