On sjogrens' syndrome (SS) clinical treatment,most of the clinician focused on nourishing Yim to moisten dryness.In fact,Yang qi was the metabolic power of the human body fluid,exerting an important role in the incidence and prognosis of SS.For SS of Yang deficiency syndrome,water,Qi and fire can not be guided back to the kidney was the key cause,therefore,warming kidney Yang should be the therapeutic principle.Modified Yimhuo decoction can be used in its treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for reasonable and safe use of drugs in children. METHODS:580 prescription drug instructions of chemical drugs and chemical product for treatment were collected from our hospital. Children information stated in drug instruction of exclusive drugs for children and special drugs,and in dosage and usage,clinical trial,pharmacokinetics and other items were all analyzed statistically ratio analysis and sequence analysis. RESULTS:The exclusive drugs for children were few,and major dosage form were injection. The instruction of special drugs were lack of children’s information. Usage and dosage based on monotonous evidence. The pharmacokinetic parameters were incomplete,and there were slender amount of data about chil-dren clinical trials. CONCLUSIONS:The drug instruction of drugs for children are looking blue. It is urgent to standard drug in-struction and complete medication information for children,so as to ensure safe and effective of drug use.

Objective To explore the effects of estrogen on stress-induced senescence of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) and the underlying mechanisms. Methods The VSMCs of passage 2-3 cultured from female SD rats were induced into senescence by exposing to 150μmol/L H2O2 in the presence or absence of different concentrations(10-10mol/L-10-8mol/L) of 17β-estradiol (E2). The expressions or activities of senescence associated marker DcR2, senescence-associated beta-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal), oncogene Ras and p21WAF1 were detected by flow cytometry, cytochemical staining, pull-down assay or Western blotting analysis. Results Flow cytometry analysis showed that in the physiological concentrations, E2 significantly inhibited the H2O2-promoted high-level expression of DcR2 of VSMCs in a dose-dependent manner, with a highest inhibitive rate at 14.48%±0.6%(E2=10-8 mol/L;P<0.05, n =3);this inhibitive effect could be blocked by a E2 receptors inhibitor ICI 182,780. Cytochemistry staining showed that the rate of SA-β-Gal positive VSMCs induced by H2O2 decreased in presence of 10-8mol/L E2 (20.5%±1.4% vs 9.6%±0.9%;P<0.05, n =9). Pull-down assay and Western blotting analysis revealed that administration of 10-8mol/L E2 obviously reduced the H2O2-induced activity of Ras (0.60±0.06 vs 0.26±0.04;P<0.05, n =3) and expression of p21WAF1 (0.46±0.04 vs 0.33±0.02;P<0.05, n =3). Conclusion E2 exerts, an inhibitive effects on stress-induced senescence of VSMCs by suppressing the activity of Ras and expression of p21WAF1. This finding suggests a novel mechanism for the hormone's anti-atheroschlerotic effects.

DPP-4 inhibitors are new oral hypoglycemic drugs and hot spots developed and launched in recent years, and they pro-vide new choices for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes. In China, DPP-4 inhibitors that are approved to use in the treatment of type 2 diabetes are all imported products currently. In the paper, the current intellectual property situation of DPP-4 inhibitors that are developed and approved at home and abroad is researched and analyzed. Reasonable use of the patent information of DPP-4 inhibitors that is about to expire or have failed can provide good guidance for the subsequent development of DPP-4 inhibitors in domestic with promising curative effect and good market prospects, and can generate new patents in order to enhance the market competitiveness.

Methods: SW1990 cells line were treated with As 2O 3 at different concentration. Cell proliferation was evaluated by MTT and apoptosis by Annexin Ⅴ fluostaining, electron microscopy, flow cytometry and immunocytochemical staining of Bcl 2 and Bax. Results: As 2O 3 and cisplatin had the same cytotoxity on SW1990. The cytotoxic effect on tumor cell was produced by induction of apoptosis. Twelve hours after culture with 10 ?g/ml As 2O 3, much more SW1990 cells went into apoptosis than the control. The apoptosis rate reached 24% after 48 h with the similar concentration of As 2O 3. Immunohistochemical study revealed that the expression of Bcl 2 was decreased after treated with As 2O 3. Conclusion: As 2O 3 can depress the proliferation of SW1990 in vitro , mainly through the induction of apoptosis, and it is a potential agent for pancreatic cancer chemotherapy.

The increase in pandemics caused by emerging and re-emerging viruses highlights the urgent need for broad-spectrum antivirals. In this perspective, we highlight recent case studies and summarize the universal strategies and methodologies in broad-spectrum antiviral drug discovery from common targets, common steps in viral life cycle, universal strategies, and broad-spectrum molecules, hoping to provide valuable guidance for the current and future development of antiviral drugs.
