Methods 30 patients with hepatocirrhosis were taken as hepatocirrho-sis group; 30 normal health examiners were taken as the normal control group. 30 patients with hepatocarcinoma were taken as HCC group; 30 patients with hepatic hemangioma were taken as the control group. Cytokines had been measured by biochips methods in evidence 180 automatic biochips analyze. Results The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, VEGF and EGF of the patient with HCC and cirrhosis were significantly higher than those in normal control group. The serum levels of IL-10, IFNγand TNFα of the patient with HCC and cirrhosis were significantly lower than those in normal control group. The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, VEGF and EGF of the preoperative patient with HCC were significantly higher than those in the postoperative patient with HCC. The serum levels of IL-10,IFNγ and TNFa of the preoperative patient with HCC were significantly lower than those in the postoperative patient with HCC. Conclusions These results suggest that the serum levels of angiogenic factors in HCC were increased. The serum levels of the inhibitors of vascular endothelial cells in HCC were decreased. The serum levels of angiogenic factors in the postoperative patient with HCC were decreased. The serum levels of inhibitors of vascular endothelial cells in the postoperative patient with HCC were increased.

Objective To summarize the clinical manifestation ,the main pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance of neonatal community acquired sepsis late onset in our hospital .Methods Retrospectively analyse the clinical material of 122 cases (41 premature cases and 81 cases of full term) with neonatal community acquired sepsis late onset ,which were clinically diagnosed , from January 2009 to December 2012 in our hospital .Results The main clinical manifestation of neonatal community acquired sep-sis late onset was poor response(64 .7% ) ,repellent milk(57 .4% ) ,temperature changes(61 .5% ) ,and the respiratory tract and um-bilical region were the main infection ways .42 cases were checked out with pathogen in the 122 cases ,blood culture positive rate was 34 .4% ,and there was no statistically differences between the premature and the full term infant group ,In the 42 cases ,there were 29 cases with staphylococcus ,including 10 cases of staphylococcus aureus ,14 cases of coagulase negative staphylococcus and 5 cases of enterococcus ;and there were 10 cases are checked out with e .coli .All of the coccus detected were resistant to penicillin and erythromycin ,but sensitive to vancomycin ,teicoplanin ,linezolid .The e .coli was sensitive to amikacin ,imipenem ,meropenem ,and al-so had a higher sensitivity to cefazolin ,ceftriaxone ,cefepime ,cefoperazone and nitrofurantoin .Conclusion Blood culture positive rate is not high in neonatal community acquired sepsis late onset ,and its′clinical manifestations are nonspecific .The main pathogenic bacteria is coagulase negative staphylococcus ,staphylococcus aureus ,followed by escherichia coli .

AIM: To study the effect of three kinds of drying methods on quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis. METHODS: TLC, HPLC determination of volatile Oil and ethanol-extra ctives were used. RESULTS: The constitutents in three kinds of dried samples are the same, the contents of vo latile oil and ferulic acid have evident difference in three kinds of aried samp les. The content of fumed sample is the highest. CONCLUSION: The fuming method is the best drying one.

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of restrictive blood transfusion combined with hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning (HBOPC) and restrictive blood transfusion in the treatment of hip, knee arthroplasty (THA,THA).Methods:40 patients in the period of epidural anesthesia, femoral nerve hysteresis hip and knee arthroplasty were selected and randomly divided into two groups:restrictive transfusion group (maintain 80 g/L≤ Hb <100 g/L,n=20) and restrictive blood transfusion combined with HBOPC (HBOPC+maintain 80 g/L =Hb <100 g/L,n=20).The red blood cell transfusion, red blood cell transfusion rate, perioperative Hb,blood oxygen saturation (SO2),the incidence of hypotension during operation, hospitalization time and postoperative cerebral infarction, acute pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, myocardial infarction, wound infection rate and 90 days mortality rate were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with the restrictive transfusion group, the postoperative Hb,blood oxygen saturation (SO2) of restrictive blood transfusion combined with HBOPC group were significantly increased(P < 0.05);the red blood cell transfusion, red blood cell transfusion rate, incidence of pneumonia, wound infection rate were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Restrictive blood transfusion combined with hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning could improve the anoxic state of the hip, knee arthroplasty patients, which could effectively reduce red blood cell transfusion, reduce postoperative complications, has good clinical curative effect.

Objective To evaluate the performance of Cys C results among two detection system. Methods The particle-enhanced immunonephrometic assay was used in Dade Behring BNII. Immunoturbic assay was used in Hitachi 7170 to evaluate the JING' YUAN reagents. We compared the precison, linearity, interference, correlation, and calibrators agreement with Dade Behring BNII.Results The total CV of the samples that contain 0.6-5.0 mg/L was less than 10%.The Dade Behring and JING'YUAN method showed good linearity.Haemoglobin(10 g/L),Bilirubin(300 mg/L), Vitamin C(5 g/L)in the tested sample had no significant interference in the assay(interference 0.05) between JING' YUAN and Dade Behring reagents.Values were slightly lower than that from the Dade Behring BNII method, the mean bias was-0.16.The bias range was 1.1%-23% between JING'YUAN and Dade Behring for one sample. Conclusions The precision, linearity and interference test were suitable for routine Cys C measurement on automated biochemistry analyzer, but results has bias.

OBJECTIVETo identify keratin 5 (K5) and keratin 14 (K14) gene mutations in a family affected with epidermolysis bullosa simplex with mottled pigmentation.
METHODSGenomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood samples obtained from eleven patients from the family and controls. All the exons of K5 and K14 genes were amplified using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and directly sequenced.
RESULTSBy DNA sequence analysis, a missense mutation in K5 gene (c.237C>T) was detected. The same mutation was not found in non-affected members from the family and normal controls.
CONCLUSIONMutation in K5 gene (c.237C>T) may be responsible for the development of disease in this family.
