Objective To observe the application effect of mind mapping in the nursing teaching of higher vocational nursing students. Methods A total of 120 nursing students from 2014 four vocational nursing classes. First class and second class were observation group (60 cases), third classes and fourth classes were control group (60 cases). Nursing students in observation group unfold nursing teaching with mind mapping teaching method. Nursing students in control group unfold nursing teaching with traditional teaching method. The test results and teacher satisfaction with nursing students at the end of the period were assessed. And the evaluation of nursing students on mind mapping teaching method was compared. Results The scores of the instruments and materials, the performance of the operation steps, the technique and the achievement scores were (9.85 ± 0.40), (64.67 ± 1.64), (17.37 ± 1.25) points in the observation group and (9.22±0.64), (58.68±2.21), (14.18±2.23) points in the control group, the differences were significant(t =-8.440,-18.539,-10.881, P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the control group was 78.3%(47/60) and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.0%(57/60), and there was significant difference (χ2=5.550, P<0.05). Nursing students in observation group of mind mapping teaching hold a higher rating (t =11.32-5.25, P<0.01). Conclusions Mind mapping teaching method allows nursing students quickly master the nursing skills, improve teaching effectiveness, improve teaching nursing students′satisfaction, enhance clinical thinking and critical thinking skills.

Objective To explore the effect of continuing care on the intermittent catheterization compliance of patients with neurogenic bladder. Methods From January to December, 2015, 60 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury receiving intermittent cathe-terization were randomly assigned to control group (n=30) and intervention group (n=30). The control group received routine discharge in-struction, while the intervention group received continuing care in addition. The intermittent catheterization compliance, residual urine vol-ume, urinary tract infection and quality of life were assessed at discharge and three months after intervention. Results After intervention, the intermittent catheterization compliance was better in the intervention group than in the control group (χ2=7.500, P=0.006). The residual urine volume significantly decreased in both groups (t>12.040, P<0.001), and was less in the intervention group than in the control group (t=-2.190, P=0.032), as well as the urinary tract infection rate (χ2=10.800, P=0.001). The score of quality of life increased significantly after intervention in both groups (t>4.572, P<0.001), and was higher in the intervention group than in the control group (t>5.505, P<0.001). Con-clusion Continuing care could improve the intermittent catheterization compliance, reduce the residual urine volume and the urinary tract in-fection rate, and improve the quality of life in patients with neurogenic bladder after discharge.

