With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards, the effect of Chinese medicine in treatment and health care is more and more prominent. The herbal decoction pieces are the important part of Chinese medicine,it can be applied directly to clinical treatment and it's also the raw material of Chinese patent medicine. Therefore, the quality of herbal decoction pieces is quite important. The parts of the production of herbal decoction pieces are numerous, and there are possibilities of adverse effects on the quality of the herbal decoction pieces in every part. In this paper, we based on the production chain of herbal decoction pieces, analyzed the main problem that affect the quality of herbal decoction pieces in the part of selection of Chinese herbal medicines, planting, purchasing, processing, packaging, storage and transport, such as the poor quality of seed and seedlings of plant-based Chinese medicines, some plants left their place of origin and have been introduced in the place that is not suitable for this kind of plant, the insufficient growth time and the excessive harmful substances. The purchasers and the accepters lack of professional knowledge and professional ethics. The mechanism of processing is not clear, the standards can not be uniformed, and lack of qualified person in processing, etc. So we suggest: intensify the basic research of key scientific issues. Improve the quality of persons who work in herbal decoction pieces; Establish an "integration" mode of operation in herbal decoction pieces enterprise; Breeding high quality plant resources, establish the large-scale planting basement; Make the packing of herbal decoction pieces standard; Establish the modernization traditional Chinese medicine logistics enterprise.

Objective To assess the intensity of the pain and its negative impact on patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc (PLID) through using a case-control study. This paper introduces the nursing care for 36 patients with framework exposure in auricular reconstruction by temporal superficial fascia flaps combining with split skin grafts transplantation,such as pre-and post-operative behavioral in-struction,psychological care,and close observation of blood circulation of reconstructed auricular. The patients' wounds healed up well and all the split skin grafts survived successfully. No infection and stent exposure occurred once more. The appear-ance of the reconstructed auricular was pleasing too. It is suggested that high quality of pre-and post-operative nursing,care-ful health education and psychological care be beneficial for the successful repair of framework exposure after auricular recon-struction.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of septicemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus,to enhance prevention level and decrease death rate.Methods A retrospective study was carried out,the data were collected from 58 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by septicemia in our hospital in the past 13 years.Results The pathogenic invasive pathways included:19 cases of urinary tract,17 cases of respiratory tract,7 cases of intravenous catheter detain,7 cases of biliary tract,1 case of skin breakage,and 7 cases of unclear origin.Twenty-three of 58 cases were from nosoeomial infection (39.7%),among which 10 cases of urethral detain,7 cases of intravenous catheter detain,and 6 cases of respiratory tract infection.Pathogenic distribution was as following:24 cases of klehsiella pneumoniae,16 cases of escherichia coli,10 cases of staph aureus,2 cases of staphylococcus cohnii cohnii,2 cases of staphylococcus epidermidis,2 cases of pseudomonas putida,2 cases of candida glabrata.Among the 24 cases of llehsiella pneumoniae,12 cases showed migrating hepatapostema (50.0%),and 15 showed pneumatosis phenomenon in the intrahepatie bile (62.5%).Two cases originated from fungal septicemia.Among 56 cases under antibacterial therapy 15 cases developed fungal septicemia (26.8%).Fifty-eight cases were treated with insulin for forcing down serum glucose,56 cases of bacterial septicemia were treated with the third generation cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones.Two cases of pseudomonas putida septicemia were treated with intravenous injection of fluconazole.Seven cases died (12.1%).Conclusions Gram-negative bacilli were the major pathogens of septicemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Migrating hepatapostema and pneumatosis phenomenon in the intrahepatic bile often showed klebsiella pneumoniae septicemia.The important risk factors for septicemia were intravenous catheter detain and urethral detain.Therefore,strictly aseptic operation and removing vessel detain in time is very important.It is key points to make an early diagnosis,have a strong antibiosis therapy and treat the migrating pathogenic focus.And it is important to intensify serum glucose monitoring and strengthen supportive treatment.

Objective To study the effective therapy of breast intraductal papilloma . Method One hundred and thirty-two patients with breast intraductal papilloma (four patients with cancerization)were treated by resection of the tissue stained by methylene blue. The effect was evaluated. Results The pathological diagnosis were 91 patients with breast intraductal papilloma and 41 breast intraductal papillomatosis, and 4 of them were cancerization. One hundred and ninteen patients(90.1%) were followed up for 3～46 months, all patients were cured without recurrence after operation. Conclusions Resection of the tissue stained by methylene blue in treating breast intraductal papilloma is a reliable and effective method.

Objective:To analyze the aberrant methylation of p16 gene in sera from primary liver cancer patients and to evaluate the clinical significance. Methods:A methylation-specific PCR was performed for the detection of promoter hypermethylation of p16 gene in blood DNA from 64 cases of PLC patients,and to anamyze the relationship between the aberrant methylation of p16 gene and the clinical pathological data . Results:76.6%(49/64)of the sera from 64 cases of PLC patients showed hypermethylation for p16 promoter,whereas no methylated p16 gene promoter were found in sera from liver benign diseases patients and normal control. Methylated p16 gene promoter in sera did not strongly correlated with HBsAg, AFP,stage ,metastasis and differentiation in PLC. Conclusion:Detection of the aberrant methylation of p16 gene in blood DNA from PLC patients might offer an effective means for the earlier auxillary diagnosis of the malignancy.

Objective: To construct eukaryotic expression vector pSecTag2/HygroB-DAF of human decay accelerating factor (DAF) and transfect NIH/3T3 cells after encapsulated by chitosan. Methods:The human DAF fragments were obtained by PCR form DAF-pGEM-T Easy Vector, cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pSecTag2/HygroB, and identified by restriction endonuclease’s digestion and DNA sequencing. After the particles of pSecTag2/HygroB-DAF were encapsulated by chitosan, the NIH/3T3 cells were transfected by chitosan-DAF nanoparticles and detected DAF expression by immunohistochemistry stain. Results:The DAF fragment was 1049 bp. Its sequence was as same as DAF cDNA in Genebank. After having been transfected by chitosan-DAF nanoparticles 24 hours, the NIH/3T3 cells showed diffusely positive in cytoplasms by anti-DAF immunohistochemistry. Conclusion:Eukaryotic expression vector of human DAF were constructed successfully and transfected it to NIH/3T3 cells after encapsulated by chitosan.
