Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(2):192-194
Objective Traditional outpatient process has been blamed for its complexity and inconvenience .The ariticle was to evaluate the effects of incorporating mobile internet into our hospital's queuing system . Methods The outpatient queuing data of Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region were collected .Four indexes are proposed to evaluate the quality of medical serv-ice in the hospital , including the average outpatient wait time , the average outpatient interview time , the ratio of interview time to wait time, and the number of outpatient stayers . Results These indexes predicted that approximately 38.08%of outpatients would ben-efit from the application of mobile internet to queuing service , the average outpatient wait time would reduce by 42.31% and that 25.60%of the outpatient stayers would decrease . Conclusion The system can shorten the wait time , decrease the number of stayers, improve the outpatient process and raise the utilization rate of medical resources .

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(02):-
Objective: To study the effect on cytotoxicity and drug resistance by blocking ERCCl gene expression in o-varian cancer cell lines. Methods: ERGC1 antisense expression vector was constructed and transfected into human ovarian cancer cell lines. Northern blotting and Western blotting were used to detect the RNA and protein expression level in the cells. Luciferase assay system was used to reveal the host cell reactivation function. MTT assay was used to study the effect on cytotoxicity and drug resistance in the cell lines. Results: After transfection of the antisense ERCCl, Northern and Western blotting indicated that the RNA and protein expression level of ERCCl was obviously decreased. Luciferease assay showed reduced DNA-damage repair capacity as assessed by host cell reactivation. MTT assay also showed decreased drug resistance to cisplatin in the lines. Conclusion: Transfection of antisense ERCCl may enhance the cisplatin cytotoxicity by disturbing the NER pathway in cisplatin-resistant cell lines.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(1):57-59
Objective:The effect of Wireless Analgesia System for the patients with postoperative pain, chronic pain and cancer pain in Anesthesiology Department will be discussed in this article. Methods:With the wireless signal being sent from the analgesia terminal transmitter to the base station of analgesia control, the analgesia pump can be connected with wireless analgesia terminal. Drugs can be delivered persistently or intermittently to keep the plasma concentration in an appropriate level according the vested parameters from the wireless system of analgesic delivering. Results:The information from the patients in the process of analgesia can be processed and saved by the system. According to the information of running and alarm displaying at the monitoring station, the analgesia records can be kept automatically. Conclusion:The satisfaction degrees on analgesia treatment can be improved, and the burden of work for anesthesiologists can be lessened as well, which improve the quality of medical services and promote the development of informatization in anesthesiology department.

Objective: To design a set of digital medical record MIS. Methods: According to the problems of paper-based medical records management, the protocol of digital medical record MIS using micro-digital imaging technology was proposed. Results:It realized electronic medical record storage, the front page information of medical records, medical record circulation and statistics of medical information. Conclusion: The storage of paper based medical record was effectively compressed, the information level of medical record management was clearly promoted after using the digital medical record MIS. It realized the conservation and usage for current medical records, guaranteed information security and data sharing etc.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
An analysis method for requirement of medical consumptive materials on Kalman filter is put forward. An analysis mathematical model is established at first, its solution process is carried out at same time, and then an example using this solution is given according to the working practice. At last, the shortcomings using classical Kalman filter were discussed and a new method using adaptive Kalman filter was proposed.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Medical consumable is widely used in disease diagnosis, treatment and health care, but its multifarious classifications show its weakness in management.Based on the research and analysis on the existing kinds of classifications, this article unifies practical application in hospital and proposes"null-stock"classification method under the management plan, which seems more scientific and reasonable.

Objective To investigate the influence of acquisition time of C-arm cone-beam CT on image quality and radiation dose of cerebral angiography. Methods C-arm cone-beam CT of cerebral angiography was performed on the male anthropomorphic head phantom, with DynaCT imaging mode and the acquisition time of 5 s,8 s and 20 s were used.Scanning was performed with each acquisition time for three times, and VR,MIP and MPR images were reconstructed. The attenuation values and their standard deviations of intracranial segment of the internal carotid artery (ICA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA) and uniformed brain tissues were measured to calculate the image noise, signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR).We used the image noise,SNR and CNR as the objective standard to evaluate the image quality, and One-way ANOVA analysis of variance was used to assess the difference among them.A scale with scores 1 to 5 was used to rate the quality of the reconstructed image of ICA,MCA,ACA as a subjective evaluation, the difference among the evaluation scores were analyzed using Kruskal-wallis.We recorded the dose area product (DAP) of each acquisition time and the effective dose(ED) was calculated to assess the radiation dose, the difference among them were analyzed using One-way ANOVA analysis of variance. Results In C-arm cone beam CT 20 s imaging, the SNR of intracranial segment of the ICA,M CA,ACA were 22.29± 1.41,29.36 ±0.11 and 23.13 ±2.10 respectively,in 5 s imaging13.83 ±0.61,14.65 ±0.16 and 12.79±0.19 respectively,in 8 s imaging 14.92±0.96,18.97 ± 1.24 and 16.65 ±0.46 respectively, all the results showed a significant difference (F valued 58.19,327.29,52.74 respectively, all P valued<0.01),the CNR of 20 s imaging were higher than that of 5 s and 8 s imaging, the Noise of ICA,MCA,ACA and the uniformed brain tissues of 20 s imaging were lower than that of 5 s and 8 s imaging, all the results showed significant difference (all P valued<0.01).The subjective evaluation scores of VR imaging of 5 s,8 s and 20 s were 3.61 ±0.49,4.06±0.53,4.72±0.45 respectively, the scores of MIP imaging were 3.42±0.50,3.83±0.65 and 4.50±0.51 respectively, the scores of MPR imaging were 2.83±0.45,3.14±0.35 and 3.67±0.49 respectively, all the results showed significant difference (x2 valued 51.29,42.25 and 43.56 respectively, all P valued <0.01).The DAP values in C-arm cone beam CT 5 s,8 s and 20 s imaging were (9.11 ±0.18),(13.81±0.75)and(58.62±0.62)Gy· cm2,ED values were (0.91 ±0.02),(1.38±0.75)and(5.84± 0.11) mSv,all the results showed significant difference (F valued 3 720.30 and 3 654.85 respectively, all P valued<0.01).Conclusion The image quality and radiation dose of C-arm cone-beam computed tomography are closely correlated with acquisition time.
