observation group than in the control group at T1 and T2 (P < 0.01). These findings indicate that dexmedetomidine for sedation after hip replacement can lessen inflammatory response and contribute to the recovery of hip function.

Objective To study the effects of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) combined with etoposide on the proliferation and apoptosis of human lung cancer cell lines A-549 in vitro.Methods The A-549 cells were cultured,respectively,with culture fluids containing 40 μg/ml EPA,10 μg/ml etoposide,40 μg/ml EPA + 10 μg/ml etoposide,20 μg/ml etoposide,or 40 μg/ml EPA + 20 μg/ml.The effects of EPA and/or etoposide on the proliferation of the cell line were detected by MTT assay.The morphological changes of the cells were observed using annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodine and acridine orange/ethidium bromide double staining under fluorescence microscope.The apoptosis and the changes of cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry.Results The inhibition rates of EPA plus etoposide groups on the proliferation of human lung cancer cells A-549 were significantly higher than those in other etoposide groups (all P ＜ 0.05).Cell staining showed that the amount of apoptotic cells in EPA plus etoposide groups was significantly larger than that in etoposide groups.The percentages of cells in S and G2/M phases of EPA plus etoposide groups were significantly higher than those of etoposide groups (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion EPA may enhance the effect of etoposide on inhibiting proliferation and promoting apoptosis for human lung cancer cells A-549.

AIM　Five Isoflavonoid glycosides were isolated from the pericarps of Sophora japonica L. and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral method as genistein 7,4′-di-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ), sophorabio-side(Ⅱ), prunetin 4′-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅲ), sophororicoside(Ⅳ) and genistin(Ⅴ). Among them, compounds Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ were isolated from in S. japonica for the first time.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Mingmen eight array massage combined with compound lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules for the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods Totally 120 children with diarrhea met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group, Western medicine group, and general massage group by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. All 3 groups were given dietary guidance and did moderate exercise. Western medicine group was administered orally for compound lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate granules, two bags per day for the aged 1–10, three bags per day for the aged >10. Treatment group was given the Mingmen eight array massage therapy based on Western medicine. General massage group received conventional massage therapy based on Western medicine, with four weeks as treatment course. 3 groups of patients were observed before and after treatment for salivary amylase, blood zinc value, urine D-xylose absorption and excretion test, TCM symptom score, and clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results There was statistical significance in the salivary amylase, blood zinc value, and urinary D-xylose absorption and excretion rate between before and after t reatment(P<0.05); after treatment, treatment group showed higher salivary amylase, blood zinc value, and urinary D- xylose absorption and excretion rate than the Western medicine group and general massage group (P<0.05); scores of diarrhea, loose stool, lassitude, lusterless complexion, and appetite reduction decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05); after treatment, all integrals of treatment group were lower than Western medicine group and general massage group (P<0.05). The total effective rates of the treatment group, Western medicine group and general massage group were 92.50％ (37/40), 72.50％ (29/40), and 75％ (30/40) respectively. There was statistical significance among the three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Mingmen eight array massage combined with compound lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconic granules can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with infantile diarrhea, and improve the level of laboratory parameters.

