ObjectiveTo discuss the characters and management of renal lymphangiectasia.MethodsThe clinical data of two cases of renal lymphangiectasia were reviewed. The first patient was a 37-year-old woman with the chief complaint of lumbago in the right flank for 8 days.B-ultrasound showed mixed echo in perinephric space. On CT, similar appearances of fluid collections were seen, but not conspicuous. Conservative treatment was taken for three weeks and the symptoms were relieved. Three month later the patient had right lumbago relapse. CT scan revealed a large amount of fluid collection under the capsule of the right kidney. Percutaneous drainage was carried out. Two months later B-ultrasound showed fluid collection in perinephric space and percutaneous drainage again the fluid was sent to pathology. The second case was a 32-year-old woman with the chief complaint of lumbago in the left flank for the past three years. Ultrasonography revealed hyperechoic surrounding the left kidney. CT scan showed a left perinephric collection of fluid attenuation and circumferentially draping around the kidney. Renal lymphangioma was diagnosed and the patient underwent surgery.ResultsNeedle aspiration of the perinephric fluid was carried out, and laboratory analysis showed most leucocytes were lymphocytes. The pathologic diagnosis of the first case was renal lymphangiectasia. There was no recurrence during follow - up of two months. The second case was diagnosed renal lymphangioma pathologically. Follow - up for nine years, revealed no relapse.ConclusionsUltrasonography and CT contributed to the diagnosis of renal lymphangiectasia. Needle aspiration bioposy and histology could confirm it. Treatment of asymptomatic cases is not required. When collections are very large and cause symptoms, percutaneous drainage may be carried out however there is a risk of relapse.

Objective To analyze the differential expression of Stathmin in human cells infected with human-tropic porcine endogenous retrovirus(PERV)and to explore the potential molecular effect of human-tropic PERV on human cells. Methods HEK293 cells were infected with the human-tropic PERV infectious molecular clone.PCR,real-time RT-PCR and immunofluorescence analysis were applied to confirm that HEK293 cells were infected. Then real-time RT-PCR and Western blot were carried out to analyze the differential expression of Stathmin at the mRNA level and protein level, respectively. Results HEK293 cells were infected by human-tropic PERV.Real-time RT-PCR and Western blot analysis showed that Stathmin was up-regulated in HEK293 cells infected with PERV compared with the control cells. Conclusion Stathmin was up-regulated in HEK293 cells infected with human-tropic PERV.These studies will be helpful for revealing the interaction of PERV and human cells, and for understanding the molecular effect of humantropic PERV on human cells. In addition,it suggested that PERV infection may infect cell growth and physiological functions, even be pathogenic. These will help to clarify the biologic characteristics of PERV and evaluate the safety of PERV in pig to human xenotransplantation.

The use of suture to pull the lingual gingival flap in mandibular posterior dental implant surgery may damage the contralateral mouth corner of the surgical area. This study explored the effectiveness of sterile wound dressing in preventing the friction injury by suture in oral implant surgery.A total of 506 patients were included, the sterile wound dressing was used in the test group(n=363)but not in the control group(n=143).The postoperative situation of the patients was analyzed, validated and received holistic care after implant surgery. The results suggest that the use of sterile wound dressing can shorten the operation time, prevent suture friction of mouth corer, simplify post-operative care and improve patient satisfaction for posterior dental implant surgery.

Objective:To explore the application of games combined with speech training in rehabilitation care for language development retardation in high-risk children aged 2 to 5 years. Methods:Totally 190 high-risk children aged 2 to 5 years with language development retardation admitted from January 2016 to December 2018 in Luzhou People's Hospital were selected by convenient sampling, and divided into observation group ( n=95) and control group ( n=95) according to the random number table. Children in the control group received conventional speech training, while children in the observation group received speech training combined with games for 6 months. The effects of rehabilitation training were observed in the two groups, and the speech development quotient of the children was evaluated using the Gesell Developmental Schedules (GDS) . The satisfaction rate to rehabilitation of parents of two groups were compared. Results:After 6 months of training, the effective rates of rehabilitation training were 86.32% (82/95) in the observation group and 73.68% (70/95) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The GDS scores were (60.36±8.25) in the observation group and (56.67 ± 7.84) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The satisfaction rate of parents of children in the observation group on rehabilitation effect, service attitude, professional skills, and humane care were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:In high-risk children aged 2 to 5 years with language development retardation, speech training combined with games can improve children's speech development quotient and promote their rehabilitation.