AIM: To observe the effect of Retinervus luffae fructus (RLF) on the myocardial ischemia in mice. METHODS: Mice were supplied with RLF (166.7,333.3, 666.7 g/L) twice daily (0.01 mL/g, ig). One week later, 30 U/kg pituitrin was injected intraperitoneally. The electrocardiogram was recorded, and the content of lactose dehydrogenase (LDH) in the serum and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), maleicdialdehyde (MDA) in the myocardium were examined. RESULTS: RLF reduced the height of T wave in electrocardigram in myocardial ischemia mice and inhibited the decrease in heart rate. RLF also reduced the content of LDH in serum and the content of MDA in myocardium. The increase in the activity of SOD in myocardium was also observed. CONCLUSION: RLF may protect myocardium against ischemia injury. The mechanism may be related to the increase in activity of SOD and the suppression of the lipid peroxidation.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum glycyl-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase(GPDA)combined with carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen724 (CA724),carbohydrate antigen242 (CA242) in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods Collected in Changan hospital in patients with gastric cancer and atrophic gastritis patients and healthy subjects 60 cases,by TBA-120FR biochemical analyzer glycyl-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA),chemiluminescence analyzer to detect the levels of serum CEA,CA724 and CA242,analysis of single detection and joint detection and the differences between the positive rate and sensitivity.Results The detection of GPDA in gastric cancer group was significantly lower than that in atrophic gastritis group and healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant (F=69.532,P=0.000).The results of CEA,CA724 and CA242 in gastric cancer group were higher than those in atrophic gastritis group and healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant (CEA:F=59.926,P=0.001;CA724:F=51.056,P =0.001;CA242:F =72.613,P =0.000).Serum GPDA,CEA,CA724 and CA242 single detection positive rate were 70 ％,45 ％,61.7 ％ and 50 ％.Tumor markers CEA,CA724,CA242 positive rate of three joint detection was 75％.Serum GPDA and tumor markers of CEA,the positive rate of CA724 and CA242 combined detection of four was 86.7％.The positive rate of three and higher than that of single detection,the difference was statistically significant (F=49.635,P=0.003).Serum GPDA,CEA,CA724 and CA242 single detection sensitivity was 70.2 ％,50.2 ％,67.3 ％ and 53.2％.Tumor markers CEA,CA724,CA242 three joint detection sensitivity was 85.6％.Serum GPDA and tumor markers CEA,CA724 and CA242 four joint detection sensitivity was 90.3％.The sensitivity was higher than the three items and the individual tests,and the difference was statistically significant (F=52.016,P =0.001).Conclusion GPDA joint CEA,CA724 and CA242 tumor markers detection can improve the positive rate and sensitivity in early diagnosis of gastric cancer,but it will not reduce the diagnostic specificity,the clinical diagnosis of early gastric cancer has important significance and value.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of online lifestyle intervention based on cognitive behavior adjustment on the female patients with infertility and central obesity. Methods: From November 2019 to November 2020, the women with infertility and central obesity in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital were recruited and divided into two groups. The intervention group received online lifestyle intervention based on cognitive behavior adjustment for twelve weeks, and the control group received routine health education. Body weight, waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), body fat, the pregnancy rate and the abortion rate were compared between the two groups. Results: There were 78 cases each in the intervention group and the control group, aged (31.15±4.87) years and (31.17±4.81) years, respectively. There were no significant differences between the two groups in age, body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR and body fat percentage before intervention (all P>0.05). After twelve-week intervention, the results of mixed effect model showed that the decrease of waist circumference, fasting insulin and body fat percentage in the intervention group were greater than those in the control group (all P<0.05). After six-month follow-up, there was no significant differences in the pregnancy rate (33.33% vs. 23.08%) and the abortion rate (7.69% vs. 16.67%) between the two groups (both P>0.05). Conclusion Online lifestyle intervention based on cognitive behavior adjustment helps to control central obesity and hyperinsulinemia.

Objective T o explore the crim inal characteristics of forensic psychiatry expertise in depression patients and schizophrenics w ith hom icide behavior. Methods A total of 40 depression (depressive episode) patients and 50 schizophrenics w ith hom icide behavior w ere random ly assigned into the study group and control group, respectively. D ata of dem ographic and crim inal characteristic of the tw o groups w ere collected by a self-designed questionnaire, and then w ere com pared. Results T here w ere no statis-tical differences in age, education level and career betw een study and control groups (P>0.05). C om pared w ith the control group, the victim s in the study group w ere m ainly the patient's children and parents, and m ost offenders had suicidal behavior after hom icide (70% ). In study group, the m otives of crim e w ere m ainly extended suicide and indirect suicide, and m ost offenders had attem pted suicide (85% ) and dim inished capacity of crim inal responsibility (70% ), w hich in control group had no capacity of crim inal responsibility (56% ). E xcept for crim inal site, there w ere statistical differences in other crim inal charac-teristics betw een tw o groups (P<0.05). Conclusion T here are different crim inal characteristics betw een de-pression patients and schizophrenics w ith hom icide behavior in forensic psychiatry, and these characteris-tics should be considered w hen these tw o diagnoses are distinguished in forensic psychiatry expertise.

Objective: To observe the effects of tendon-regulating and stretching manipulation plus JIN's three-needle therapy for the shoulder on pain and shoulder joint function in subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS). Methods: Eighty patients with SIS were recruited and divided into a control group and a treatment group by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given JIN's three-needle therapy for the shoulder, and the treatment group received additional tendon-regulating and stretching manipulation. The visual analog scale (VAS) score and constant-Murley score (CMS) were observed before and after the intervention, and the total effective rate was also observed. Results: The total effective rate was 92.5％ in the treatment group versus 70.0％ in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score and CMS changed notably after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvements were markedly greater in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tendon-regulating and stretching manipulation plus JIN's three-needle therapy for the shoulder can facilitate the relief of pain and the improvement of shoulder joint function in SIS patients.

