Objective To observe the evaluation of multi‐tumor marker protein chip in breast cancer with neoadjuvant chemo‐therapy ,and to find high saitivity tumor makers ,then evaluate the clinical significance .Methods Forty health examination persons (control group) and sixty‐four breast cancer patients(experimental group) were accepted with multi‐tumor marker protein chip in‐spection ,then we evaluated the markers of diagnosis .The experimental group patients were accepted four cycles preoperative chem‐otherapy with TAC plan ,and tested multi‐tumor marker protein chip three weeks after therapy .Then we evaluated the clinical sig‐nificance of the markers above‐mentioned .Results The positive rate of CA153 ,CA125 ,CEA and FT was 32% ,27% ,21% and 19% in the experimental group ,it indicated significant change compared with the control group (P<0 .05) .And it indicated signifi‐cant reducing change of CA153 ,CA125 and CEA in the experimental group (P<0 .05) after therapy .The sensitivity would be in‐creased when the four markers were tested combined .Conclusion CA153 ,CA125 ,CEA and FT could be used as assistance diagno‐sis index ;CA153 ,CA125and CEA could keep consistence to the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and have clinical value .

Objective To screen the optimized processing technology of wine radix Scutellariae .Methods With the the com‐prehensive score of the yield rates of baicalin ,wogonoside and baicalein as the index ,the orthogonal design was used to investigate the mass fractions of yellow wine quantity ,stir‐frying temperature and frying time of wine radix Scutellariae .Results The optimum yellow wine mass fraction was 10% ,the stir‐frying temperature was 120℃ ,the frying time was 6 min ,and this processing technolo‐gy was stable and feasible .Conclusion The orthogonal design can be used for the optimization of processing technology of wine ra‐dix Scutellariae .

Objective To investigate the relation of the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and-9(MMP-9)with polymyositis/dermatomyositis(PM/DM).Methods Blood samples were obtained from 8 patients with PM,12 patients with DM and 10 normal human controls.Real-time quantitative RT-PCR and Western-blot were applied to examine the mRNA and protein expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 respectively in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)of these patients.Results The mRNA expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the PBMC of patients with PM or DM were 2.41 and 1.66 folds as high as those of the normal controls,respectively;these difierences were significant between the two groups.Increased expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were also noted in the patients with PM or DM.Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play a part in the development of polymyositis and dermatomyositis.

Objective To probe into learning experience of master of nursing specialist students during clinical practice,so as to provide some educational references for their clinical practice training.Methods Thirteen master of nursing specialist students from two universities in Chongqing were selected by homogenous sampling.The data were collected by focus group interview and analyzed by phenomenological procedures.Results The learning experience of master of nursing specialist students during clinical practice were obtained via evaluation on clinical learning and teaching.Conclusions It is important to explore appropriate teaching strategies,strengthen clinical teacher teams and establish a scientific clinical teaching management system during clinical practice of master of nursing specialist students.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of precise hemihepatectomy guided by middle hepatic vein(MHV),and to study the value of preoperative hepatic vein evaluation.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients who received hemihepatectomy at the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from October 2007 to September 2009were prospectively studied.Of the 68 patients,30 received precise hemihepatectomy guided by MHV(precise group)and 38 received anatomical hemihepatectomy(traditional group).The types of hepatic vein in the precise group were evaluated and classified preoperatively.The operation time,operative blood loss,volume of blood transfusion,liver function,morbidity and length of hospital stay of the 2 groups were compared.All data were analyzed using the t test,rank sum test,chi-square test and Fisher exact probability.Results According to the Nakamura's classification,there were 17(57%)patients with type Ⅰ,8(27%)with type Ⅱ and 5(16%)with type Ⅲ;according to the Kawasaki's classification,there were 11 patients with type Ⅰ(37%)and 19 with type Ⅱ(63%).There were 13 patients received right hepatectomy with MHV preservation,15 received left hepatectomy with MHV preservation,1 received right hepatectomy without MHV preservation and 1 received left hepatectomy without MHV preservation.There were no significant difference in the volume of operative blood loss and blood transfusion,level of alanine transaminase,total bilirubin,cholinesterase at postoperative day 3,total length of hospital stay and length of postoperative hospital stay between the 2 groups(t = 1.07,0.92,0.07,0.21,0.63,0.63,0.75,P ＞ 0.05).The operation time,levels of albumin at postoperative day 3 and complication rate were (342 ± 113)minutes,(35 ±3)g/L and 40%(12/30)in the precise group,and(270 ±73)minutes,(33 ±3)g/Land 66%(25/38)in the traditional group,respectively,with significant differences between the 2 groups(t =2.79,2.19;x2 =4.49,P＜0.05).The positive rates of the resection margin were 5%(1/19)in the precise group and 35%(8/23)in the traditional group,there was a significant difference between the 2 groups(P ＜0.05).ConclusionPreoperative hepatic vein evaluation and precise hemihepateetomy guided by MHV can preserve the functional liver tissues with venous drainage,achieve adequate tumor-free resection margin and reduce the postoperative complication rate.

