China Pharmacy 2007;0(31):-
OBJECTIVE: To improve the management level in outpatient dispensary.METHODS: The current management model in each outpatient dispensary of our hospital was introduced;the problems were pointed out and the proposals were put forward.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The current outpatient pharmacy management mode and drug control measures of "individual responsibility, weekly small stocktaking, monthly big stocktaking, and irregular spot checks" is feasible,if optimized further, which would help enhance the working quality and service level in pharmacy.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the drug use in outpatients of our hospital. METHODS: A total of 10.680 prescriptions prescribed since the issuing of the Prescription Management Method on May 2007 were reviewed for an analysis of the irrational ones involving nonstandard writing and inappropriate drug use. RESULTS: 12.0% prescriptions were nonstandard in writing and 51.6% were irrational in drug use. CONCLUSION: The prescriptions in our hospital under study are somewhat irrational in prescription writing and drug use, which is worth the highest alert.

OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the curative effect of Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) who suffered with chronic rhinosinusitis by acoustic rhinometry.
METHOD:
We collected 60 patients who accepted FESS for chronic rhinosinusitis, and calculated the mean minimal cross-sectional area (MCSA), nasal volume (NV), nasal airway resistance (NAR) by acoustic rhinometry within endoscopy to estimate the curative effect of FESS.
RESULT:
Four weeks after FESS, the patients' ethmoid sinus, maxillary sinus, frontal sinus and sphenoid sinus were clear by endoscopy. Meanwhile, the mean MCSA and NV by acoustic rhinometry were increased, NAR by acoustic rhinometry were descended. There were significant differences between the quantitative levels before and 4 weeks after FESS.
CONCLUSION
As the determining methods of nasal function before and after FESS, acoustic rhinometry and endoscopy can be used to comprehensively evluate the curative effect of FESS.

6.MR imaging of nude mouse bearing human hepatocellular carcinoma by using two-step pretargeting strategy
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To improve the sensitivity of MR molecular imaging by using targeting and magnifying effects of biotin-avidin system (BAS). Methods After preparing biotinylated monoclonal antibody HAb18, the number of biotin molecules coupled to each antibody and the binding capacity of biotinylated antibody were determined. Two-step pretargeting tumor imaging was first achieved by intravenously injecting biotinylated monoclonal antibody HAb18 into 8 BALB/c nude mice bearing QGY-7723 tumor cells line. 24 h later, Gd-DTAP-streptavidin (Gd-DTPA-SA) was injected. Gd-DTPA-HAb18 and Gd-DTPA were respectively injected intravenously into the other 12 tumor-bearing mice as contrast groups. MR imaging was performed before and 10, 30, 60 min, 3, 6, 12, 24 h, and 48 h after injection of MR contrast agents. All images were obtained using SE T_1-weighted imaging sequence. After MR imaging, enhancement time course of three different groups was determined by using enhancement data measured in the region of interest in the tumor. Enhancement ratio and contrast-to-noise of tumor were also calculated. Results The average number of biotin conjugated with each monoclonal antibody molecular was 20. And the immunoactivity of biotinylated antibody was 91%. In two-step pretargeting strategy, SI of tumor increased slowly and reached the maximum value at 6 h after injection of Gd-DTPA-SA, enhancement ratio and CNR of tumor had significant difference with other two enhancement methods. The enhancing effect of tumor was still perceptible even after 48 h. When using Gd-DTPA-HAb18, the tumor enhancement pattern was slow and slight. Even at 24 h after injection of Gd-DTPA-HAb18, enhancement ratio of tumor was 13.5%. After Gd-DTPA was injected, signal intensity of tumor increased rapidly, and reached the maximum value at 30 min after injection of Gd-DTPA, and then decreased rapidly. Conclusion Two-step pretargeting strategy based on BAS has specific and signal magnifying effects in tumor MR imaging. It can increase the number of gadolinium that bind to the tumor and provide new approach to MR molecular imaging.
7.Advances in Study on Effects of Helicobacter pylori Eradication Therapy on Intestinal Microecology
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(4):241-244
It is documented that nearly half of the global population have been infected with Helicobacter pylori (Hp).In Chinese consensus report on management of Hp infection, bismuth quadruple therapy composed of proton pump inhibitor, bismuth and two antibiotics is recommended as the first-line Hp eradication regimen. However, large doses of oral antibiotics and PPI often disrupt the well-balanced host-microbial symbiotic state, and impair the protective effect of biological barrier.Furthermore, the alteration of microbial composition secondary to eradication therapy might be associated with the increased adverse effects of Hp eradication therapy and re-infection.This paper summarized the advances in study on effects of Hp eradication therapy on intestinal microecology and the advantages of probiotics supplementation in Hp eradication therapy.

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome associated with the core decompression in combination with the nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen composite rod combined with decalcified bone matrix in a consecutive series of patients with osteonecrosis of femoral head, especially the prevention of collapse of femoral head and its predisposing factors. Methods From August,2012 to May,2013,46 pationts (50 hips) who had undergone core decompression in combination with nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen composite rod insertion in corporated with decalcified bone matrix in our hospital were involved in this study.Postoperative care consisted of prophylactic intravenous antibiotic and anticoagulation therapy.Patients were instructed to be non-weight-bearing for 3 weeks,to partial weight-bear for the next 3 weeks, and to weight bear as tolerated thereafter. All patients were evaluated both clinically and radiographically. The primary clinical outcome of this study was functional improvement assessed with the Harris hip score.Serial radiograms of the pelvis were taken at 1,3,6,12 months post-operatively to analyze the process of osteonecrosis. Results All patients followed up for 12 months,no one suffer complications. The mean Harris score pre-operation was 65.6 ± 10.6,post-operation score was 87.5 ± 15.3,with a mean improvement of 21.8 ± 13.2 (P < 0.05).According to Harris hip score system, excellent for 30 hips, good for 14 hips, fair for 2 hip and poor for 4 hips.Refer to the Kaplan-Meier survivorship curve, the success rate at 12 months post-operatively was 92%.Radiological changes coincided with clinical changes. Conclusion Core decompressionin combination with nano-hydroxyapatite/ collagen composite rod insertion in corporated with decalcified bone matrix provided a minimally invasive surgical treatment option to treat early stage osteonecrotic hips(stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ) and to prevent femoral heads from collapsing, with clinical outcomes and success rates priorto other commonly used surgical procedures.