Background One of the features of the pathogenesis of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG) is anterior synechia of peripheral iris.Goniosynechialysis and combination of phacoemulsification and goniosynechialysis have been applied for the treatment of the disease recently,but the selection of operative types has great impact on clinical efficacy.Objective This study was to investigate the long-term efficacy of goniosynechialysis and combination of phacoemulsification and goniosynechialysis for the management of chronic PACG.Methods A non-randomized clinical controlled trial was designed.This clinical trial complied with Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by Medical Ethic Committee of Nanjing Medical University.Written informed consent was obtained from each patient.One hundred and ten eyes of 110 patients with chronic PACG were assigned to the goniosynechialysis group and combined operative group from March,2008 to February,2011 in Wuxi People's Hospital.180° goniosynechialysis was performed on 34 patients in the goniosynechialysis group,and phacoemulsifieation +intraocular lens (IOL) implantation + goniosynechialysis were carried out in 78 patients of the combination operative group.All the patients were followed-up for 2 years.Vision acuity,intraocular pressure (IOP),anterior chamber depth(ACD),unltrasound biomicroscopy and perimetry were recorded and compared between before and after operation.Results No significant difference was found in vision acuity between preoperation and postoperative 2 years in the goniosynechialysis group ([0.65 ± 0.15] vs.[0.45 ± 0.15]) (t =1.57,P＞0.05),but in the combination operative group,the vision acuity was significantly different between the before and after operation ([0.25±0.15] vs.[0.85 ±0.05]) (t =9.12,P＜0.001).The lOPs at 2 years after operation were (14.2±4.1) mmHgand(13.7±4.8) mmHg,respectively in the goniosynechialysis group and combination operative group and were significantly lower than(47.2 ±6.3) mmHg and(46.9±7.0) mmHg before operation(t =4.95,P＜0.001 ;t=5.03,P＜0.001).The ACD values in the goniosynechialysis group and combination operative group were(3.38±0.02)mm and (3.54±0.03) mm 2 years after operation,which were significantly increased in comparison with (1.33 ±0.24)mm and (1.56±0.37) mm before operation(t=7.65,P＜0.001;t=6.76,P＜0.001).Conclusions Both combination of phacomulsification with goniosynechialysis or 180° goniosynechialysis are effective for the treatment of PACG.Suitable operation should be alternated depending on the indicators of PACG patients.

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Cyclosporin A (CsA) and cholic acid on reducing the human liver cell damage induced by α-amanitin (AMA).Methods According to the previous research results,the minimum hepatocellular survival concentration against αt-AMA (1.4 g/L),the experiment was conducted in 5 groups:control group,damage group,glycochenodeoxycholic acid group,CsA group,and CsA combined with cholic acid group (CsA+ taurocholic acid,CsA+ chenodeoxycholic acid,CsA+ glycocholic acid,CsA+ glycochenodeoxycholic acid,and CsA+ taurochenodeoxycholic acid).For each group,there were 3 time points for observation (24 h,48 h and 72 h after attacking),CsA and CsA+ glycochenodeoxycholic acid was used to protect hepatocytes,respectively,and morphological changes in cells were observed with inverted phase contrast microscope,and the live cells were counted by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) method,and aspertate aminot ransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the culture supernatant were detected by biochemical method.Results Compared with the control group,hepatocellular growth in the injury group was obviously suppressed,with progressive cellular apoptosis and significantly decreased absorbance value of MTIT (0.345 ± 0.021);the activity of AST and ALT increased gradually,reaching the highest after 72 h [(98.4 ± 6.7) U/L and (116.2 ± 9.5) U/L,respectively].Compared with injury group,broken organelles decreased significantly and absorbance value elevated in glycochenodeoxycholic acid group,CsA group and CsA combined with cholic acid group,and at each time point,the highest absorbance value in the CsA+ taurochenodeoxycholic acid group [the highest was (0.656 ± 0.014),P ＜ 0.05];at the same time,the activity of AST and ALT didn't increase obviously,at each time point,the lowest in CsA+ taurochenodeoxycholic acid group [the lowest was (22.3 ± 6.2) U/L and (20.2 ± 5.4) U/L,P ＜ 0.05,respectively].Conclusions CsA,as well as cholic acid,can protect human liver cells from the attack of α-AMA.The mechanism may be CsA,as an organic anion transfer peptide in humans (OATP1B1 and OATP1B3) suppressant,inhibits the absorption of α-AMA.The joint application of CsA and taurochenodeoxycholic acid is superior to the single OATP substrate or inhibitor.
