OBJECTIVE To study drug-resistance status in nosocomial infection with Staphylococcus in the local region,and take effective measures to control the nosocomial infection.METHODS Totally 129 strains of Staphylococcus were clinically isolated from various specimens from Jan 2006 to Dec 2008.The strain identification,detection of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus(MRS) and K-B disk diffusion test were performed.The data were analyzed statistically.RESULTS Among all 129 strains consisting of 6 species of Staphylococcus,the isolating rate of S.aureus predominated with 39.5%.Among them,meticillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) accounted for 29.4%.Among all coagulase-negative Staphyloccocus(CNS),meticillin-resistant coagulase-negative Staphylococcus(MRCNS) accounted for 32.1%.Meticillin-susceptible S.aureus(MSSA) showed significantly lower drug-resistance than MRS.CONCLUSIONS Nosocomial infection status caused by MRS is serious in the grass-roots hospitals.Effective measures should be taken to control it.

Objective To observe the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-band ultraviolet B and self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group,50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B:on this basis,the treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.The therapeutic effeCts of both groups were observed.Results As compared with the control group.the treatment group showed better therapeutic effects(P<0.05).Conclusion It was effective to treat psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of treating shingles with venesection and cuppingplus Yunnan White Powder external application and to observe the effect of mental intervention and nursing on clinical healing time.Methods 100 cases with shingles were randomly recruited into two treatment groups(Group A and Group B)and a control group.Both treatment groups were treated with venesection and cupping plus yunnan white powder external application,in addition,group B was treated with mental intervention and nursing care.The control group was treated with Aciclovir ointment.Results As compared with the control group,both treatment groups showed significant difierences in the time of relieving pain,removing swell,forming a scab,and healing(P＜0.01);Compared with group A,group B showed a shortened healing time with P＜0.05.Conclusion It is effective to treat shingles with venesection and cupping plus yunnan white powder.Mental Intervention and nursing can promote the healing time and improve the degree of satisfaction.

Objective This thesis observes the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medical nursing on the therapeutic effects of chronic sinusitis with nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 106 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly recruited into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicinal syndrome differentiation care besides conventional western medical care to observe the effectiveness.Resulls The therapeutic effectiveness and the degree of satisfaction about health education in the observation group was significant better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medical care could improve the degree of satisfaction on patients with Chronic sinusitis and promote patients recovery from illness.

Objective To observe the expression changes in microRNA (miR)-379 in the developmental process of the mouse heart and during the differentiation of P19 cells into cardiac myocytes,and to explore the possible relationship between miR-379 and the differentiation of cardiacmyocytes.Methods Heart tissues were collected from fetal mice in pregnant ones at their gestational age (8.5,11.5,14.5 and 18.5 days) respectively.Heart tissue sections of the fatal mice were obtained to observe the heart development process.Then total RNA was isolated from heart tissues by using the TRIzol method.Complementary DNA was synthesized from 1 μg total RNA by using a Reverse Transcriptase Kit.Finally,real-time PCR (RT-PCR) was employed to detect the expression of miR-379.At the same time,P19 cells were cultured with 10 mL/L Dimethyl sulfoxide in suspension for 4 days to form cell aggregation,and these aggregations were transferred into 6-wells plate for culturing by adherence.Beating cells were detected with microscopy on the 10th day after induction.Afterwards,total RNA was extracted from cultured P19 cells at different time points.Reverse transcription was executed to get DNA.At last,RT-PCR was used to explore the expression of miR-379 on 0,4,6,10 days after aggregation.Results The expression level of miR-379 was down-regulated gradually in the developing heart (at gestational age of 8.5,11.5,14.5,16.5 days,respectively),and there were significant differences on the different days (F =21.13,P ＜ 0.05).On the other hand,myocardial markers of troponin T represented an increasing trend during the process of P19 cells induction,which demonstrated that P19 cells were successfully induced into cardiomyocyte-like cells.Meanwhile,miR-379 showed a low expression on day 0 of P19 cells aggregation.On day 4,miR-379 demonstrated a higher level.Afterwards,miR-379 proved to be down-regulated gradually.Conclusions miR-379 plays a role in the process of the heart development,but the specific mechanisms need further research.