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics , diagnosis and surgical method of intra-ductal papilloma(IP)of breast without nipple discharge .Methods The clinical data of 84 IP patients(130 le-sions)without nipple discharge admitted from Feb .2011 to Oct.2013 were analyzed retrospectively .Results The age of the 84 patients were mainly ranging from 30 to 50 years old.113(86.92%)lesions were≤10 mm in size, 84(64.42%)lesions had a distance≤20 mm to nipple, 57 accompanied by adenosis , 43 accompanied by fibro-cystic adenosis , 48 accompanied by fibroadenoma , 14 with ductal hyperplasia , and 2 with atypical ductal hyper-plasia.After a follow-up of 3 to 36 months, 5 cases had recurrence , including 4 cases of IP and 1 case of ductal carcinoma in situ.Conclusions IP without nipple discharge has no typical clinical symptoms .Ultrasound exam-ination may have positive findings , but not typical .Preoperative diagnosis is difficult and surgical biopsy is rec-ommended.Multiple and atypical ductal hyperplasia has possibility of recurrence , so follow-up is necessary.

Objective To investigate the effect of labor induction of full-term pregnancy use of oxytocin,and the incidence of adverse reactions of mode of delivery of cervical dilatation balloon with pubeisheng.Methods The clinical data of full-term pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital from October 2014 to November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,According to the induction of labor is divided into the way of pubeisheng group and cervical dilation balloon group.The differences of delivery mode,oxytocin utilization,maternal and neonatal outcomes and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results Cervical dilatation balloon group vaginal delivery rate was 90.38％,higher than that of pubeisheng group(P<0.05); oxytocin use rate of 11.54％,lower than that of pubeisheng group(P<0.05); Cervical dilatation balloon group first,second and third labor time is shorter pubeisheng group(P<0.001); The cervical dilation balloon group bleeding more than pubeisheng group(P<0.001),two groups of infection,urinary retention complication rate had no significant difference.Two groups of neonatal aspiration pneumonia incidence rate had no significant difference after the birth of 1min Apgar score difference,and cervical dilatation balloon group after the birth of 5min Apgar was higher than that of pubeisheng group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cervical dilation balloon in the induction of labor in term pregnancy is better,which can significantly improve the rate of vaginal delivery,reduce the use rate of oxytocin and shorten the labor process,and has the value of clinical application.

Infantile diarrhea was divided into four types of wind cold,damp heat,food injury and spleen deficiency on differentiation of symptoms and signs.The techniques of tonifying the spleen,clearing Dachang(large intestine),rubbing the abdomen and pressing Zhixie (stopping diarrhea) point,Zusanli (ST 36) and Changqiang (GV 1) as well as pinching the spine were chosen to treat this disease with a satisfactory result.

Objective:To explore the expression of Ezrin and CD44v6 in gastric carcinoma and their correlations to clinicopathologic features. Methods:The expression of Ezrin and CD44v6 were detected by immunohistochemistry in gastric carcinoma(n=53) and normal gastric mucosa(n=20).Results:①The positive expression rates of Ezrin in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa were 56.6% and 30.0%.While the positive expression rates of CD44v6 in gastric carcinoma was 58.5% and no expression in normal gastric mucosa.②The expression of Ezrin was correlated to the differentiation(P0.05).③The expression of Ezrin was positively correlated with that of CD44v6 in gastric carcinoma(rs=0.740,P

In this paper, an algorithm with precise location and high detection rate is introduced. The modulus maxima of wavelet transform are applied to the singularity detection for ECG signal, and thus P wave, T wave and QRS waves can be well detected. Continuous wavelet transform with Mexican hat function is adopted to compute the modulus maxima under MATLAB6.5. The algorithm proves effective and reliable through the tests for the data form MIT-BIH database.
