Objective To explore the social economic factors related to depressive in patients with long-term hemodialysis.Methods A total of 122 patients with hemodialysis for more than 3 months from December 1st 2008 to February 1st 2009 in Dongfang Hospital and Wangjin Hospital,were divided into a depression group (41 cases) and a non-depressed group (81 cases).Informations such as economic status,social interaction,education,hobbies,etc were collected by questionnaire and the relationship between these factors and depression was analyzed.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the factors of economic status,social interaction,education,and hobbies (x2 values were 14.671 、6.256、6.744、6.390,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the factors of gender,drinking,relationship of family,profession,the condition of housing,social status,seasons of born,and careers,etc (x2 values were 3.651、0.765、2.034、3.093、0.772、5.956、2.687、5.138,P＞0.05).Conclusion Thepatientswithpooreconomic,lower education,less social communication,fewer hobbies,and no smoking habits are easy to be depressive.

Objective Effects of fucoidan from Cladosiphon okamuranusa (CF)on mice bearing Siso were investigated. Methods Different concentrations of CF were given to mice bearing tumor by ig. The tumor weight, spleen index, thymus index and serum MDA content, serum SOD activity were detected by physical and biochemical methods. Results The growth of S180 tumor was inhibited significantly by CF in different concentrations. The inhibitory rate ranged from 27. 83% to 33. 97%. The highest inhibition rate occurred in the medium dosage. The spleen index, thymus index and leukocyte counts were not influenced obviously. The content of serum MDA was decreased remarkably and the activity of serum SOD was enhanced notably. Conclusion The mechanism of anti -tumor effects of CF may relate with its antioxidation.

Objective Statistically analyze the serum P53 antibody level in lung cancer patients to show its diagnostic values.Methods 53 cases of lung cancer and 32 cases of lung cancer after operation and chemotherapy are used as study group. 34 normal controls and 35 cases of lung benign disease were used as control group. All the serum P53 antibody levels of the testees are measured with a ELISA kit.Results In 53 cases of lung cancer group, the positive rate was 58.5% (31/53), while the average serum P53 antibody level was (4.551?6.074)IU/ml. In 32 cases of lung cancer after treatment including surgical and medical procedures, the positive rate was 25% (8/32), while the average serum P53 antibody level was (1.086?2.836)IU/ml. In 35 cases lung benign disease group, the average serum P53 antibody level was (0.163?0.097)IU/ml. In normal group, the average serum P53 antibody level was (0.162?0.08)IU/mL.The lung cancer group had statistical significance in comparison with the other three groups (P0.05).Conclusion The P53 antibody′s appearance is highly correlated with lung cancer. It can be used as an important marker of lung cancer and be beneficial to the differential diagnosis of lung lesions and the evaluation of the treatment.

Objective To compare the acute complication and short term effect between angioplasty and stent in coronary arteries less than 3 mm Methods There were forty two patients and fifty two vessels attending to the study During procedure, native vessel diameter, stenosis degree and MLD were measured pre operation and post operation, and the clinic features of acute occlusion, subacute thrombosis, acute MI, emergent CABG and death were followed within thirty days after operation Results Stent group showed larger balloon, higher pressure during balloon dilatation, larger vessel lumen and lower residue stenosis than balloon group There were no acute MI, emergent CABG and death in two groups, but one subacute thrombosis in stent group and one acute occlusion in balloon group Conclusion Selective stent in small vessel may reduce acute complication and restenosis after interventional therapy

Objective : To investigate equity of resource allocation in ophthalmology departments of medical institutions in Shenzhen City, so as to provide insights into the optimization of resource allocation in ophthalmology departments in Shenzhen City. Methods : The numbers of beds and ophthalmologists in ophthalmology departments of medical institutions in Shenzhen City were collected through the Shenzhen Health Statistical Yearbook 2019. The distribution of resources and equity of resource allocation were evaluated in ophthalmology departments of Shenzhen City using Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient. Results : There were 5.95 beds and 4.62 ophthalmologists in ophthalmology departments per 100 000 permanent residents in Shenzhen City in 2019. There were 13.35 beds and 9.51 ophthalmologists in ophthalmology departments per 100 000 permanent residents within the former special zone (Luohu, Futian, Nanshan and Yantian districts), and 2.17 beds and 2.13 ophthalmologists in ophthalmology departments per 100 000 permanent residents outside the former special zone (Guangming, Baoan, Longhua, Longgang, Pingshan districts and Dapeng New Area). The Gini coefficients of beds and ophthalmologists in ophthalmology departments were 0.348 and 0.243 by permanent residents in Shenzhen City, 0.386 and 0.386 within the former special zone and 0.086 and 0.012 outside the former special zone, respectively. The Lorenz curves of beds and ophthalmologists in ophthalmology departments were closer to the equity line outside the former special zone in relative to within the former special zone. Conclusion The gross number of beds and ophthalmologists remains to be increased in ophthalmology departments of medical institutions in Shenzhen City, and the equity of regional resource allocation is poor, which is mainly characterized by resource scarcity in ophthalmology departments outside the former special zone.

