Our department treated one case of neonatal congenital cyst of tongue in March 23, 2015. The clinical manifestation of the case is mainly laryngeal stridor after birth 10d, and when infants were associated with progressive dysphagia. Electrolaryngoscope examination showed the goitre look like the cyst of tongue. Laryngeal CT scanning showed tongue lesions, consider the possibility of large cyst. Bilateral thyroid gland showed good, and no obvious abnormality was found in the cervical ultrasonography. The children was transferred to the ear-nose-throat department for excision of cyst of tongue by low-temperature plasma knife, and postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of cyst of tongue.

Objective To investigate the impact on the endothelial cell function and renal blood flow through effective treatment for elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 64 cases of elderly hypertensive patients over 70years old with effective treatment, according to pre-treatment blood pressure, were divided into two groups: hyptension level-2 group(30cases) and hypertension level-3 group(34cases), and 30 cases of elderly people with health physical examination during the same period were setlected as the control group. Endothelial cell function was detected, including the endothelin-1 (ET-1)、 nitrous oxide (NO), thromboxane B2 (TXB2)、 6-keto-prostaglandinF1α (6-K-PDGF1α) in plasma. Renal blood flow was explored by color doppler ultrasonic instrument ,involving peak velocity in systole(PSV) and lowest velocity in end-diastole(EDV) of renal arteries, segmental arteries and interlobar arteries.After indicators had reached the standard 1 month in the hypertension level-2 and hypertension leve1-3 patients with effective antihypertensive therapy, the difference of ET-1, NO, TXB2,6-k-PGF1o and PSV, EDV among the three groups were compared. Results The differences were statistically significant in ET-1, NO, TXB2,6-k-PGF1α, PSV and EDV before treatment among three groups (P ＜ 0.05). After blood pressure treated had reached the standard 1 month,indicators were no statistically meaningful difference among the three groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion After effective clinical treatments, the endothelial cell function and renal blood flow of the elderly hypertensive patients can be improved. At the same time, to delay renal damage in elderly patients with hypertension provide a theoretical basis.

Objective:To construct pGEX-3X/hTSHa Escherichia coli(E.coli)expression system and prepare purified recombinant GST-recombinant human thyroid stimulating hormone(rhTSH)α protein.Methods:The complete coding sequence of hTSHα was obtained by RT-PCR with total RNA extracted from fresh chorial tissue as the template,and thereafter cloned into expression vector pGEX-3X by EcoRl and BamHI digestion.The recombinant plasmid was transformed into E.coli Mach1-T1 and then induced expression by WrG.The GST-rhTSHα fusion protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and its antigenicity was verified by a modified competitive ELISA.Results:A specific protein band of 36 ku,in accordance with predicted molecular weight,could be visualized in SDS-PAGE.As the result of ELISA,the recombinant GST-hTSHα protein can inhibit the intact TSH molecular binding with anti-TSHα antibody in a dose dependent manner.Conclusion:The cDNA of hTSHα was cloned and the recombinant expression vector pGEX-3X/hTSHα was constructed successfully.The recombinant GST-rhTSHα protein could be highly expressed in E.coli Machl-T1 and was approved of possessing antigenicity.

Objective:To construct suitable vectors for the secretory expression of hirudin in Pichia pastoris.Methods:The α-facor-hirudin gene was amplified from pPIC9-hirudin by PCR and sub-cloned into PA0815.The multi-copy recombinant plasmid pA0815-(α-Hirudin)n was constructed.The recombinant was transformed into P.pastoris strain GS115 for induction expression and then the activity of secreted products was identified.Results:A new multi-copy vector pA0815-(αHirudin)n was successfully constructed and was capable of secreting recombinant hirudin efficiently,which was confirmed respectively by PCR and SDS-PAGE.The products possessed the activity of thrombin inhibitor.Conclusion:This result offers efficient P.pastoris stains for mass production of biological active hirudin.