Objective To investigate the effects of subretinal fluid drainage combined with intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) drugs in the treatment of severe exudative retinal detachment Coats disease.Methods Thirteen patients (13 eyes) with 3B Coats' disease diagnosed at the Eye Center of Tongren Hospital were included in the study.The participants were aged from 1 year to 11 years with a mean age of (4.15 ± 2.99) years.The visual acuity was no light perception in 1 case,from light perception to counting finger in 7 cases,from 0.01 to 0.1 in 2 cases,and could not be measured due to young in 3 cases.Patients underwent retinal fluid drainage combined with intravitreal ranibizumab (IVR,0.5 mg,0.05 mL) at the pars plana of ciliary body,and with retinal laser photocoagulation or cryotherapy according to the retinal peripheral vascular activity.During the follow-up,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure,slit lamp,indirect ophthalmoscope and color ophthalmoscope were examined and observed.The abnormal blood vessel change,absorption of subretinal fluid,retinal reattachment and complication were observed.Results Two subretinal fluid drainage were performed in 3 cases,one subretinal fluid drainage in 10 cases.Six cases were combined with two intravitreal injections,4 cases with three intravitral injection,3 cases with intravitreal injection for more than three times.Five cases were treated with simple photocoagulation,3 cases with simple retinal cryotherapy,and 5 cases with laser combined with cryotherapy.In 13 patients,the visual acuity was improved in 2 cases,unchanged in 8 cases,and could not be measured due to young in 3 cases.Eight cases had complete retinal reattachment.No significant postoperative complications occurred during follow-up,such as endophthalmitis,retinal hole and vitreous hemorrhage.Conclusion Subretinal fluid drainage combined with intravitreal injection is an effective method for severe 3B stage Coats disease.

Objective To develop a new method for the isolation of heterogeneous methecillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(hetero-MRSA)and study its application in clinical practice.Methods Both the methods of disc agar diffusion and population analysis were used to detect hetero-MRSA from 60 strains of methecillin susceptible staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) which were identified by VITEK AMS.Results Twelve subclones of hetero-MRSA were isolated by population analysis,while only 2 subclones were identified by disc agar diffusion.Conclusion Population analysis is an effective method for the isolation of hetero-MRSA,and its detection rate is higher than that of disc agar diffusion.The heterogeneous methecillin resistance of MSSA should not be overlooked by medical workers.

Objective To investigate the effects of trichostatin A (TSA) on Th1 and Th17 cells in the mice model of collagen induced arthritis (CIA).Methods Mice model of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) was induced in DBA/1 mice with type Ⅱ collagen.Paws were scored for histological severity of arthritis.The severity of inflammation of mice joints was evaluated by histological examination.Real time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to determine mRNA of cytokines and transcriptional factors.Serum cytokine production was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).T cell proliferation was examined by MTT method.One-way ANOVA and Student-Newman-Keuls were conducted in this study.Results The expressions of IFN-γand IL-17 mRNA of the CIA group were higher than that of the control group (8.27±0.64 vs 2.97±0.25,5.80±0.23 vs 0.70±0.26,all P＜0.01),but were inhibited significantly by TSA introduced at the onset of arthritis(6.60±0.52,2.50±0.41,all P＜0.01).Collagen specific T cell proliferation was significantly suppressed by the introduction of TSA.Increased level of IL-4 was observed in TSA treated group compared to that of CIA group(2.10±0.17 vs 1.01±0.08,P＜0.01).Conclusion Th1 and Th17 cells play crucial roles in the lesions of RA.TSA can suppress the progress of CIA by decreasing the percentage of Th1 and Th17.

Objective:To construct the human DcR3 expression vector and verify its expression in vitro. Methods: 915 bp human DcR3 gene CDS was amplified from porcine lung tissues,and was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pEF1a-IRES-DsRed-Express2 which show red fluorescence. And then pEF1a-IRES-DsRed-Express2-DcR3 was transfected into LX-2 cells by FuGene HD. Expression of mRNA and protein lever of Human DcR3 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results:The levels of DcR3 gene transcription and translation in the hepatic stellate cells were significantly increased after transfection with pEF1a-IRES-DsRed-Ex-press2-DcR3 by RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. Conclusion: DcR3 expression vector was successfully constructed and highly expressed in LX-2 cells.

Objective To explore learning burnout psychology and professional identity of nursing students studying at the traditional Chinese medicine college.Methods 200 students were surveyed by learning burnout and professional commitment scale.Results Learning burnout level of nursing students was higher,depression scores were the highest in four dimensions.Professional commitment kept within medium level.The professional identity was low.The inheritance commitment score was the lowest in each dimension analysis.Conclusions Schools and teachers should take corresponding measures to improve professional commitment level,so as to reduce learning burnout level and ensure long-term stable development of nursing profession.
