1.Investigation of knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP)of foodborne para-sitic diseases among senior high school students in Zigui County
Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2017;29(1):96-98,121
Objective To understand the status of knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP)of foodborne parasitic diseases among senior high school students in Three Gorges Reservoir Region. Methods A total of 1 353 senior high school students were selected with the cluster sampling method and investigated with the questionnaires in Zigui County, and the data were ana?lyzed statistically. Results Among the 1 353 students surveyed, the awareness rates of parasitic diseases, their hazards and transmissions were 62.23%(842 cases),80.78%(1 093 cases)and 83.89%(1 135 cases)respectively. The awareness rate of parasitic diseases in the students of senior Grade One was higher than that of Grade Two(χ2 =7.037,P<0.05). The formation rates of behaviors of refusing of raw food, refusing of unboiled water, and dining at home or school in the students of senior Grade One were higher than those of Grade Two(χ2=6.970,12.749 and 12.921 respectively, and all P<0.05). Fifty?one per?cent(690 cases)of students would not have the food with the infection risk of parasitic diseases. Conclusion The awareness of parasitic diseases of high school students in Zigui County is not efficient, and the health education should be strengthened.

Objective 1) To establish and optimize a flow cytometry method for detecting CD62p reexpression by preserved platelets.2) Daily determination of the CD62p expression by platelets stored at 22℃ to assess its value in evaluation of preserved platelet quality. Methods 1) Statistic methods including factorial experiment was applied to optimize the major conditions for sample management, and the feasible negative and positive control for FCM analysis of CD62p expression were check out.2) Thirteen donors' platelets including ten PRP and three apheresis concentrations were stored in a flatbed shaker at 22?2℃ for 12 days. The CD62p expression were detected daily. The correlation between CD62p expression and in vivo residual life span of 22℃ stored platelet were analyzed. Results 1) Satisfactory conditions for analysis CD62p anew expression by FCM were obtained. 2) The CD62p anew expression by stored platelets was correlated to the in vivo residual life span of the platelets with the correlation coefficients between 0.91 and 0.99.Conclusion 1) This FCM method is simple, sensitive, stable, and easy to carry. 2) Platelet CD62p expression can be used to monitor the function of stored platelets and has the potential in the study of new platelet preservation technique.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
In order to explore the permissible range of temperatures for cryopreserved platelets, each of the eleven bags of platelets with 5% dimethyl sulfoxide was divided at random into eight aliquot paired groups labeled A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H respectively. All of the groups were stored at -80℃ for one day. The control group A was stored at -80℃ throughout the experiment, and group B, C, D, E, F, G, H were replaced to the refrigerator at -80℃ after they were stored for 4 hours at -60℃, -50℃, -40℃, -30℃, -20℃, -10℃, and 0℃ respectively. All samples were thawed to test the phosphatidylserine expression, CD62p re expression, slide platelet aggregation test(SPAT), and activated plasma clotting test(aPCT). The above items were monitored in group A hourly when group A was thawed and stored at 22℃ for 4 hours. The results showed that the permissible storage temperature of cryopreserved platelet was under -40℃, and storage at temperature from -30℃ to 0℃ was detrimental for cryopreserved platelets. No significant damages were detected when the thawed platelets were stored at 22 with a gentle shaker.

Objective:To explore the perceived stress and coping experience of spouses of elderly people with long-term disability and empty nest. Methods:Using phenomenological research methods, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 19 spouses of disabled elderly people in a community in Beijing from February to June 2023, and data analysis was conducted using Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method. Results:The perceived stress and coping experience of spouses of long-term disabled empty nest elderly people were summarized into three themes and ten sub-themes, namely, the dynamic and variable stress perception of spouses (stress changed synchronously with the state of disabled elderly people, stress changed in a "U" shape, and pressure increased in a progressive manner), the challenges for spouses in long-term care of disabled elderly people (difficult in unifying opinions and views, incomprehensible inner emotions, difficulty in ensuring their elderly care, and coexistence of multiple roles and identities) and positive coping experiences and strategies of spouses (actively seeking external support, respecting the subjective wishes of disabled elderly people, and improving dyadic coping abilities) .Conclusions:Community nursing staff should support and guide spouses who undertake care work based on changes in perceived stress characteristics of long-term disabled empty nest elderly people. At the same time, it is necessary to understand the various challenges they face in long-term care, draw on positive coping experiences of spouses, so as to provide a basis for building a friendly family support system for home-based elderly care.

The cultivation of medical humanistic quality is indispensable in the standardized training of pediatric residents, and it is urgent to explore new educational methods to improve their medical humanistic quality level. In this study, 60 standardized pediatricians participated in the standardized training, 36 in the experimental group received innovative interactive medical humanities education, while 24 in the control group were set up to receive traditional medical humanities education. Short-term and long-term test scores were conducted by questionnaire at the beginning of the standardized training and 2 years later. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the self-scores of professional quality, moral cultivation, communication skills, legal knowledge and innovative spirit (P>0.05) , but the scores of teaching teachers were improved except innovative spirit (P<0.05) . In addition, compared with the control group, the number of pediatricians with professional honor increased, the doctor-patient communication ability improved, the medical disputes reduced, and the family satisfaction improved in experimental group were increased (P<0.05) . These results indicated that innovative interactive medical humanistic education is an effective method to improve the medical humanistic quality of pediatric residents in standardized training.
