Objective To expore the mechanism of low-dose interfone-γ(IFN-γ) influences on differentiation of oligodendrocyte precursor cell. Methods The cerebral cortex samples were obtained from one day old SD rats to form mixed single cell suspensions. After culturing in full medium for 7 to 10 days, succession and differential velocity adherent technique were performed to acquire oligodendrocyte precursor cell and cultured in serum-free medium. IFN-γ, AG490 and Fludarabine were added during the culture of oligodendrocyte precursor cell and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, Western blot and flow cytometry were performed to evaluate the expression of intracellular P27kip1 and its influence on the differentiation of oligodendrocyte precursor cell. Results (1)The expression of P27kip1 mRNA and protein was lower in IFN-γ group than in control group (t=85. 535, P<0. 05;t= 12. 481, P<0. 05), while the expression of P27kip1 mRNA and protein in IFN-γ+AG490 group and IFN-γ+Fludarabine group were both higher than those in IFN-γ group (P<0. 05). (2) The phosphorylation levels of JAK2/STAT1 in INF-γ group were higher than that in the other three groups (P<0. 05). (3) The percentage of myelin basic protein positive cells was (68. 42 ± 2. 53)% in IFN-γ group, lower than that in control group [(88.21 ± 1.97)%](t=10.682, P < 0.05). Myelin basic protein positive cells in IFN-γ + AG490 group were (57. 63 ±2. 75) %, lower than those in the IFN-γ group. The same figure in IFN-γ+Fludarabine group were (79. 53±4. 15)% , higher than those in IFN-γ group (t = 3.957, P<0.05). Conclusions Low-dose IFN-γ can regulate the expression of intracellular P27kip1 through JAK2/STAT1 signal transduction pathway and Fludarabine may participate in this process and improve the differentiation and maturation of oligodendrocyte precursor cell.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(9):964-967
Objective:
To a evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nutrition interventions among primary school students in Yiwu City, so as to provide insights into malnutrition control among children.
Methods:
Grade 3 to 5 students were sampled from four primary schools in Yiwu City using a random cluster sampling method and randomly assigned into the intervention group and the control group. Students in the intervention group received comprehensive interventions, including nutritional health education, promotion of physical activities, nutritional meal support and creation of a nutritional campus, while students in the control group were given no interventions. The awareness of nutritional health knowledge, dietary behaviors and nutritional status were compared in students between the two groups prior to interventions and one year following interventions, and the effectiveness of interventions was evaluated using generalized estimating equations.
Results:
Totally 879 students were enrolled. There were 440 students in the intervention group, including 243 males and 197 females, with a male to female ratio of 1︰0.81 and a mean age of (10.47±0.99) years; and there were 439 students in the control group, including 244 males and 195 females, with a male to female ratio of 1︰0.80 and a mean age of (10.35±1.02) years. Following comprehensive interventions, the awareness of “type of food”, “seven nutriments from food”, “eating at least 12 types of food daily”, “less than 6 g of daily salt intake”, “food composition in nutritional breakfast”, “nutritional labels of pure milk”, “no less than 60 min of daily exercise duration” and “too fat or too thin may threaten health” and the increase in the proportion of 3 and more types of food in breakfast were significantly higher among students in the intervention group than in the control group (all P<0.05); however, there was no statistical difference in the proportion of normal nutrition between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion
The comprehensive nutritional interventions may effectively increase the awareness of nutrition health knowledge and improve dietary behaviors among primary school students.

OBJECTIVE To investigate genes associated with the drug-resistance of ?-lactam antibiotics in Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) isolated from clinical patients. METHODS ?-Lactamase genes including TEM,SHV,OXA-10,PER,VEB,GES,CARB,IMP,VIM,SPM,GIM,DHA,FOX,MOX and oprD2 were detected by PCR amplification in 33 PAE isolates. RESULTS TEM,SHV,GES,CARB and VIM genes were positive in 100%,6.1%,6.1%,9.1% and 12.1% of 33 isolates, respectively. The deletion of oprD2 gene was found in 22 isolates.Other ?-lactamase genes were absent in all isolates.By PCR amplification,DNA sequencing and BLASTn comparison analysis, the CARB genes of 2 strains were demonstrated to be CARB-3 and the VIM genes of 2 strains were VIM-2. CONCLUSIONS P.aeruginosa carries various beta-lactamase genes in clinical PAE patients, and the deletion ratio of oprD2 gene is high.

Objective To investigate strategies of diagnosis and treatment of ureter endometriosis. Methods From 1983 to 2010, the cases registered in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and confirmed as ureter endometriosis by surgery were enrolled in this study. Clinical manifestatios, preoperative examinations, surgical categories and routes, surgical and pathological findings, post-operative medical treatment, relapse and relating factors were collected and studied. Results Totally 46 patieuts with ureter endometriosis underwent one or two surgeries. Forty-eight per cent (22/46) of patients were not be diagnosed with ureter endometriosis pre-operatively, and 46% (21/46) only presented dysmenorrhea or even no symptoms. Ureterolysis (72%, 33/46) and laparotomy (63%, 29/46 ) were the most common surgical category and surgical approach. There were 64% (25/39) of patients had left ureter involved and 80% (37/46) had extrinsic ureter endometriosis. Fifteen per cent (7/46) of patients had relapsed disease with median recurrent time of 24 months (13 -49 months), and they all received second surgeries. Logistic regression analysis showed that only gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue agents were related with recurrence when compared with those patients without medical treatment post-operatively significantly ( OR =23.2, 95% CI:2. 4 -221.7, P =0. 002). Conclusions Ureter endometriosis was related with reproductive tract endometriosis. It has insidious process resulting in difficulty for early diagnosis. It's important to treat pelvic deep infiltrating endometriosis and ovarian endometrioma to prevent ureter from further involvement. Post-operative treatment of pelvic endometriosis is the key point of preventing relapse of ureter endometriosis.
