Obiective To discuss influence of psychological intervention on compliance improvement of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Patients with liver cirrhosis(100 cases)were divided in to the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group and their family members were given systemic psychological in tervention by responsibility nudes.The treatment effect after nursing and intervention in the two groups was compared.Results The compliance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P＜0.05,which had statistical difference.Conclusions Implementation of psychological intervention shows significant effect on compliance improvement of patients with liver cirrhosis.

Objective To make hiatal hernia(HH) children grow and develop well by making correct early diagnosis and reducing misdiagnosis.Methods Reviewing clinical data of 12 patients with HH,including clinical character,X-ray diagnosis,correct examination,treatment and prognosis.Results Of 12 patients,9 cases were left HH,and 3 cases were right HH.All of them had internal expectant treatment;4 of them had operation.All of them had a good prognosis.Conclusions X-ray radiograph is a chief method of diagnosis of hiatal hernia.It is important to choose a specific position properly during radiograph examination.

To reveals the effects of tree species on polysaccharides content of epiphytic Dendrobium officinale. The polysaccharides content of D. officinale attached to living tress in wild or stumps in bionic-facility was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. There were extremely significant differences of polysaccharides content of D. officinale attached to different tree species, but the differences had no relationship with the form and nutrition of barks. The polysaccharides content of D. officinale mainly affected by the light intensity of environment, so reasonable illumination favored the accumulation of polysaccharides. Various polysaccharides content of D. officinal from different attached trees is due to the difference of light regulation, but not the form and nutrition of barks.

Objective To develop the Occupational Embeddedness Scale for Nurses and test its re liability and validity.Methods The original scale was designed according to document analysis,openlabel questionnaire and interview results.After 3 sampling tests,the first predicted sample (n=368) was conducted with item analysis and exploratory factor analysis (EFA),the second predicted sample (n=306) was conducted with EFA,and then the formal tested sample (n=372) was conducted with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).Another sample of 55 nurses was tested and retested two weeks later.The intestine emendatory Turnover Intention Scale was used to test its criterion validity.Results The final scale had 18 items and 3 dimensions,including fit,link and Sacrifice.Occupational Embeddedness Scale revealed good model fit indices (x2/df =2.563,RMR=0.048,TLI=0.914,CFI=0.925).The total scores was negatively correlated with the Turnover Intention Scale scores.The Cronbach's α coefficients of the whole scale was 0.917,and range 0.800～0.834 for each dimension.The test-retest reliability was 0.890,and ranged 0.732～0.873 for each dimension.Conclusions It suggests that the Occupational Embeddedness Scale for Nursing has good reliability and validity,and can be used to assess the occupational embeddedness status of nursing in China.
