Objective To observe the effect of scalp-acupuncture combined with physical therapy on spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 80 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and a control group,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with scalp-acupuncture combined with physical therapy, and the control group with physical therapy only. They were assessed with the Functional Independence Measure for children(WeeFIM) and the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) before and 3 months after treatment. Results No side-effect was observed during the treatment. The scores of WeeFIM and GMFM of the observation group were significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The scalp-acupuncture can improve the efficiency of physical therapy on motor function in the children with spastic cerebral palsy.

Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(2):123-126
In the therapeutic application of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma ( HNSCC),S-1 is used to combine with other chemotherapeutics or even with radiotherapy to constitute chemoradiotherapy regimens.Adverse effects are well tolerated.Regimens containing S-1 are wildly used to control distant metastasis as well as local recurrence. The studies of treatment also show good application value.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(6):816-819
Objective: To study the effect of short exposure to high levels of fluoride on cellular structure and the DSP expression of odontoblasts of mice molars. Methods: 32 4-day-old ICR mice were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental animals were received a single intraperitoneal dose of 20 mg(n =8) andlO(n=8) mg NaF/kg( body weight) respectively. Equal doses of NaCl were given to the controls (n = 8 for each group). The injected volume was kept constant (10 μ/g). After 24 hours all mice were sacrificed. HE staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the structural changes and the expression of DSP in odontoblasts of mouse molar at different stages. SPSS 13.0 software package was used to analyze the results. Results: The secretory odontoblasts distorted and lost its normal column contour. The immunohistochemistry results demonstrated that the expression of DSP was more intense than that in control group. Results of statistics analysis showed there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01). No remarkable differences were found in mature odontoblasts. Conclusion: Short exposure to high concentration of fluoride can enhance the expression of DSP in the secretory odontoblasts, and inhibit differentiation of the odontoblasts and matrix secretion. This lead to the abnormal development of dentinogenesis.

Objective To study the clinical application s of intravenous myocardial contrast echocardiography (IMCE) in assessing myocardial reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) using intravenously infused Levovist. Methods IMCE was performed in 13 AMI patients before and after thrombolytic therapy. The power Doppler signals of the myocardial segments were analyzed and the time-amplitude curves were plotted during Levovist infusion and incremental triggering. The maximal amplitude score (A), the mean ascending slope of the curve(?) and the product of A?? were measured. All patients were followed up for 3 months. And then IMCE indices were estimated for left ventricular function. Results There was a significant increase in A,? and A?? between before and after thrombolysis(P

9.Variation of asthma patient's quality oflife after anti-inflammation treatment
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
Aim To evaluate the influence of asthma and the effect of anti-inflammation therapy on the quality of life (QOL) in allergic asthma patients. Methods The QOL of 45 patients with asthma were investigated by collecting questionnaire before and after three months anti-inflammation treatment , at the same time the serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) level was detected in 20 patients. The QOL questionnaire included 4 domains, they were respiratory symptoms, physical activity limitation, emotional function and environmental stimuli. Results The factors which influenced the QOL in asthma patients ranging from high to low were environmental stimuli, respiratory symptom and emotion function and physical activity limitation. After anti-inflammation treatment, the QOL was significantly improved and the serum ECP was decreased (P
10.Interpretation of intrinsic capacity in the elderly and research progress
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2021;40(4):524-527
WHO proposed the concept of intrinsic capacity in the World Report on Aging and Health in 2015.As the basis of functional ability in the elderly, intrinsic capacity plays an important role in maintaining the quality of life and promoting healthy aging. However, research on intrinsic capacity is still in its infancy. This article reviews research progress on intrinsic capacity, including the concept, domains, screening methods and its impact on the health of the elderly, in order to provide a reference for further research on this subject.