Objective To evaluate the effects of B7-H3 gene transfection on 18F-FDG uptake and 18F-FLT uptake in prostate cancer cells.Methods The absorption (A) values of untransfected prostate cancer(RM1) cells and B7-H3 gene-transfected RM1 (RM1-B7-H3) cells were detected at different culturing time points (0.5,1,2,3,4 and 5 d) with cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) test.Cell cycle phase distribution of RM1 and RM1-B7-H3 cells was measured with flow cytometry.18F-FDG uptake of RM1 and RM1-B7-H3 cells was measured with γcounter and calculated under different conditions:5× 104-5× 106 cells; 0-11.0 mmol/L glucose; 20-120 min incubation in 37 ℃.18F-FLT uptake of RM1 and RM1-B7-H3 cells was measured in 1×106 cells under incubation for 100 min at 37 ℃.After administering anti-B7-H3 monoclonal antibody 4H7,18F-FDG uptake of RM1-B7-H3 cells was measured.The data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and two-sample t test.Results The A values of RM1-B7-H3 cells after being incubated for 1,2 and 3 d were higher than those of RM1 cells(1.59±0.23,2.26±0.15 and 2.01±0.60 vs 1.22±0.14,1.10± 0.09 and 1.04±0.15,t=3.923,19.228,4.467,all P＜0.01).There was no statistical significance between the 2 groups at other time points (t=-0.094,0.858,2.000,all P＞0.05).The ratios of RM1-B7-H3 cells in G1,S and G2/M phases were(32.96±2.56) ％,(39.11 ±2.57) ％ and (27.94±0.21) ％,respectively.The ratio of S phase in RM1-B7-H3 cells was higher than that in RM1 cells ((32.76±1.90)％,t=3.442,P＜ 0.05).18F-FDG uptake of the both cell lines decreased with the increase of glucose concentrations,while the uptake went up with the increase of cell number and incubation time.With the cell number of 1.0× 106,incubation time of 100 min and temperature of 37 ℃,the 18F-FDG uptake of RM1-B7-H3 and RM1 cells was (55.07±3.99)％ vs (44.16±3.60)％ (t=4.977,P＜0.01) ; and 18F-FLT uptake of RM1-B7-H3 and RM1 cells was (5.25±0.81)％ vs (3.33±0.64)％ (t=4.567,P＜0.01).After treated with antibody 4H7,18F-FDG uptake of RM1-B7-H3 cells ((45.36±2.92) ％) was lower than that of untreated group (F=10.001,P＜ 0.01).Conclusion B7-H3 gene transfection may promote the metabolism and proliferation of prostate cancer cells,and thereby increase the 18F-FDG uptake and 18F-FLT uptake.

Objective:To explore the effect of chitosan hydrogel on the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α),interleukin (IL-10) and intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) of patients with burns.Methods:96 cases with second degree burns who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with chitosan hydrogel,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional vaseline gauze wound.Then the wound healing,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α),interleukin (IL-10) and intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The healing rate of superficial burns at the 7th day in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.01).The healing rate of deep burns at the 15th day and 25th day were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The healing time of the superficial burns and deep bums in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the SI score was significantly lower (P＜0.01).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and ICAM-1 of patients with superficial burns significantly decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and ICAM-1 of patients with deep burns were significantly lower than before,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.01).The incidence of wound infection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Chitosan wound repair membrane gel could accelerate the wound healing,prevent the wound infection,and reduce the inflammation with high safety.

An experimental animal model of malignant soft-tissue tumor was established to investigate the applied value of multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging preliminarily. Ten New Zealand white rabbits which were implanted with VX2 tumor in either proximal thigh were subjected to CT plain scan and perfusion scan two weeks later respectively, then the original perfusion images were transmitted to AW4.0 Workstation. The functional maps and perfusion parameters including blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), mean transit time (MTT) and permeability surface (PS) were computed and analyzed. All the values of BF, BV and PS in VX2 soft-tissue tumors were obviously higher while the MTT-values were lower than those in the normal muscular tissues significantly. It was suggested that multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging is an accurate, convenient and relatively safe functional imaging technique, and can give a quantitative assessment to angiogenesis and blood perfusion of soft-tissue tumors.

AIM:To detect and compare the longitudinal mitral annulus diastolic velocity and time interval changes by pulsed Doppler tissue imaging(DTI)in patients with angina pectoris(AP)and myocardial infarction(MI),and to explore the value of mitral annulus diastolic velocities and time intervals for evaluation of global left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.METHODS:Fifty patients with established coronary artery disease were divided into AP group(16 cases)and MI group(34 cases).Sixteen age-matched healthy individuals served as the control group.The septum,lateral,anterior and inferior walls of the mitral annulus were displayed,and selected for DTI spectrum sampling.Peak early and late diastolic velocities and their ratio,time to the onset and peak of the early diastolic wave,and regional isovolumic relaxation time were measured,and the average values of the four mitral annular sites were calculated and presented as Em,Am,Em/Am,QEm,TEm and IVRTm,respectively.RESULTS:Compared with the control group,Em and Em/Am were significantly lower in both the AP and the MI groups(P＜0.01).Em was even lower in the MI group than that in the AP group(P＜0.01).QEm,TEm and IVRTm were significantly longer in the AP and the MI groups than those in control group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).IVRTm was even longer in the MI group than that in AP group(P＜0.01).IVRTm had significantly negative correlation with Em(r=-0.64,P＜0.01).CONCLUSION:Em,Em/Am,QEm,TEm and IVRTm as measured by pulsed DTI may be promising indexes for quantitative assessment of global left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with coronary artery disease.Em and IVRTm may indicate the severity of ischemic myocardial damage.
