Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(33):36-37
Objective To investigate the application value of warming humidification oxygen therapy in patients after tracheotomy. Methods Forty-one patients after tracheotomy were collected consecutively for this study. All patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group (21 cases)and the control group (20 cases). The treatment group adopted warming humidification oxygen therapy, and the control group adopted common airway moistening method.Moist effect judgment, viscosity of sputum, phlegm scab formation, respiratory irritation symptoms, airway mucosal bleeding, air way resistance, lung infection cases, average days in the ICU were investigated. Results There were statistically significant differences in moist effect judgment, viscosity of sputum, phlegm scab formation, respiratory irritation symptoms, airway mucosal bleeding, air way resistance, lung infection cases, average days in the ICU between the two groups. Conclusions Warming humidification oxygen therapy is more suitable to patients with tracheotomy than common airway moistening method.
2.Discussion on Students' Common Problems During Medical Microbiology Experiment Practice
Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
As a major ingredient of high medical college education, experiment practice plays an important role for medical students in integrating the medical theory with practice, training their capability of analyzing and thinking to definitively solute the problems in their study.Microbiology experiment is characterized with strong comprehensiveness and manipulation, which requests the students both aseptic operation and consciousness of bio-safety.To promote the student's comprehensive diathesis and to improve the experiment teaching quality, several common problems of students in medical microbiology experiment practice were analyzed and discussed in this article.
4.Variation of asthma patient's quality oflife after anti-inflammation treatment
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
Aim To evaluate the influence of asthma and the effect of anti-inflammation therapy on the quality of life (QOL) in allergic asthma patients. Methods The QOL of 45 patients with asthma were investigated by collecting questionnaire before and after three months anti-inflammation treatment , at the same time the serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) level was detected in 20 patients. The QOL questionnaire included 4 domains, they were respiratory symptoms, physical activity limitation, emotional function and environmental stimuli. Results The factors which influenced the QOL in asthma patients ranging from high to low were environmental stimuli, respiratory symptom and emotion function and physical activity limitation. After anti-inflammation treatment, the QOL was significantly improved and the serum ECP was decreased (P

Objective To explore the nursing experience of the safe intra-hospital transport of patients with the severe aspiration of the inhalation injury. Method The nursing measures for the intra-hospital transport of 2 cases of smoke pot inhalation injury caused by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation treatment were taken, including disease risk assessment, preparation for transport, organization of a transport team, effective vital signs monitoring during transport, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) pipeline monitoring and nursing and observation and nursing of complications. Result No emergency was found during the transport of patients and both of them were safely transported. Conclusion Such nursing measures as pre-transport assessment and preparation and bettering predictive nursing for the patients with severe inhalation pulmonary injury treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation are key to the safety during intra-hospital transport.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(23):3744-3749
BACKGROUND:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels have the ability to differentiate into a variety of non-hematopoietic tissue cels. Effects of magnetic fields on the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels have attracted a lot of attention in recent years. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the effects of magnetic fields on the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels towards osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, nerve cels and cardiomyocytes, which provide references for the research and application of tissue engineering seed cels as wel as the clinical applications of magnetic fields. METHODS:The first author performed a data retrieval of PubMed and CNKI databases from 2000 to 2015 to search the articles addressing the effects of magnetic fields on the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels, and reviewed the literatures systematicaly. Finaly, 40 articles were chosen for further analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Magnetic fields can promote the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels towards osteoblasts, chondrocytes, nerve cels and cardiomyocytes, and inhibit the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels towards adipocytes. There are optimal frequency and intensity in the induction of magnetic fields on the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels. In general, low-intensity and low-frequency magnetic fields have more obvious effects on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels. The facilitation of magnetic fields on the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cels is also a time-dependent behavior.
8.Satisfactory investigation of bandage contact lens on patients after pterygium surgery
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(3):196-199
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bandage contact lens on patients after the pterygium excision surgery. Methods 200 patients with pterygium excision were used retrospectively analysis and were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table method.Patients in observation group wore bandage contact lens while those in control group did not (traditional method). The degree of pain in both groups was evaluated at 8 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after surgery. In addition, patients were surveyed for the satisfaction of our treatment when discharge. Results The ocular foreign body sensation, eye burning, tears and eye open difficult were obviously decreased in observation group (t=5.643,10.315,P < 0.01).The overall comfort level of the patients in observation group was obviously improved.pain feeling of the eye after surgery in 8h,24h and 48h markedly decreased in observation group (t=6.196-12.495,P < 0.01).The degree of satisfaction scores of preoperative guidancein, postoperative pain control, emotion, mental nursing,self-care ability, comfort in observation group were (1.59-0.62) points,(1.83±0.70) points,(1.42±0.68) points,(1.42±0.68) points,(1.48±0.67) points,(1.29±0.77) points,(1.43-0.64)points which were obviously increased than (0.76±0.55) points,(0.83±0.64points,(0.82±0.56) points,(0.80±0.47) points,(0.79±0.61) points,(0.66±0.54) points (t=4.311-9.354,all P< 0.01).Conclusions Compared with traditional treatment, bandage contact lens can significantly reduce the discomforts after the pterygium excision surgery, and increase the postoperative comforts of patients. It proves that bandage contact lens have extensive clinical value.

Objective To investigate the role of NFIC on the stimulation effects of cAMP-induced differentiation of stem cells from the apical papilla ( SCAPs) in vitro. Methods SCAPs isolated from dental papilla of human imma-ture third molars were cultured by enzyme digestion. SCAPs were transfected with lentivirus that overexpressed NF-IC gene ( ov-NFIC) or an empty vector ( LV-empty) and co-treatment with Forskolin. Mineralized nodule formation of each group was measured by alizarin red staining. Quantitative real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction was performed to test the expressions of RUNX2,ALP,OCN mRNA. Results Forskolin increased the ex-pression of Runx2, ALP, OCN mRNA as well as matrix mineralization in SCAPs, and the stimulation effects of For-skolin were enhanced by overexpressing NFIC gene. Conclusion The results indicate that NFIC can promote cAMP-induced differentiation of SCAPs.
