Objective To investigate the correlation between the olasma concentrations of angiotesin Ⅱ,aldosterone and the parameters that reflected the reconstruction of left ventricular in chronic heart failur(CHF)patients. Methods 61 CHF pmiems and 20 normal control subjects were enrolled.plasma concentration of angiotesin Ⅱ,aldosterone were measured by specific radioimmunoassays. Two dimensional,M-mode and Doppler ultrasound recording were obtalned to determine left vantricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and maximal early transmitral flow velocity in diastole(VE)and maximal late transmittal flow velocity(VA).Results Baseline plasma concemrations of angiotesin Ⅱ,aldostemne were increased significantly in CHF patients as compared with normal thme of control group and were paralleled to the increase of NYHA cardiac functional classification of CHF(P<0.01).Plasma concentrations of angiotesin Ⅱ,aldostemne were positively correlated with LVMI but negatively correlated with VE/VA(P<0.01).Conclusion Plasma concentrations of angiotesin Ⅱ,aldosterone were increased signifcantly in CHF patients and might be involved in and regulated the reconstruction of left ventricular in CHF patients.

Investigate the effect of prestorage white cell filtration on the cytokines content in blood. Methods: Ten units of whole blood was divided into two parts just after blood collection:one was used as control, the other was filtrated by leukoreduction filters. All units were stored at 4℃ for 6 weeks. Immediately after filtration and every week subsequently, samples for analses of IL-2, IL-8 were obtained. Results:The amounts of IL-2 and IL-8 increased during the storage period. In filtered units, the amounts of IL-8 did not increase during the study period, IL-2 still increased but was still lower than that of unfiltered units at the end of storage. Conclusion: Many cytokines, such as IL-2 and IL-8, were generated and accumulated in blood during blood storage. Leukocyte filtration may prevent this effect to some extend. Prestorage filtration may decrease FNHTRs by preventing the accumulation of cytokines in blood.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2021;27(1):77-80
Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a group of solid tumors with high malignant degree and poor prognosis. Surgical resection has still been the main therapy options. Targeting therapy and immunotherapy are the main anti-tumor methods that have been paid more and more attention in recent years, especially immunotherapy. The tumor microenvironment of CCA is complex, which encompasses not only interstitial and endothelial cells, but also a large number of immune cells. In addition, the innate and adaptive immune systems also play a role. This article summarizes the immune-related studies of cholangiocarcinoma and the latest clinical trials of immunotherapy.

Gastrointestinal cancers are the common malignant tumors of the digestive system, and their morbidity and mortality are in the forefront of malignant tumors. Currently, cancer immunotherapy is the hottest topic in cancer research field. Although cancer immunotherapy has achieved some results in the fundamental research and clinical application of gastrointestinal tumors, there are still a series of problems that need to be resolved. In this article, we review the fundamental and clinical research progress of several common methods of cancer immunotherapy in the field of gastrointestinal tumors.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2018;34(2):125-128
The postganglionic fibers arising from sympathetic nervous system dominate some activities in human body, such as secretion of sweat glands, vasoconstriction and pain transmission. While block its transmission can treat some certain diseases. Now sympathectomy is mainly applied in treating primary hyperhidrosis, peripheral artery disease (thromboangiitis obliteran,Raynaud's diseases),long Q-T syndrome, and intractable abdominal pain, and video-assisted surgery is the mainstream.Basing on the ensurement of efficacy, reasonable extension of resection range can reduce the incidence of compensatory hyperhidrosis.Primary hyperhidrosis, which applying widely,is the best indication for this sympathectomy. For peripheral artery disease (thromboangiitis obliteran,Raynaud' s diseases),long Q-T syndmme, and intractable abdominal pain, sympathectomy should be taken into consideration when drug treatment fails or taboos.Sympathectomy will become more minimally invasive as well as improve living quality for patients in the future.

Cancer Research on Prevention and Treatment 2021;48(4):321-326
Gallbladder cancer is a high malignancy which is predisposed to invade adjacent organs and have lymph node metastasis. Gallbladder cancer is not sensitive to radiotherapy or chemotherapy with the worst prognosis among biliary tract cancers. At present, radical resection is the only possible method to cure gallbladder cancer. However, there are still many controversies about the surgical strategies, the extent of liver resection and lymph node dissection, and the treatment of incidental gallbladder cancer. In addition, under the background of the great success of immunotherapy and targeted therapy in a variety of solid tumors, it is also a question worthy of further considerations that whether the status of surgery in the treatment of advanced gallbladder cancer will be changed in the near future.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the clinical features and genetic basis for a child with Bainbridge-Ropers syndrome (BRPS).
METHODS:
Clinical data of the child were retrospectively analyzed. Copy number variation sequencing (CNV-seq) and trio based whole exome sequencing (trio-WES) were carried out. Prenatal diagnosis was provided for a at risk fetus from the pedigree, and genotype phenotype correlation was summarized through a literature review.
RESULTS:
The proband, a 6-year-old boy, has presented with feeding difficulties, specific craniofacial features, global developmental delay and intellectual disability, which has not improved after rehabilitation treatment. CNV-seq analysis of the patient showed no obvious abnormalities. A de novo heterozygous truncating variation, c.1448dupT (p.T484Nfs*5), was identified in the ASXL3 gene by trio-WES, which was a previously reported pathogenic variant. So far 14 Chinese patients with BRPS and ASXL3 variants have been reported. All patients have shown specific craniofacial features and delayed motor and speech development, and harbored 12 loss of function ASXL3 variants, which were de novo in origin and have clustered in exons 11 and 12 of the ASXL3 gene.
CONCLUSION
The heterozygous frameshift c.1448dupT (p.T484Nfs*5) variant of the ASXL3 gene probably underlay the disorder in this patient. BRPS should be considered in infants with feeding difficulties, special craniofacial features, global developmental delay and hand anomalies, and WES can help to delineate the pathogenesis and establish the definite diagnosis.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2022;27(1):21-25
Background: The incidence of ulcerative colitis (UC) has gradually increased in China in recent years. The pathogenesis of UC is related to the dysfunction of immune system. B7-H5 is an important immune checkpoint molecule and is significant for the regulation of immune function. Ainis: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of B7-H5 in UC. Methods: A total of 65 UC tissue specimens were collected from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2020 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, and 5 healthy subjects were served as controls. Immunohistoehemistry and immunofluorescence were used to detect the expression of B7-H5, and its relationship with elinieopathologieal characteristics of UC patients was analyzed. Results: Expression of B7-H5 was significantly increased in UC patients than in controls (P < 0. 001). B7-H5 expression in UC patients was positively correlated with ESR and CRP (P < 0. 01), but not related to gender, age, extent of lesion, Mayo score and UCEIS score (P > 0. 05). Conclusions; The expression of B7-H5 in UC patients is significantly increased and is correlated with ESR and CRP, and can be used as a new marker for reflecting the severity of inflammation in UC patients.
